Keiona Croff: I only gave this place one star because I had to in order to leave a comment. I won’t say it’s because of race HOWEVER I will NEVER patronize this place again! We drove an hour to come here and it was a horrible experience. My son asked to hold one of the bigger snakes and ALYSSA told him no and I respected it because it was a big snake. But then I turned around to see her help a little boy the same exact size/age of my son (the only difference was that he was white) hold him in an alternate way ruined our trip and experience. It’s sad because my son really enjoyed it and this was the only place I’ve known like this in Michigan so we definitely planned on coming back! As someone with over 10 years of service, this really hurt my heart to see this is where we are in 2023!

Josh Harris: We flew in from Texas to purchase a car in Detroit and we aren't in Michigan often (first time!) so I thought I'd bring my two kids and make a stop at The Reptarium after loving the team's YouTube channel.This place delivered on expectations and they were high, we loved it! You can hold (or just admire) a variety of reptiles and the staff is very helpful, you can tell they like their job. All of the staff was great but Mike is pure gold! He was fun, engaging, entertaining, and genuinely attentive to my kids, seriously, the guy was amazing.What a great place, I'm glad we made it there, and maybe we'll have to make a trip back when they get the place across the street finished.

Shaun Rogers: This place was so fun. It's is perfectly planned out for only having so many visitors at a time. You get your tickets in advance with works out perfectly. There were so many different reptiles to look at and hold. For a little bit more you could do a custom feeding. In which we fed several animals. My boys were not really thrilled about being there. They got to hold many reptiles. And now there hooked. Now there asking to get some. Hahahaha there in love with this place. The workers were very knowledgeable and were very explanatory on how to work with the animals. They were so nice and even made the little kids love reptiles who were deathly afraid of everything. THIS PLACE ROCKS!!! I can only give 5 stars if it were up to me I'd would be pushing for ten stars. They go above and beyond to make surenthey all get an amazing experience. For the one hour you get you got to see all of this place and hold or interact with many of the reptiles. On a side note this place is spotless and the kennels/homes for the animals are awesome. Keep up the good work well be back.

J. D.: The parking lot is behind the gas station. It was a fantastic visit! All the staff members were super friendly and the gift shop was not over priced. We will be back again! The feedings are between $5-10 per animal, not per person, so you could split one $5 feeding between 2-3 people. My kids are 4-11 and they all had a blast. Arrive at your time not before. It’s warm for the animals so dress accordingly. They did have a coat rack for jackets though.

merna bazy: The doctor he is so unprofessional and I took my dog to this clinic for the shots and he only 5 months and needs the rabies shots and the doctor he told me he need 4 other shots which is I already was there months ago and he took his shots and now he want to give me other shots just to charge me more money and sale me some medicine for 170$ which is also the last time he charge me for the consultation just to see my dog for 69$ it’s insane and unbelievable.

Rhonda Kurka: This vet clinic is amazing, as well as the veterinarian. My sweet little old man pupper has a heart murmur, gave him his vaccinations. Also recommended because of his age (14yrs) and condition that he also receive the canine influenza vaccine. The veterinarian/office staff is so kind and caring; knows my pupper by name (which is extremely important to any parent). Their prices are quite decent compared to other vet clinics. Also, they have reached out just to check up on my pup. I’m so grateful to have found such an incredible vet clinic
Evelyn Joyce Martinez: We brought our dog here due to a cough that wasn't going away. We needed a appointment that day and they fit us in.The Vet was very gentle with my son and Thor when he broke the news that our guy had cancer.When he took my husband and I to the back to talk to us privately, he showed us the imaging they took and explained that the cancer was everywhere. He wanted us to know because he didn't feel right about telling our teenager his dog had possibly one month to live. We appreciated his kindness.We went home and Thor lived like a king. We had him for three more months and he lived his best life.Thank you for everyone there.We now have a little puppy and we have gladly went back to the same vet again. When the vet we were told to go to couldn't see us and told me we would have to restart all vaccinations cause they weren't sure what he got while they saw him at the pet store we were at a loss. We called Animal Care and they had us come in the next day to figure it all out. There was no need to restart anything. They looked at his paperwork we had and said he was in schedule.I will gladly take my little guy here for all his doggie needs!

Love: UNETHICAL!!Yeah, so I thought this was an amazing veterinary practice at an affordable rate. Not! They said they are charging a $20 fee to write me a prescription unless I take my cat in to have blood work done. She only needs blood work every 6 months. We’re not even at the 5-month mark yet, but he wants her to come in.They were fine with me picking up the meds from them for $58 for a 50-day supply (as opposed to about $12 from my pharmacy) without her having blood work first. But when I told them it’s way cheaper at my pharmacy, that’s when they hit me with the $20 script fee unless she also comes in for blood work.Excuse me, what?!! I have never had a doctor or vet charge for simply writing a prescription. Disgustingly unethical and I am changing vets. Only reason I am even going to this vet this one last time is because my cat needs more meds.
Kelley Collins: They took my very sick cat when no one else would, not even the vet we had been going to for years. Vet offices are busy, but my cat was sick. The extended my cat's life a couple of weeks so my daughter who was away at college could say goodbye.Clients for ever!
Yolanda Currie: I am so pleased I decided to go to here, my experience was Awesome! My little Milo has been suffering with allergies. One call to them and they right away did allergy testing along with an injection that last for six weeks. All other places were not able to figure out what was going on with my little guy. So kudos to Animal Care Hospital.
elizabeth perry: I just adopted two cats, who have never been to the vet before. I took them here for a wellness, vaccines, blood work, and. A fecal. They told me both cats were perfectly fine other then one was throwing up so we switched his food. Took them to a different vet for blood work to get my one cat fixed. And it turns out my cat was dying and was extremely anemic. His blood was the consistency of water. And both cats have tapeworms. This vet was so negligent, how did they not see my poor cat had white gums and everything else. If I could give this place one star I would! I would highly suggest goin to a different vet!!! When I called to get answers on how they missed everything. They told me it was all my fault because "I brought a wrong or bad fecal sample" when it was fresh. And that all the problems must have happened after I left the vet. I went here one week before taking them to a different vet so please tell me how it all randomly happened in one week. The staff was extremely rude, to me and my mom over the phone, and refused my refund for the wellness, blood work, and fecal. This place does not care about your animals nor they care about weather or not your pets lives. When I called to get a corporate number or anyone to call higher up they told me good luck trying to find one. "They did nothing wrong" I'm begging anyone with a pet please call around and find another vet.

Vera: Ever since moving to the Macomb Co area in the early 1990s, we have been following Dr. Wilson’s practices, first at the Wilson Veterinary Hospital, but primarily the Animal Clinic of Sterling Heights. We are very pleased with the staff, both doctors & technicians. Dr. Jeremy Kreiger, is and has been our favorite. But all are kind, competent, and compassionate with our pets and it’s obvious they enjoy their work servicing beloved animals. You can’t go wrong choosing this practice!
Roc: I was about to have a panic attack because my dog was breathing hard and google was saying a whole lot of bad and not much good so I call in and the lady (sorry for assuming genders) instantly calmed me down and helped me figure out what was going on she walked me through taking his temperature he ended up being completely fine so thank you for that if you're reading this I was scared out of my mind

Emily Brewer: I just gotta say, I came here in a panic with my dog the other day, and they directed me to an urgent care but in the meantime, they had the vet just make sure he was okay and I am just so thankful that they helped me at all. My dog ended up being fine, just another large chunk of a blanket, hence his name, Chunk, but it was very helpful of them to get someone to quickly look at him so I could drive to where I needed to make sure he was okay. Thank you soooo much to all the girls that witnessed me having a nervous breakdown, and I will be scheduling an appt with them to get him established!

William Freigruber: Maggie gets the best possible care at Serenity. Everyone there is animal lover and treats pets as if they were their own. When we board they say "can't she stay longer" and Maggie Mae is always anxious to go there. I would never take her any place else as long as Serenity is there. The facility is clean without a smell, has good equipment, friendly and knowledgeable employees, is a full service facility, very reasonably reasonably priced and goes beyond with programs set up for their clients. Very few places are as nice as this one !

Jason Jones: Serenity Animal Hospital & Pet Resort in Sterling Heights is a great spot to board your pet while you're away. They were easily able to accommodate my very old dog with her age related issues at the resort and make sure she was comfortable and well taken care of when regular places have told me that she has too many issues to help with, and with the vet hospital right next door I knew she was in good hands if anything happened while I was away. The facility is clean and modern, and the prices were reasonable. I've received a good value for the care my pet has received.weird. They even took pictures of my baby and text them to me while she was there.
Jennifer Yakubesan: Everyone at Serenity is always helpful, friendly and kind. We have seen several of the doctors over the years and they have all been great. Dr. Sherman holds a special place in our hearts as she helped our one kitty with diabetes to live to 18 and was with us when we had to say goodbye to him and our other kitty. Her kindness and compassion along with her expertise make her an incredible vet.

My dog Mabel loves everyone in grooming and boarding which makes it a bit easier knowing that while mom is traveling.

Randy Thayer: After adopting May from here 8 years ago we just had our first recommendation for some oral work, they noticed a possible tooth infection. Never in 8 years had we had any suggestions for any oral care until just 4 months ago. So upon taking her in for this suggested work, we end up having to have 5 additional teeth pulled, not only was it traumatic for her but us as her parents it affected us too, not to mention how much this cost, almost $1100.00, wow! I’d of rather paid $150 a year for an oral exam with cleaning and fluoride treatment for the past 8 years to avoid what took place. I guess we were just expecting more from her doctors office with regard to care suggestions and recommendations. We certainly put our trust with her overall health care right here at Serenity Animal Hospital it just seems they missed the mark on preventative dental care.
