Sarah Ellena: Wore a pair of shoes for 2 hours and am told the $100 pair of shoes can not be returned. Very misleading when they say you have 30 days!! Now I’m stuck with $100 pair of shoes that literally cause pain! And then Im notified that the store forgot to put the slip on my receipt that tells you you can’t wear them outside!!
Lori Daniels: My daughter and I visited this shop today to buy her hospital scrubs for her new nursing job. EXCELLENT SERVICE from start to finish!! Jacob was very knowledgeable and informative about all the styles and brands they offered and had great suggestions throughout the buying process. He even informed my daughter about specials and programs they offer thru the hospital she will be working for. And a shout out to his colleague, Clarissa. She had some suggestions on the little cute and fun accessories that they offer as well. I highly recommend shopping here if you're in the market for medical uniforms or scrubs.

Juanita Gum: We cannot say enough good things about the service we receive from Shannon. He is prompt, kind, polite, funny and our dog loves him! (Which says a lot--she's picky). He goes out of his way to accommodate us and our needs. If we have an issue, Shannon attends to it immediately. If not for the service we receive from him, we might contemplate switching to a lower priced service but there is something to be said for exceptional customer service and Shannon provides that every single time without fail. If I could give more stars, I absolutely would!!

CoralineJ1s: Came in about 10 minutes before close on a Friday and they were super helpful and obliging. I was in a crunch as I needed a pair of boots asap after ordering a pair online from another retailer and being sent the wrong size. They stayed past closing and helped my try on probably 15 pairs of boots to help me get the right fit.Their price for the boots I bought were the same as buying online. I'm glad I was able to get their excellent customer service and support a local business in the process.

COWGIRLS Country Bar & Grill Formally Ginopolis’: Had to pickup a pair of boots that I ordered online from a different company. Arrived 15 mins prior to close. Manager, Kristen & staff were fab! Asked for their assistance with a specific jean style & fit. Directed me to recommended department. First 2 I tried fit perfectly, a first ever. Purchased an amazing tote as well. All were super sweet. Hour drive was well worth it! I’ll definitely return soon.Thank ladies!!

First time was told give me a little bit have to take care of something really quick and I will be right back to check in on you. 30mins later still no one checked in on me. I left went back in today to give them another chance. No one even acknowledged me as they where to busy gossiping between each other.
Gage L: Bought a pair of Thorogood 804-4940 Moc toe boots a few weeks back. The work boot rack is a complete mess and they do not keep any stock off the floor. So after about 20 minutes I found my matching pair without a sign of any employee to help. I thought I'd give Thorogood a try as I've always gone with Red Wings. I'll definitely be going back to the Red Wing store from now on. On this pair I spent $300 and now have to spend more to take them to Charlotte Shoe Repair so they can be reworked if possible. The right boot has extra tongue material which makes it almost unbearable over 10+ hour shifts. Very poor QC that I do not care for at all being that I still spent the premium on these boots. I called the Boot Barn to see if they do repairs on boots they sell but they do not. Overpriced and they do not stand by their products. Not really a point in shopping here over any other work outfitter, unless you need bedazzled cowboy boots and hats I suppose.

Michael Xiong: I went there looking for FR clothes. They had what I needed but wished they had more selection of FR clothes like an FR hi visible safety jacket or coat that are 2112. Otherwise this store has some pretty good stuff.
Jessica Avery: Poor customer service. Drove over an hour to visit. Hours on their website apparently differ than when they are really open- or maybe they were just trying to close early. We walked in - doors were not locked, clearly saw other customers shopping in the store and we were rudely told to leave because they were actually closed and we could come back tomorrow.

It took 2 weeks to get them and they were 2 different sizes!!! I returned them and ordered more and had them shipped to the store because that was supposed to be faster. That also took two more weeks and then they couldn’t even find them! I had to call them so they could look for them!! They told me they would give me money off for my trouble but when it came down to it they did nothing and made me drive 45 min to get my money back! The girl did not even say bye when we ended our call. This place is terrible and has terrible customer service!!
Ryan Noel: I love this place! Came in on or about the 1st or 2nd of October, bought a pair of Cody James square toe boots, belt to match my favorite pair of old boots, new wool Cody James hat (the manager even shaped it for me so I could wear it out., socks and insoles. My feet are in love and I've never felt better. They treat you like you are a person and not a sales quota, thank ya'll at Boot Barn for coming to my hometown.
Becky Geer: The only thing I would improve on is the expansion of the selection of cowboy boots. Otherwise everyone was super sweet and helpful!!!!! I do want to go back many times! Unfortunately that store is over an hour away 😔. I heard there may be one coming to Ann Arbor in the future! That would be half the distance. Amy Dennis: I came into the store with a coupon for $75 off $200. I am a petite size pant, which is not regularly carried in store. I asked the store associate prior to shopping if I would be able to order petite. I was told yes. After spending time shopping and trying on clothes, I was told I couldn’t use the coupon because the online order needed to be split with the in store purchase. I then asked if I could order everything online. I was told the jeans that I had picked out actually did not come in petite sizes and when I asked to see what jeans did, the store associate was not able to show me. Guess I won’t be buying pants from Express anymore. Used to be my store of choice. No wonder the brick and mortar stores are going out of business!
Bianca Price: I have been an A list member since 2015. A note to other greater Lansing A list member the slim manager with the glasses does not care if you spend the amount of money to become a A list member. I asked to have my coupon reapplied (the same day) after I bought pants that were see through. She told me she was the "manager" and it is against company policy to reapply coupons. These were earned coupons from purchases.On top of that she was providing lost prevention customer service.Then I went to make a return, and she was overly hovering over the wonderful customer service person who is helping me make my return, as if I was going to try again to get a coupon around reapplied.I encourage all A- List customers to stay out of that store because it's not really the place for you.I hope it was worth aliening a customer who spends money that can assist in the stores daily/monthly/yearly goal.I feel undervalued, singled out and penalized. So, all my purchases will be made online and all returns made to the store.

I can't Express myself enough do not go to that location again

Kevin McCreary: Don't expect much from this Urban outfitters, it's very small and so is the inventory.Update: They moved to the Eastwood town center parking is now easy and the store is much nicer. Still small but it’s a small city. Glad we have an urban outfitters!

Emily Jane: Smaller sale section than at the Somerset UO, but still a decent selection. I pretty much only shop out of the sale section, on account of being broke, but I still get fun stylish clothing, and the sales are generally pretty good. It's been 50% off the sale price the last three times I went in, which hopefully doesn't end any time soon, haha.

Angela Sorrells: I've been shopping at Urban Outfitters for years beginning with their original location in downtown East Lansing.Regardless of your age, if you've adapted your own personal sense of modern/trendy style, Urban just may be a fun place to shop. We've dressed our daughter from here as well as purchased her room/apartment items as well.If you're looking for fun, cutting edge fashion with staff that doesn't follow you around and just lets you shop, check out Urban. Plus they almost always have a great sale going on. Definitely worth your time.
Rhiannon Shook: Every time I shop at this store I am sadly reminded of why I should not shop here anymore. Don't get me wrong, the clothes and accessories are super cute and I usually have a hand full of things to try on. However, for the age demographic that the merchandise is targeted towards, the prices are honestly outrageous. $45 for a tiny tank top, over $100 for jeans that are not actual denim.. I mean cmon. On top of that, the workers are never attentive or friendly in any way, they look at you as if you are a bother, they don't offer to start a dressing room or take any unwanted items, no conversations started, just judgemental looks and RBF. Sad because I used to shop here quite often. I also asked if they would take back used shopping bags since they're made of fabric material and it's extremely wasteful to throw them out (I've returned some before) and they told me that they don't do that. Highly recommend shopping at cute local boutiques instead!
