Amanda Verla: Wasn’t greeted upon walking into the store and was never offered any help the entire 5 minutes I walked around with my daughter so I left. Will never return or recommend to anyone.

Was told my son's Baptism outfit was there never received call about it arriving, never was there a voicemail left or anything if they even called,mail box was empty. Called to see if It was there. l then asked if I can get it shipped to house since I don't live that close, paid shipping fee and told me they we're going to ship it the next day. Now about a week later still sitting at store, they're not doing there job and my son's Baptism is in a week. After all this my mother had to call, since I work 5 days a week. She had to deal with a bunch of BS, but then the owner refunded shipping and hand delivered outfit to my house, apologized, and added in a freebie item. I appreciate it because I was getting very frustrated that the event is in almost a week and didn't have outfit or if I would get it on time.

John P: Made a order online.The sunglasses arrived broken. I took them to the storeTo try to exchange them. They did not have them in the store. I went to the register and said that I wanted to exchange these but you guys don’t have them so I just want to return them. The guy behind the counter with three girls. Not sure if the girls work there or not. Said they don’t take exchanges that are broken. Then I said I would just return them. He looked at me cold face and said that i can’t return them. So cold and harsh that my reply was are you joking because I seriously thought he was going to laugh and just say oh I’m joking i am sorry I can help you with that. But he did not say that. So I said what am I supposed to do with broken item. To which he grabbed a brochure and threw it on the counter and said I can call customer service. I asked him his name and he said KYLE at store 35. So smug like go ahead and complain to someone nothing‘s gonna happen. Then as I was walking out him and the girls were laughing. I will never walk in that store again.On the plus side when I did call customer service the lady on the phone was very nice and re ordered me a new pair of sunglasses for free. #childrensplace

Local Tour Guide: This mall has many good stores. Children's Place has cute clothes for children and some family matching outfits or pajamas.There are massage chairs and a massage kiosk available. Parking is busy. There were less people shopping near closing time and Macy's stays open a bit later. Overall enjoyed the experience.

Cheese Head: The demeanor of the tall young man that works there was terrible. As if he barely wanted to provide service or do his job. The young lady as bubbly as she was, wouldn’t take my coupon because she didn’t verify it came from my email. I’ve never heard of that. I had the coupon and barcode on my phone but she stated it had to come from my email.

But to make matters worst, management does not have the authority to override the request even if they’re able to access it in their system. Ugh!!! Each and every time I come to this location, I spend xxxxx amount of dollars and they can’t even make an executive decision to honor my request! Welp, I’ll just take my business elsewhere. Poor customer experience.....

Also, the order online to store pick-up is even worse than shopping in store...it's literally like swapping the witch for the devil. Fredia Giles: I got to the store 10mins before closing, the doors were not locked. I was told by the alleged store manager (Nicole, if that’s really her name) that they were closed and could not process my return. This lady had THE MOST HORRIBLE ATTITUDE, VERY RUDE AND NASTY. SHE LOOKED IRRITATED. There was a few ppl in line but I thought if I made it to the store before closing they couldn’t turn you away. However, I made a complaint to corporate and I won’t be returning to that store as long as she is working there.

Jeff Malmgren: Needed to return an item due to the size. I was told to find another set and it had to be the exact same set. The store had a manager and another associate working and we were the only customers. I would have thought one of them would offer to assist us and when I asked them to I was told by them both they had other things to do. We wound up leaving with the same pajamas. When the owners wonder why Amazon is taking their business, they can rest assure its because I am given the next size I need without any grief.
