GennaKP: This definitely isn’t a get skinny quick scheme. The program is effective and truly encourages a lifestyle change. It was just what I needed! After having my 2 kids, I decided I wanted to get the baby weight off. Did 2 rounds of the program and am down 20 lbs below my pre-baby weight. I feel great, and in control of my eating habits. I know the bigger challenge will come in maintenance phase but I’m glad I have accountability throughout the year with Ideal You to keep me on track. Thank you to Amy who was always so positive with me and always was available when I needed to text about something.

Staff at sterling heights has been a pillar of support from the start and throughout the process. The consultation was informative and thorough but not pushy. My coaches were knowledgeable and experienced. Their repeated rah rah mantra of "You got this" was backed by the tools and insight to get it done. Not cheap, but a great value and worth every penny.Extra shout out to Coach Sarah for her sincerity and willingness to share personal experiences and recipes! But honestly my interactions with the whole staff have been like this and they have my gratitude.

Michelle Alter: I struggled with weight loss for over 35 years. I tried everything there was. I even paid tens of thousands of dollars for liposuction that didn't work. I kept hearing about Ideal You on 96.3 radio station and finally said, " I need to check this out." I went in and met Sarah, my now coach. She is amazing. She explained everything that I had to do to lose weight. During this same time frame, I was not exercising. As a matter of fact, I was going through a total knee replacement and couldn't exercise. The only moving around I did was getting to and from physical therapy and the therapy itself. I am down over 30 pounds, and I feel and look amazing. Susan Satow: This was my first time for physical therapy at Borja. I am looking forward to my future visits. What I liked most of all was the one on one client. This is the first physical therapist that I have gone to that explains everything of what’s happening with your back and hips, explains what to expect and stays with you. Hope to post more good reviews in the future.

CONCA_BROS_PVP: I had an excellent visit with Dr Alex Borja! The evening after my first treatment I slept all night, without being suddenly awakened by back pain or burning in my legs. The following morning my lower back felt loose, limber and I could move about much more freely. My hips felt much better and I felt minimal discomfort. My children noticed I walked more naturally. I look forward to doing the daily exercises that the Dr. prescribed for me, and strengthening my core and lower back. Thanks so much Dr. Borja.
Bernie Januska: I am a veteran of several rehabs, and by far this place has been the best to deal with on all aspects. Jamie was my 1st contact and unlike all big places, she took my info and had the insurance set up and me ready to get my eval with in 45 mins of me talking with her.Dr.Borjas evaluation of me and his confidence of being able to really help me get back to a close to normal put my mind at ease. I am starting my 2nd week of therapy and it’s been enjoyable working with Dr. Borja and Jamie. I get in right away the clinic is clean and the equipment well maintained. I have a great deal of rehab in front of me, inoperable rotator cuff tear ect but I have full belief I will be able to return to work in better physical condition. I highly recommend Dr. Borja and his clinic to all who like one on one rehab and to be treated like a human and not a number. I waited a couple weeks in to gauge this clinic and it has warmed the 5 star rating hands down!

Salar Halabi: Professional and nice people when it comes to greetings and forgiveness for being late, my problem was doctor Borja was bouncing around between two patients didn’t really take it seriously to focus on each patient at a time nor he would address the problem if I were to raise concerns, he tends to avoid the problem and blame it on something else, also he would just instruct on what to do without using his hands as much, after going to therapy for over a month still didn’t feel any better so I decided to stop going here, now this was back in December 2020. Now I started going somewhere else because the problem never went away, I am getting real results now, that’s why I decided to write this review due to the other physical therapy being more productive and taking their time with each patient, also he offers a bottle of bio freeze to get good reviews because I was offered one, no wonder why there’s five stars all over, I have nothing against doctor Borja but I just wanted to be truthful.
Cheri: Today I had a consult with Dr. Alex. He was amazing. He explained to me my proposed plan of care, as well as answered any questions that I had. I look forward to allowing Dr. Alex to aid me in my healing journey. I have been to a few consults, and have decided to select Dr. Alex based upon his knowledge of my injury and willingness to explain... I will follow up with an update after a few sessions. I plan to start next week. So far so good!

I got bloodwork done and after a couple of weeks the results came back and the secretary contacted me stating that *my cholesterol was slightly up, your Lipitor is ready for pickup at your local pharmacy*1 You should talk to your patients before putting them on anything, this is like a butcher shop. We are not pieces of meat, you are suppose to treat your patients as individuals, not everyone that gets diagnosed with %slightly% elevated amounts of cholesterol is supposed to go on Lipitor2 I am young enough to lower my cholesterol by exercising and changing my diet.3 This is really a problem with most doctors and clinics. what a disgrace of the medical system.

Barbara Streling: I wish I could give it 5 stars because the ladies at Clinton are top notch. What takes away is the lack of supplements that are shipped to clinic. The plans all call for using at 3 a day but the variety we are left because of lack of shipments is disappointing. With the kind of money we are paying this should not happening. Just sad and discouraging for us as clients to have this happening on a regular basis.

Phyliess Taylor: I started seeing Dr. Sousa sometime in 2020. I had VSG surgery on 12.22.21 and to say that I have had the best experience with him and his office staff is an understatement. I have lost around 120 lbs and couldn't be any happier. Was there a few bumps in the road?? Yes there was, but all things considered it still was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sousa.
