Martin Trump: -Re/Zachary- i'm good at figuring things out but not a mechanic by nature. Been having power train issues for 3-days and can't even get my mechanic to call me back. Barely made it into AutoZone, went in and explained my issues to Zachary. He was very good at identifying the problem, ran a scan on my vehicle and turned out to be the throttle body injector. He was quick to recommend a product, how to use it and the results I could expect. Zachary even lent me the tools and parking lot to fix my dilemma. My review is not solely about the diagnosis, it's more about how he carried and conducted himself. It has been a very long time since Ive seen someone act respectful and professional. I was taken far back to the time I could even remember when young men acted like respectful men and not like today's street thugs. Overall it was an excellent visit and by far one to remember. I will be back based on today's experience.

lilly roberts: Went in for a tail light . Gave gentleman vin # number showed vehicle and still was sold wrong bulbs . Paid $51 for two at auto zone and since it was wrong one I was charged by mechanic $50 for One while getting repaired since the builds I bought were the wrong ones was forced to buy one on site at mechanics since they had already started repair . Was not given a receipt either . I live out of town when I called store back I was told I needed to come In if I wanted to return I live 3 hours away . I trusted the employee would have known bulb was incorrect model considering he had vin . Very disappointed I went to my local auto zone store 0629 was able to talk to Tonya explained situation agreed to return bulb but ended up costing me difference to return almost $10 since item was cheaper at my home location . No to mention cost me extra $50 for new one I had to purchase which was double of what i should of paid . End result spent over $60 more than I needed too and was only able to get one bulb replaced when I originally purchased two which will end up costing additional $25 to get other installed at later time . Very disappointed waste of time and money

J K: I came into this Auto Zone because I needed antifreeze. Grabbed my antifreeze then went to the front of the line. A man was at the counter but it was clear that he was on a personal call. He was speaking Arabic on his cell phone with the speaker up. There was another girl, wearing all black, walking through ghe aisles behind the counter talking on the phone as well, on her personal cell. I waited about 10 minutes to be acknowledged by one of them. Then, a wonderful young man named Brian came to help me and he rung me out pretty quickly. I’m very dissatisfied by how unprofessional the man and woman were. Both of them seen me and did not acknowledge me and thought it was okay to stand in the front of the line with my stuff and wait 10 minutes.

They were out of store merchandise card to refund me for the return. No apology nor any sign of being sorry for wasting my time and poor service from the cashier. Alex Badiu: Went to get 2 rotors turned today for my 2019 Subaru outback, they were rusty on the interior, but totally fine and not any warping. Spent $50 and after taking them home and installing them... man you would not believe how warped they are. Under breaking the car shakes like like there's a 9.0 earthquake going on. They are so warped that forget the steering wheel shaking, the break peddle is going up and down like a whole inch. This is no heat warpage, they straight up grinded more on one side of the rotor than the other by like 5mm. I'm going to try and get my money back. NEVER bring your rotors to get turned at the O'Reillys 40940 Ryan Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48310. I could have done a better job turning them with sandpaper by hand.

I was harassed and told you want us to help you with charging someone with theft when you brought down the whole department. Sharon Natale: I called all of the popular auto stores on Friday evening and then on Saturday morning looking everywhere for rear bushings for my 2006 Toyota 4runner no one had them in stock and the soonest they could get them to me was in 4 days, I was so disappointed, then I decided to try one more time to locate a auto parts store that I havent called and came across Auto Value on Van Dyke in Sterling Hts inside of PepBoys I called them and dealt with Jakob he was able to locate the bushings and with the store manager Darlene's help they said they could have them brought to their store within 2 hours, and in less than 2 hours I had them in my hand and my I was able to have my mechanic fix my 4Runner that very same day, a BIG "Thank You"!!! to AUTO VALUE for making that possible when no other store could. Auto Value is my new go to store and will be my first call from now on.

It is your car and you can do whatever.Regardless, if you want to take this recommendation, you can. If you don't, you can just ignore it. Doesn't mean going straight to blocking a customer's account for letting you know something about the yard practices (at least from a customer service and business stand point).

Micah De Boer: Ordered a fender and they damaged it so they just substituted it for one of a different color and one that was rusty. Then they tried to blame us saying it was our fault for not calling and confirming that they actually had the correct part before showing up. Terrible customer service and performance would not recommend to anyone.

The guys at S+R let me take it outside and verify it matched. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thanks American/ Phoenix auto parts. I'll definitely shop here again.

Shawn Paul: Bought a rear end paid top dollar because was told it was in excellent condition out of state clean. Even paid to have it delivered. Received it looking like it was tossed from the forklift bent up backing plates brakes busted up even sent them pictures. Looked fresh from a Michigan winter plow truck. Called back and only asked for shipping back at minimum because the picture they sent us it was undamaged when we bought it. 3 calls in told every time let me talk with our shipping department never even got a call back.

Waste my time and my money, but my time is the most important. Becarefull
