Greet them right away, help them with anything they need, and try to make them comfortable and want to come back. Now these days you feel like your bothering these kids by being in the store. Wow, things have really changed.

Really welcoming at this store and their clothes are exactly what a Plus size woman needs. It’s my go-to store. Sales are great too. There aren’t any stores that have clothes for the younger generation of plus size girls. But this store has it all, dressy and casual.

Jamie Hales: I can’t say I care for the mall as a whole since I only spent time at Guess, but it was well worth the two hour drive for the expert, friendly, and attentive assistance from the two stylish and kind store associates (unfortunately only caught Chantelle’s name, though).They were able to pull ideal denim styles that I might’ve overlooked without recommendations, and after returning three AllSaints leather jackets in the past year for ill fit, the perfect silver-hardware leather jacket was hanging in my fitting room on arrival.I would make the trip again for the experience I had today.
Spiros greek: Purchased a watch and chubby black guy sized it for me, what he didn't tell me was that if he sized it I could not return it.....I wasn't sure if I liked the watch and wanted my wife's second opinion, sure enough she did not like it. When we took it back to return it the manager said because it was sized they could not take it back. Nowhere in the store or on the receipt does it say that. I got dumped into sizing it so that I could not return it and buddy kept his commission.

We went over all of the wonderful features of being a guest loyalty member and Went above and beyond making sure that I left the store with a Beautiful jacket that I am going to love forever. I've been buying watches from guess for years, and I've always been told that if i need their battery replaced, i can take it somewhere, get the battery replacement receipt and they'll refund me back.. I've been doing this for over 3 years at the one on great lakes crossingsl. But the manager at lakeside said that she's never heard of such a thing. Guess who's not buying anything from that store. You just lost a customer for 10 dollors. Morons.
