GennaKP: This definitely isn’t a get skinny quick scheme. The program is effective and truly encourages a lifestyle change. It was just what I needed! After having my 2 kids, I decided I wanted to get the baby weight off. Did 2 rounds of the program and am down 20 lbs below my pre-baby weight. I feel great, and in control of my eating habits. I know the bigger challenge will come in maintenance phase but I’m glad I have accountability throughout the year with Ideal You to keep me on track. Thank you to Amy who was always so positive with me and always was available when I needed to text about something.

Staff at sterling heights has been a pillar of support from the start and throughout the process. The consultation was informative and thorough but not pushy. My coaches were knowledgeable and experienced. Their repeated rah rah mantra of "You got this" was backed by the tools and insight to get it done. Not cheap, but a great value and worth every penny.Extra shout out to Coach Sarah for her sincerity and willingness to share personal experiences and recipes! But honestly my interactions with the whole staff have been like this and they have my gratitude.

Michelle Alter: I struggled with weight loss for over 35 years. I tried everything there was. I even paid tens of thousands of dollars for liposuction that didn't work. Margaret Ross: Dr. Marshall is great. Very detailed and always informative. I have followed him on Facebook. He is retired. I also would like to have him advise me on an issue I am having. I will make an appointment at the practice because that's where my records are.
Holly Andrew: Do not go to this quack. He is money hungry & awful at his job. Very rude. He scared me for life on 2 surguries then wanted to cut on me again! Glad my pcp jumped in.

Carolyn Jarackas: Dr. Marshall did my bariatric surgery in 2011. He is very informative and articulate. He educates thoroughly until I realized I had questions. He made my decision an easy one as I struggled with having the surgery. To this day, he still treats me for follow- up visits as well as any medical issues i am having. He still educates me. Dr. Marshall is very caring and readily available to speak with you when not in surgery. He gives his patients his cell phone number and pager if we need to speak to him. He calls back in a timely manner if hes unavailable. Dr. Marshall is one of the best in his field. I feel like he's part of my family and is welcome to come to breakfast, lunch and dinner anytime he wants. He has a great sense of humor as well. I recommend him highly.
