A J: ZF gear box for Volvo 2008.....well...2 of them replaced and leaked very badly...than let them do the job on a third one and after less than 15 months gear box start leaking again...complained and writing mails but no answer....after Valley replaced gear box TCS light came on and nobody cant fix it again ,not even them after complained about that....so finally guys AVOID THAT PLACE IF YOU CAN...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...DO NOT WASTE TIME AND MONEY....

Sandro Sitto: Rude and disrespectful employees in “Parts Department” I went there and got some fittings and hoses for transmission cooler and the fitting did not go in the hose because they sold me aftermarket piece although I asked for the original one so I went back to exchange it and the guy says you didn’t buy it from me and then he asks the other guy and he said I don’t know I’m going home. Then he asked to bring the stuff back while it’s already attached to the truck.I’ll never go back.high prices and each employee will give you a different price and long waiting time. Please know who you’re hiring there or watch how they treat customers.

Fleet Masters: Parts department is horrendous, you will call all day from open to close and not one time will someone answer. You will listen to a recording stating your que in line is 1 but nothing will happen for hours. Call back and start the process over again. Show up at parts department just to have employees talking to each other about issues unrelated to parts while they keep looking at you but offer no assistance for a good 15-30min…and that’s if your the only one there.

koopx: came to the service, with some problems on the track. Repaired under warranty, everything is fine. I started the truck, the windows do not work. Came back and they fixed it quickly. Left satisfied! On the way, I discovered that they set a speed limiter for me. We called the service, explained the problem, they say that it is not their fault but they are ready to fix it. But it was a long way to go back, I had already traveled 60 miles. They think it's so easy to do, 60 miles to them and another 60 miles back. The total mileage would be 180 miles. Recommendation: check if everything works for you after they work on your truck
Mike H: It takes awfully too long to get parts, at least 30-45 minutes wait and hour plus if there are few in line ahead of you. This has been going on forever and management seems not to care at all.

Received it looking like it was tossed from the forklift bent up backing plates brakes busted up even sent them pictures. Looked fresh from a Michigan winter plow truck. Called back and only asked for shipping back at minimum because the picture they sent us it was undamaged when we bought it. 3 calls in told every time let me talk with our shipping department never even got a call back.
