Alex Badiu: Went to get 2 rotors turned today for my 2019 Subaru outback, they were rusty on the interior, but totally fine and not any warping. Spent $50 and after taking them home and installing them... man you would not believe how warped they are. Under breaking the car shakes like like there's a 9.0 earthquake going on. They are so warped that forget the steering wheel shaking, the break peddle is going up and down like a whole inch. This is no heat warpage, they straight up grinded more on one side of the rotor than the other by like 5mm. I'm going to try and get my money back. NEVER bring your rotors to get turned at the O'Reillys 40940 Ryan Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48310. I could have done a better job turning them with sandpaper by hand.

Sharon Natale: I called all of the popular auto stores on Friday evening and then on Saturday morning looking everywhere for rear bushings for my 2006 Toyota 4runner no one had them in stock and the soonest they could get them to me was in 4 days, I was so disappointed, then I decided to try one more time to locate a auto parts store that I havent called and came across Auto Value on Van Dyke in Sterling Hts inside of PepBoys I called them and dealt with Jakob he was able to locate the bushings and with the store manager Darlene's help they said they could have them brought to their store within 2 hours, and in less than 2 hours I had them in my hand and my I was able to have my mechanic fix my 4Runner that very same day, a BIG "Thank You"!!! to AUTO VALUE for making that possible when no other store could. Auto Value is my new go to store and will be my first call from now on.

Anhvu Cao: Normally I would give these guys 5 Stars because Ive dealt with them before and orders would get processed and shipped correctly, however this time around I feel as though I'm getting the shaft.Ordered some front brakes for my vehicle - order processed and shipped quick which is something to expect from them however the front brakes that came are incorrect fitment for my vehicle. I immediately reached out through phone call and emails to try and correct issue and now it seems as though I am talking to myself through email trying to get a response on return information. I did my own research and reached out to the manufacturer of the brakes I received and confirmed that model of brakes I was sent are incorrect for my year vehicle. Originally I wanted to have company just exchange for different model of brakes but with no responses I now had to find a different vendor to find the correct model brakes for me since my vehicle has been down for the last week. Still waiting on return information as we speak as I have these brakes packaged up and ready to go.When the orders are correct, its great and again I understand everyone makes mistakes but being in the field of customer service, I also understand that when you make a mistake, you make sure you try your best to correct it for the customer. Making a customer wait and barely responding when it comes to a return/exchange issue is very unprofessional. Lesson learned.

Refuge 88: I don't usually write reviews, but these guys really took care of me so I feel they deserve the shoutout!I am in the process of rebuilding and beefing up my EJ255, trying to find the right UEL headers was posing to be a nightmare, nobody had them, and with back orders, there was no way I'd have them in time for my build.After trying about 10 different places, including Tomei directly, I tried Oakos, and man did I score!I think I got the last set of UEL Tomei headers in the US right now, and not only did he not charge me shipping, but the gentlemen that helped me has it here NEXT DAY.The staff was super friendly, and helpful, the order was fast and easy without any complications, they even matched the lowest price on the net. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience!
