Then they tried to blame us saying it was our fault for not calling and confirming that they actually had the correct part before showing up. Terrible customer service and performance would not recommend to anyone.

Shawn Paul: Bought a rear end paid top dollar because was told it was in excellent condition out of state clean. Even paid to have it delivered. Received it looking like it was tossed from the forklift bent up backing plates brakes busted up even sent them pictures. Looked fresh from a Michigan winter plow truck. Called back and only asked for shipping back at minimum because the picture they sent us it was undamaged when we bought it. 3 calls in told every time let me talk with our shipping department never even got a call back.

When I asked questions she seemed like I was making her life miserable. She sent me to another station and the lady there named Gloria was very kind! She helped, had a smile and had great customer service! I don’t know her last name but she was over by dock 79.Why do people seem so mad always ??? Ugh!

Here wouldn't even acknowledge me as I waited so then I knocked at the window after waiting patiently and he yelled at me and said he doesn't need to acknowledge me. When he finally looked at my paperwork he said to go to dock 79 as I did. Staff at dock 79 were very nice and polite and I told them what happened and they said that many people said that on this day which was 12/17/22. I arrived around 16:15. They weren't sure who he was because usually it's a lady or an Indian man that is a Linker they said but this man was white and in his 40's I think so he was probably a sub. I'm a white female driver and in the 10 years I've been driving never experienced this type of rudeness, arrogance and unprofessionalism. If someone doesn't like their job then quit! Don't make other people's day harder!Here should be fired whomever he is!

Mohamed Ahmed: On Saturday May 14th 2022 Approximate 9:20am I came to the receiver Linker dispatch office located at 7255 metro parkway Sterling Heights assembly factory MI, they stated go to dock 43 as Check in, I parked my truck with out blocking traffic or docks. I went to the dock 43 Entrance and I observed a man who was aggressive and yelling to the drivers , I waited in line during my waiting time I realized this the dock representative who I should check in dock 43 now it’s my turn I talk to him politely I gave to him my paper work , he said aggressively come back Monday. I told him my load is due today Why I should come back Monday He started yelling to me and using F words also stated do you speak English I am here speaking English and I know what he mean since I am in color /immigrant also he added later I don’t have room for this product I asked at what time on Monday I should come back and he stated at 7am In the morning he gave me two options drop your trailer and come back on Monday or go with you loaded trailer and come back On Monday 7am which is 2 days later. I choice dropping my trailer and go with bobtail.On Monday morning I came back since they unloading full trailer I gave him a chance i show up 8:30am although he stated 7 am your trailer should be ready and here is still yelling to the drivers my trailer still loaded I asked him why he did’t unloaded my trailer yet he told me We can’t unload your trailer and will be due at 1pm instead of 7 am reminder I already waiting 3 days so far we lost half of Monday later around 11am they unloaded my trailer. As per my experience This company is racist and unprofessional please stay away from this facility. Employee name Damon Bosman Jr should fired he is in charge dock#43.I know upper management level know this situation because all drivers already reported this situation but nobody cares.

Mike Tompkins: The worst place to deliver in all Michigan, if you are coming for a live unload be aware you will spend over 8 hrs. nobody cares about OTR drivers. After 4 hrs waiting at a dock I went inside to see what’s going on, and a couple of lazy forklift drivers in front of my dock playing on their phones. I asked them why they don’t unload my trailer and they didn’t care. I went to talked to their supervisor and same shi… after 8 hrs calling broker, customer and complaining all the time they unload me. I’m not coming here anymore in my whole life.

Went there once with my full trailer and a older lady ripped my head off. Didn't even ask me why I pulled up with a trailer just proceeded to rip into me like I did something to her.
