Kevin Do: every time i need an oil change recycle here they say their oil tank has a problem or bring the parts return back they say they have no cash even though I told them to return the account or credit card mine or need help they are only great customers to find by themselves and this I have never seen in other auto zone stores, maybe the staff working here are full of people from other countries coming to their way of working unlike americans, they lie and deceive the owner to hire them and after my bad experience with this store I don't want to go back to them, i went to other auto zone stores with warm staff love and fun

lilly roberts: Went in for a tail light . Gave gentleman vin # number showed vehicle and still was sold wrong bulbs . Paid $51 for two at auto zone and since it was wrong one I was charged by mechanic $50 for One while getting repaired since the builds I bought were the wrong ones was forced to buy one on site at mechanics since they had already started repair . Was not given a receipt either . I live out of town when I called store back I was told I needed to come In if I wanted to return I live 3 hours away . I trusted the employee would have known bulb was incorrect model considering he had vin . Very disappointed I went to my local auto zone store 0629 was able to talk to Tonya explained situation agreed to return bulb but ended up costing me difference to return almost $10 since item was cheaper at my home location . No to mention cost me extra $50 for new one I had to purchase which was double of what i should of paid . End result spent over $60 more than I needed too and was only able to get one bulb replaced when I originally purchased two which will end up costing additional $25 to get other installed at later time . Very disappointed waste of time and money

J K: I came into this Auto Zone because I needed antifreeze. Grabbed my antifreeze then went to the front of the line. A man was at the counter but it was clear that he was on a personal call. He was speaking Arabic on his cell phone with the speaker up. There was another girl, wearing all black, walking through ghe aisles behind the counter talking on the phone as well, on her personal cell. I waited about 10 minutes to be acknowledged by one of them. Then, a wonderful young man named Brian came to help me and he rung me out pretty quickly. I’m very dissatisfied by how unprofessional the man and woman were. Both of them seen me and did not acknowledge me and thought it was okay to stand in the front of the line with my stuff and wait 10 minutes.

Sharif Hussain: Rude and very unprofessional employee. No greetings of any sort. Seemed like both of them were getting irritated as customers were coming into the store. They were out of store merchandise card to refund me for the return. Spent 10 minutes to look for the card in the back and finally decided to just give me cash instead after not finding any and gossiping with his coworker. No apology nor any sign of being sorry for wasting my time and poor service from the cashier. At some point their printer was not working to print receipt so he was slamming on it and using all type of curse words out loud.Service date/time: 4/18/2020, 9:15pmTo management: please check the store video recordings and see for yourself what the employees were doing.Update: My review applies only to the specific employees working at that specific date/time. Some of them are really nice who served me other times.

Sharon Natale: I called all of the popular auto stores on Friday evening and then on Saturday morning looking everywhere for rear bushings for my 2006 Toyota 4runner no one had them in stock and the soonest they could get them to me was in 4 days, I was so disappointed, then I decided to try one more time to locate a auto parts store that I havent called and came across Auto Value on Van Dyke in Sterling Hts inside of PepBoys I called them and dealt with Jakob he was able to locate the bushings and with the store manager Darlene's help they said they could have them brought to their store within 2 hours, and in less than 2 hours I had them in my hand and my I was able to have my mechanic fix my 4Runner that very same day, a BIG "Thank You"!!! to AUTO VALUE for making that possible when no other store could. Auto Value is my new go to store and will be my first call from now on.

Dave locklear: Darlene Davis the store manager of the Vandyke location was very helpful with me the other day she realized I picked a wrong windshield wiper and exchanged it for me and then installed said wipers! She also help me fix a previous problem with me windshield wiper fluid wasn't working because it wasn't plugged in the right way. She was very helpful any kind I will be coming back because of her

Brian Ingalls: You don't need to go anywhere else if you have spring issues with your vehicle. Best price and best service in the metro area. Got my work truck back on the road for less than $500 and two hours of time, (rebuilt the rear springs) and I'm getting the fronts done in the next month or so. Been coming here for 20 some odd years.

I could have just left a message, but your number doesn't call anyone. So this was my only avenue of contact. Y'all should fix that up as well if you're going to have clearly marked cars out here near schools trying to kill people.
