UpDog Yoga Sterling Heights: what do users think?
Kelsey D: I did 6 classes, the first one was free and then I bought the 5 for $15 new student pass. Using my pass on the MindBody app only showed certain classes available and they were basically all of the virtual ones which I didn't want to do because it's more relaxing when you're actually in the room. I had to go to the actual website each time and sign up for my classes that way so I could use my pass. Not a whole bunch of classes are offered, mainly they're for beginners. I was fine with this because I'm just starting to get back into yoga again and it's walking distance from my house. All of the classes I've taken have had 1-2 other students in the class besides me. I like this because since I'm just getting started again, I've been a little nervous about how well I'm able to follow along. This might not be the best place for people who are further along in their yoga practice, but it works out well for me for the time being.
Leisl Novák: Nice place to get relax and refresh
Sarah Merrifield: This is the worst studio I have been to in the area. I only went to 3 classes, and disliked two of the teachers. One of them put her hands on me and other students without asking consent and when I asked her to ask me first she acted so shocked and incredibly rude for the rest of the class. The other teacher did not seem to have a lot of experience and was talking to her friends most of the time before class and ignoring everyone else. She also did not seem to know a lot about yoga sequencing as the class did not flow very well. The only class I liked at this studio was the Buti yoga and I would only come to this in the future. The Buti teacher is friendly, knowledgeable, and creates well-planned out classes. Also, the class offerings at this studio are SO lacking. It's mostly basic yoga, and I don't understand how they stay in business mostly offering basic yoga. The class times did not work with my schedule, so I asked to extend my class pass and the owner was very rude with me on the phone and said "it was only a $15 pass..." as if I'm worth less than other customers because I paid the new student special. I did not feel like she cared if I came back again, and I didn't. I probably will never be back based on the unprofessional and ignorant behavior of the teachers and owner.
Patricia Griesbeck: I’ve tried a few places, but I really like this studio! I’m newer to yoga and this is a great fit😊
Melanie Sophia: I have only done yoga a short time on and off. I have done home workouts and I've also done the studio thing at 4 different places. UpDog Yoga has a very comfortable environment and I felt like it was a good fit right from this first visit. Other places I've done yoga felt cold or their atmosphere felt more of a competitive nature instead of a community. Jill, one of the owners, taught the basic class I took and I really liked her style of teaching. I'm excited for more classes at UpDog Yoga.
Alexander Neal: My family and I have been practicing and studying yoga here for a couple months now. Every experience has been pleasant and rewarding. The staff and teachers are incredibly friendly and very engaging in their lessons. The classroom is clean and comfortable also free of judgment. The studio offers a variety of different classes such as Yin and gentle yoga for helping beginners and those with health conditions but also providing classes for the experienced. As well as fun workshops for all to enjoy 👍The studio also provides other services like a private personal trainer. Meditation classes and zero gravity float tanks! 😱 Id recommend this studio especially to new people because they offer incredible deals. Like the choice of your 1st yoga class free or 5 classes for only 15$! Or Yoga mat rentals only being 1$ for everyone. So you really have nothing to lose but a lot to gain! Very satisfied UpDog Yoga keep up the great work! 👍.

Thrive Hot Yoga: what do users think?
Amber MC: I love thrive. Each class is beginner friendly and everyone's so friendly! I always look forward to my next class!
R J: This was my second time doing the bikram style yoga since covid and omG have I missed it! Shannon’s class on Christmas Day made it the best Christmas in all my years! She’s wonderful and her energy is so beautiful! I’ve only had one other instructor who was also great just can’t remember her name at the moment but you always feel better than coming in! This studio is clean and everyone is so friendly! Love the vibes!
Chris M: Sheila is the best instructor! Always a great workout @ her hot pilates class!
L LH: This place gave me a lot of breathing room after what I call the winter of my life…🏳️‍🌈🦋
Phillip A. Johnson: Responsive to student needsTeacher was nice
A Ze: Wonderful studio with great selection of classes. I travel extensively and finding a hot yoga studio is my equivalent of finding a church, temple, synagogue, etc. It's a place of retreat, silence, release, and deep meditation. Unfortunately this studio doesn't allow for that ... there's a distinct sense that "regulars" attend, resulting in laughter, chatter, and other disruptive pre-class practices, ignorant of those who are there for an escape from just that. Most studios I visit post reminders for yogis entering the silent room, that would be helpful at Thrive. The vibe of it being a private club of regulars is disheartening.
Lynn Crawford: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityMy favorite yoga studio ever. The space and instructors are exceptional--in fact the entire community (owners, teachers, students) are too! Beautiful Yoga/Beautiful People.
Karmen Eastwood: Nice, clean establishment. Friendly, funny and charming instructors. The cancelation policy does not sit well with me.30 days to stop charging your account from when your request a cancellation means they get a month of my mula and I get nothing.I am canceling because the hours offered don’t match with my work schedule. So I am now paying for a month of Hot yoga and not able to attend a single class.
Jim Santangelo: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
Nneka Lewis: Great,
Martina VanHuysse: Thrive in Troy is my absolute favorite yoga studio! The owner is very personable and kind. All the teachers are amazing and know how to push your yoga practice to be the best that it can be on a physical and spiritual level.
J L: Great and friendly staff. They are patient with beginners and don't expect you to truly have a routine down until maybe your 5th session for a particular class. Even then, they are completely helpful and just give them a heads up if you need more attention during the class. Especially if you have prior injuries or other ailments. Love this place :)
Gayle Zech: Excellent staff and workout, wish I could be more motivated so that's my goal for 2019. 3 times a week.
Sarah Atkinson: Love it here so much! Such a great place. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. Wonderful community of people who love yoga.
Kristin Soreide: very friendly staff!
Frank Lombardo: Great place to practice.
Randall Hicks: This place is the best !Bikram Troy offers a clean, comfortable, friendly environment to practice. The facility is terrific, well organized and well equipped for your Bikram needs. The staff members are ( I could write a book on how great they are ) friendly, informative and very supportive. When you communicate w the staff here, you easily can recognize the fact that they LOVE what they do, which speaks volumes for Bikram yoga, but also is very reassuring to the student. Great work people ! Kudos to management for having an eye for great talent.I've visited other Bikram facilities and Troy is hands down the best. I don't typically leave reviews but I was compelled to write this after months of consistent, undeniable success and great results, both physically and mentally. Thanks !
Adrian Kwitkowsky: Today was my first class, and it was quite wonderful. The facilities are neat and clean, the staff knowledgeable and very friendly. I'll most certainly return!
Marc Gomez: Really a great studio. They keep it hot, clean and pure Bikram.

2244 Hot Yoga: what do users think?
Luke Cypret: Visiting my hometown, I was in search of a spot to get my Hot Yoga time in while away from my normal studio, 2244 Hot Yoga was not far away. Easy to navigate website and simple schedule with fitting options for the temporary stay I had. I signed up for the weekly unlimited, and came to almost every class the week I was here. Writing this review is almost funny, having to search for words that I feel like will help this all make sense to the readers -- my experience was perfect for me, that's a good way to put it ;).Familiar instruction with some top tier staff and students, CLEAN, inviting, friendly, this is what I found. Some great connections were made here. So much more could be written but... 3!
Carrie Felisiak: My favorite place to challenge and over come challenge and become one with 'self' and to heal and recharge!
Amgg Amh: Beautiful place, looks and feels like being in a spa...all the teachers kind and nice, this practice is being amazing for my mind, body and spirit. Thank you to all my instructors.
Dimitri's Dream: Epic.
JD: Love this place!! They make you feel so welcome and are ver understanding and accommodating.
Matthew Hart: I am so glad I found this studio. The staff are all amazing, and I have benefited physically and mentally from the yoga taught. The facilities are clean as well. I highly recommend checking out a class! You will feel great after
Jenna: Beautiful and clean studio with showers! Visited this studio while I was in town for work. Great instructors and variety of classes offered. Will for sure be returning if in town again.
Shelly Stempfle: Awesome class with Christina!! It was exactly what I needed.
astha tiwari: Absolutely love this place!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I always feel REJUVENATED after class. The warmth of the class is the same as for the instructors of the class. I love coming back to the studio.
Prakash Valsangkar: I love going to this studio. Tara and Jeff are awesome Yoga teachers. Both Tara and Jeff have deep commitment to the Yoga philosophy. Namaste.
Shea Allor: I cannot say enough good things about this place! The instructors are absolutely amazing and so friendly and I see huge progress every class I attend. I am so thankful to have such a wonderful place to workout! I recommend 2244 Hot Yoga to all my friends and family!
Julie Gleason: We were warmly welcomed at our arrival. The heat was perfect. Jeff gave clear instructions and included the benefits to our bodies for each pose. This studio is CLEAN. EVERYONE will feel at home here and leave refreshed.
Michael Zielinski: Make you feel very welcome. Really enjoy the pace of the class
Stephen Luyckx: If you like yoga you will love this place. Something special about team Jeff/Tara that further connects positive results to my practice. I especially like the unique higher ceiling that gives the whole hot room a more open feeling.
Lisa Graziano: The 2244 staff have a talent of calmly connecting with every student while gently encouraging focus, strength, flexibility and mindfulness. Tara and Jeff clearly want to teach and inspire, and they absolutely deliver!
Tarman Aziz: Professional, caring, and nurturing environment for those with a well-developed hot yoga practice, as well as for beginners. Jeff and Tara ensure every student in attendance engages to their best individual capacity, supportive without pressure to keep up. This is a judgment-free environment. You will leave refreshed, with a calm mind and sense of empowerment. Highly recommended!!!
Christina Vitale: Absolutely love this place!! The staff is so friendly and kind. It can always be nerve wracking to come into a new studio, but they are so welcoming and eager to help. I always feel AMAZING after class. The instructors make class fun too. So happy I found them. The space is very clean and the heat is perfect.
Toni Valenti: I have practiced yoga for many years at various studios around the country, & I can honestly say that 2244 Hot Yoga is one of the best! The studio itself is topnotch; clean & welcoming, with experienced/knowledgeable teachers who really care about their students & who work to ensure that each individual whether beginner or advanced is supported in the growth & development of their practice.
Ramona Stamatin: 2244 Hot Yoga is a fantastic hot yoga studio. I enjoyed the community class flow and I am looking forward to participating in more hot yoga classes. I also appreciated the atmosphere of the room and the pleasant scent, considering everyone is sweating. Each time I take a class here, I personally walk out feeling renewed and refreshed for the remainder of my day. Jeff and Tara are the light-hearted and kind owners of 2244. I attended a couple of Jeff's classes and appreciated the variety of poses and the different themes of yoga and life discussed throughout these classes. I highly recommend this studio for anyone interested in improving their balance, strength, patience, peace and overall yoga practice in the hot temps!
Kent Weaver: Toxic. Many dedicated yogis driven out of the studio for arbitrary infractions. I didn't think it would be me... until it was.Desperately in need of new management, better instruction, and a fresh perspective.
Jimi Lase: Have done a full week of Hot Yoga and have loved every class, some were hotter than others, depending on the instructor. The place smells fresh due to special rubber flooring (great relief if you compare with traditional Bikram classes...) I've enjoyed the flow versions of the hot yoga. The instructors are on point cheerful and encouraging. I have also got to know everyone quite quickly and from the first day felt right at home. I would recommend this place for health, balance, and positive vibe atmosphere.

Hot Yoga Ferndale: what do users think?
Mariko Antonacci: I tried out Hot Yoga Ferndale while on a work trip, and it was great! I practice hot yoga regularly, but this was my first class with the Bikram series. It was intense but still accessible, and the instructor, Teesha, as well as Andrea, who showed me around, were both wonderful! They also have everything you need in case you don't have your own mat or were traveling without one, like I was.I highly recommend checking it out!
Makoyia Jenkins: I’ve been a client for the last 5 years on and off. I absolutely love the instructors, and the energy brought to each workout. This environment has always been safe and peaceful for me.
Taylor Doran: Even after moving further away from the studio, I keep finding myself coming back. I can't get enough of Hot Yoga Ferndale - especially the hot pilates!
Anthony Fortson: 1st time trying yoga, amazed at the experience that this establishment provided! All it took was one session and I was hooked, the owners are open, welcoming and exciting. Definitely the vibe to shake off whatever life tension you may be experiencing.
Kate Lane: Best place to do yoga in town! Please go here they will not disappoint! Super nice and accommodating. I've never found a better place. Kudos to the owners👍👍✨😘
Karmen Eastwood: This place is a sanctuary for me. And my life (health: emotions, body and spirit) have improved and rippled into my family’s life too. I am indebted to the lovely people who keep this ship running. ❤️I participate in mostly Hot Palates here, with the rare throw in of Hot Yoga. The instructors are lovely humans with varying talents and flavors to how they set up their routine, which is wonderful if you are coming regularly and like variety. The environment while you are getting ready to sweat is welcoming and excited. The people who show up are there with you. We are all building our bodies one minute at a time.Feeling the burn and knowing it is getting us to where we want to be.It feels and is community.Great people, great support. Literally is a pillar in how I function through life.Thank you guys❤️ Every one of you❤️
David Chomet: This is simply put - a phenomenal yoga/pilates studio. What sets this studio apart from any other is the sense of community, friendship and support that the students and instructors all provide to each other. Andrea (owner and instructor) has created a space where everyone is welcome, accepted, encouraged and supported. There is no other place like this. You need to get here to do some yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates.
Ashley Banks: This is an absolutely wonderful community that is accepting and open to all! A safe place for everyone to practice, beginners to advanced. Best part is the cool lavender towels at the end of class!
me me: They never answer the phone.
Haley Seymour: I've been going to this studio consistently for a couple of months now, and I only have wonderful things to say about it! The instructors are all so supportive and knowledgeable. The studio itself is clean and organized. The staff clean your equipment and the cool towel they give you after class, which is so much cleaner than studios who have everyone clean their own (IMO).Other things I appreciate about this studio are the showers, complimentary essentials in the bathrooms - like hair ties if you forget to bring one, and the overall attitude of everyone at the studio. We're all there to work hard and support each other. Definitely would recommend!!
Angela K: I drive almost a half hour at least three times a week just to practice at this studio. I could go to others closer to my house, but it's worth the drive! The classes are fun, challenging and produce results. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and motivating. Andrea has great energy and is an amazing teacher. Everyone there is very welcoming.
Leah Damiani: Love this Studio! So happy to be back practicing here.Andrea and all of the instructors are very kind and super knowledgeable! ;););)Booking classes online is very easy and theFREE parking and entrance in the back is definitely a huge plus!
Marissa Gawel: Absolutely wonderful environment. Staff is so friendly and welcoming, especially if you’re new to yoga.
Ross Herner: Love it! The studio has kept me intrigued and motivated! I can’t get enough of the heat in the winter and all the instructors are awesome!
Teri B: IF YOU ARE NEW TO HOT YOGA, DO NOT ATTEND THIS STUDIO! The owner Maria was extremely rude and judgmental to my significant other! Still haven’t received the refund that she promised us! Never will recommend this studio to any one! For any first time hot yogi’s always listen to your body, don’t let any one tell you that you better get up and do the poses!
Prince Richards: Yes me and my family visited this place and we had a horrible experience while there the owner Maria was being very evil and mean to my son there and in the middle of class was harassing him
Delton Bright: My brother was trying hot yoga for the first time and was profiled by the owner Maria and offered a refund that has not been giving! Do not support this place
jaquetta Wilkerson: She was extremely mean and nasty towards my family. I do not recommend!!!
Francisco: Hands down one of the friendliest places for beginners and one of the best post-injury exercises you can do. Andrea, Maria, and A.R. are fantastic instructors are some of the only people who can put me in a 90min session and have me looking forward to the next class.Pricing is fair and it's location is nice as I can bike locally to class, then be in walking distance to most food joints in Ferndale. Coming up on my first 30 days and am looking to stay at this studio. Strongly recommend!
Rose Lane: Such a wonderful yoga studio!!! Andrea is beautiful teacher!! I'll be back soon!!!
Amanda Roldan: I cannot not say enough amazing things about this studio! Andrea and her team are all amazing! This environment is a true pleasure to walk into daily. The vibe and over all feel is beyond encouraging and comfortable. Impeccably clean studio and practices very safe COVID protocol. This place has become my sanctuary for a couple years now and my body, mind and soul are better because of it! Well done on your awesome efforts!

Thrive Hot Yoga: what do users think?
Jessica Francis: Krysia’s classes are THE BEST! She’s so good at calling out cues to get your body in the perfect position to get the most out of each workout and targeting all the muscles. The music is also a 10 out of 10 amazing every time!
Tony Konja: I’ve been coming to Thrive for over two years. I have seen a difference in my health and wellness, and it feels good. The hot Pilates class is different every week and Krysia is the best. I love that she changes up the music in the workouts every week. I Thrive !! 🧘‍♀️ namaste. 5 ⭐️
Derek: Great practice with great people. Moving meditation for the mind and body. Come and feel the difference!
Patrick Stackpoole: I take a Pilates course hosted by Krysia. She's an excellent instructor and I like the overall positive energy. We're told to go at our own pace but I still leave the class with no doubt that I had a hell of a workout! This helps reduce the bad aches and sores born from older age and sedentary living. I'm feeling stronger and healthier, even if I'm feeling the good sores from tearing up my muscles. 🙂
Maciek Lyko: Simply amazing! I have been going there for past 15 years! The whole family goes:) that is
Ashley Banks: This is a wonderful community of people to practice with and has been like my second home! Every instructor has something different and unique to offer. So happy the owners have kept their doors open
Susanne Gorman: Wonderul loving community of teachers and students!
Laverne Smith: Always, a great and relaxing experience
tony kmeid: Positive:ProfessionalismThe owner is very professional and I appreciate his understanding
Medhabi Ray: I’m a pretty regular yoga student at various yoga studios in the SE Michigan area. This is definitely not a place for a somewhat advanced yogi. All other places I’ve been to regardless of the difficulty levels of each class allows some level of independence to the people who have paid money to practice there. This instructor was outright mean and told me not to do something advanced that I was trying on my own mat without disturbing anyone around. That’s absolutely against the spirit of yoga. It completely ruined my practice and
TeLeesha Long-Price: This place is absolutely the best!!! I've been going a little over a month now. I m.j ot only feel great on the inside but the outside as well. After just one day you notice your eating habits start to change.
Andrea LiuWu: Love hot yoga 💗
Carrie Krawiec: I have some great things to say about this place. Nice variety of teachers and classes. Pleasant teachers. Mostly nonjudgmental students. Sanitary, well kept environment. On the downside schedule changes often, Class packages expire, drop in classes exceed what’s normal other places which used to be OK when classes were 90 minutes but now mostly 60. The combination of these things that make it difficult to be a standard a part of my routine.
V S: Sheila is amazing. She makes you feel welcomed and comfortable even though you take breaks. She follows up with you after the class. Overall a good experience.
Jackie Boleware: I love this studio, the instructors, and the friends I have met. Yes, it’s a little smelly but that’s one of the after affects of any studio where you practice in 105 degree heat. I’ve visited other studios out of state and this remains my favorite by far. I’ve learned something from every teacher to enhance my practice, and every instructor has been encouraging. Although I have yet managed to do a perfect posture, I see growth after every practice, improved flexibility, better sleep and better focus.
Asha Pope: A little over three weeks ago I walked into my first yoga class ever and I can’t stop going. I wish that I could go everyday, but life doesn’t permit. My first class was with Sarah (Farmington Hills) and she is just so great. Everyone is so welcoming and has their own style of the practice. I’ve noticed a change in the way I feel overall and of course with my flexibility; I’m happy I took the step and went because it was quite intimidating. Maybe one day I’ll try the Troy location as well.
Samantha Everett: Love this studio (now Thrive Hot Yoga). It can be crowded during peak hours but the community here is unlike any other studio I've been to
Victoria Soto-Aguirre: Studio is awesome! Highly recommend...class was appropriately heated throughout the entire class. Teacher was great. Overall a great experience for this traveling yogi!!
Edna Hairston: Bikram Yoga is the icing on the cake for me in my weight loss struggle. It helped me lose 32 #s, and maintained the weight loss for about 10 years and counting. I felt like a new person and my cognitive performance increased as well.
Hasnain Mohammad: Amazing! Out of the world! Surreal!

HOTWORX - Clawson, MI (Downtown): what do users think?
Stephanie Damavolitis: My husband and I went in for a free trial and absolutely loved the experience! Working out in the sauna is such and experience. The manager Mona made signing up a breeze. I love the quick workouts
Zois Damavolitis: I went in for the free trial and absolutely fell in love! I love the quick yoga workout! I love how much I feel like I worked out for 3 hours with the amount of sweat I had in actuality I only worked out for about 40min.. Mona and Jaime really made the sign up process super easy!!
Cassie Stafa: Best gym I have ever been to in Troy/Clawson, they are so accommodating and kind. It’s super clean and very fair pricing!
Megan Krozek: I will never join a gym ever again! HotWorx is an amazing infrared sauna workout and detox. Not only do I feel amazing, but I have gained so much muscle tone and lost a total of 10 pounds in just seven weeks! The 24 hour access also makes it great to get a workout in any day of the week. The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is very clean!
Maria Nguyen: First week of Hotworx and love it!!
Sierra Davis: Great place, amazing people!!!
Paula Riser: Upon entering this establishment I was greeted by both the owner, Mona and the General Manager, Jamie. Initial impression: Super clean and inviting/friendly staff. Great! I was provided a tour and immediately given a HOT ISO trial session. How would I describe the 40 minute session? Intense, exhilarating, warming, sweaty=cleansing, challenging and even accommodating (3 levels of training for all abilities) and semi-private. After that session, I decided that I would like to try one of the 15 minute HIIT sessions- HOT cycling, HOT elliptical or HOT Thunder (rowing). I chose Thunder - OMG - I wasn’t ready. Lol. My lack of exercise during COVID was evident. What an amazing experience! I was perspiring so intensely (releasing toxins). The most memorable part of this all is…..SO much less soreness post workout and days later! It has to be the infrared heat. I stayed in the room and used the heat to do my stretching and I feel GREAT! Lastly, the weights, bands, ropes and more in their FX FITNESS area are an awesome addition to the club, seeing that I am on a mission to gain muscle and tone. Best perk- They’ve included an app that tracks all your hard work! Love the app.Best advice- Hydrate hydrate hydrate and go get your “Hot Worx” ON!!! You will NOT regret it. #HappyNewMember
Minuteman Press Clawson: Wonderful facilty and The Owner is Amazing!
sarah esho: Tried a trial and signed up the next day! Thanks to Mona, she came before AND after office hours to help us! She was a great help which is just a bonus. So far I have been really enjoying HotWorx, I have never sweat this much in my life. Jaime the general manager helped us a bunch as well! She even gave us a sample of the hot stuff.
lona Matti: Best experience ever! Mona is so helpful and so accommodating. The manager Jamie is so sweet and welcoming. Very clean and positive environment. Can’t wait to keep going here!!
Elizabeth Storm: I cannot say enough good things about HotWorx Clawson! The staff is amazing and all of the workouts are both tough and rewarding. I will refer all of my friends. 5/5 ⭐️
Adrian Schweninger: Absolutely love HOTWORX!! I have been going since august and it’s such an awesome workout and the staff is always super friendly and helpful!
Liah Renaud: I have never been a gym girlie, but I tried this place and I am now here as much as I possibly can. You get a good workout and you feel great after from the sauna and infared. Mona is great and I am so happy to be a member here :)
jackie bolin: I have experience a holistic and healing form of exercising at HOTWORX. The private sauna allows me to move more limber due to the infrared heat and quietness of being alone I experience a meditative mind with each movement. The place is clean and staffers are friendly.
Shivani Sharma: Hotworx is AMAZING!! Especially given the Michigan winters having a gym where I absolutely know I'll be warm and it'll be semi-private makes the trip a guaranteed enjoyment. This has been the best gym experience of my entire life. Thank you Hotworx!!
Heidi Hawkins: I started back at the end of October and I have absolutely loved it so far. Hotworks itself has been great, I really love the workouts and they’ve gamified the system which makes me more motivated to keep going! But what I love about the Clawson location in particular is that everyone there is so friendly and nice. The people who work there are super kind and want people to have the best experience possible. They always make sure to say hello and ask how the workout was. The patrons are all super nice which makes sharing a small space so much more comfortable. And overall the facility is really clean and there’s plenty of parking because you can use the ACE parking lot or parking in front. A great addition to our little downtown!
Skylar Cherwalk: Absolutely top notch. Hotworx is phenomenal! The facility is always spotlessly clean, the staff is so helpful and welcoming. The workouts are AMAZING and the sweat is real. If you are on the fence about joining…this is your sign to join asap you won’t regret it!!
Aligned Athletes: I love hotworx! I love the infrared saunas plus workout vibes. It is very manageable heat but enough to have a good sweat. I often do my own yoga and stretches in the big rooms and sometimes I’ll use peloton classes for the bikes, but they do have great instructors. Come and try a session for free!!
Julie Yi: Clean facility and super friendly staff! I went in for the opening and the staff was very informative and polite. Excited to try my first class here!
Christina T: I recently went in to hotworx as a guest with a friend. I had a great experience and plan on joining soon!
Karen Hilai: I go to hotworx 5 days a week and it has turned my life around completely! I usually go in on my work break and the classes are always available. The staff are always friendly and welcoming!

Entouch LLC Yoga, Massage, Wellness: what do users think?
Lana A: Jodi is amazing, best massage!
Daniel Pricopio: Wanted to attend Yoga classes on Tuesday evenings because I heard they had a great teacher. Unfortunately they pack the room so full it doesn't even make sense. Seems like they want to just get more money versus having an enjoyable yoga experience.
Barbara Opalewski: Entouch is awesome. I had the most wonderful and relaxing massage ever. I look forward to trying other services they offer as well as more massage.
Jaclyn Mayotte: Seriously can't say enough positive about this place. You step inside, and you feel right at home! The staff and owners are so friendly and helpful. I've been attending their yoga classes, massages, and alternative classes. Every single thing I've been to, I've had an amazing experience! If you are looking for a no judgement place to grow and get healing, this is the place for you!
Alyssa Sheean: If you book a massage online as a first time client, you will see that they show “pricing and information”. It will then make you pay first, after you pay that’s when you are able to see availability. Make sure you check the “availability” tab BEFORE hitting “pricing and information” and “purchase now”. It’s very misleading. You would think after hitting the purchase now button it would lead you to the availability page but it’s entirely separate! As someone who runs their own business, this seems a like a bad system to have and confusing for people who just want something simple to get in and out.I called to see when their soonest available appointment would be, and they were fully booked (it’s a Sunday today so I can understand), I was then called back later (they got overwhelmed with people checking in for a yoga class), and told that I couldn’t be issued a refund until the manager (who isn’t in until Monday) is able to issue me a refund. Which means that the $100 I put down hoping for get an appointment today- when I couldn’t see availability- is now held by them until I can get a refund. Now this obviously doesn’t make me the happiest person in the world because I would like to be able to cancel and go into a walk in parlor that I know will do the job with that $100. I’m on a limited time frame so having to wait to get that back is definitely the biggest inconvenience. I have nothing bad to say about the staff themselves or the venue, just the system and how it could be improved.
Eileen Minna: I’ve attended their yoga classes & have had massages too. Every experience has been wonderful. Their staff is kind and always helpful.
Nina Vuong: Wow. Just wow. I’ve had many massages in my life but this one really takes the cake!! Thank you guys so much for the amazing massage, my boyfriend sat straight down into the car and said “BABE. BABE. The amount of cracks that she got out of me and the best part was the hand and food massage. This was an ART BABE”. I loved all the techniques that my massage therapist used on me, also paying attention to my shoulders, lower back and hands. I was so tense and so sore and I had no idea how bad it was until after this massage. I cannot rave enough how great this massage was for both me and my significant other!! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!
Gabriella Markesino: I had a womb healing session with Angela! She is absolutely amazing! My cranio sacral with Scott was also amazing! I love attending the sound bowl meditation and the shamanic sound journey! An amazing place with amazing healers at affordable prices! Very grateful for Entouch!
Jaclyn Leone: I always have such a wonderful experience at Entouch. I feel relaxed from the moment I walk in. Everyone is so friendly and kind and it is so clean.Mary is such an incredible massage therapist. I will keep coming back and continue to refer people to this lovely place. 😁
Katie Dickinson: The atmosphere was relaxing and friendly. The massage was amazing. There is a large selection of crystals and other offerings. Highly recommend!
Mary Altman: Had a massage with Jodi today and let me say she got me together. I had muscle strain and she was able to work it out. Great atmosphere, great receptionist, definitely going back in 30 days.
Liz Kimble: Scott massages with intention and wonderful care! Everyone there is very kind and welcoming!
Jonna Henris: visited Entouch for the first time on 8/23/21 for a hot stone massage with aromatherapy. I loved the atmosphere, and the massage was excellent. I will be going again very soon.
Sarah Hresh: I love this place it is the best yoga place I ever been in
Lisa Paris: Very nice experience. Large, attractive, and peaceful facility. Excellent reception. Service was very good. I'm looking forward to going back.
Lissa Volz: Amazing staff. Wonderful experience. I feel better than I have in over 10 years. ♥️😀I cant say enough about them.
Cheri Lopez: Awesome massage by Jennifer! Nice calming atmosphere at Entouch. Can’t wait to go back and try different services!
A. H.: Friendly supportive staff. Great massage with Mary. Very relaxing, professional and healing.
Stephanie Perrin: Went to see Angela for “energetic womb healing”, she was fantastic and very personable. I feel like a new woman today! I highly recommend her services to anyone suffering from old trauma attached to them!
Veronica Hermonica: The business was well organized and extremely clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. All of the spaces were large to allow for proper distancing. I had a really nice massage and would love to pursue some yoga classes in this lovely place. I would definitely recommend this facility and their services!
Sarah Waring: I've only had good experiences here. I walk out feeling refreshed and relaxed each time. They asked up front if there was anything that I needed work on or anything to stay away from and they listened. Book your appointment you will not be disappointed as long as you are honest with your massage therapist. The environment is perfect for relaxation and the retail/reception area is very clean and well organized.

Explore Yoga Studio: what do users think?
Vincent Popovski: Have gone to Explore at their previous location and now their new location, and it is my favorite studio ever. All of the instructors are great and the vibe is beautiful. Such a nice place to share some space with such beautiful people! Amy (the owner) is not only a talented instructor but such a kind hearted soul. Thanks for making such a great place for people to connect!
Monica: I started coming to this studio about 3-4 weeks ago and I absolutely love it! I have been practicing yoga for 2 years at home & came here for my first live class. I was so nervous and did not know what to expect. This studio & everyone in it made me feel so comfortable & welcomed.I have been to several different classes and all have been wonderful. I feel that my practice has grown & I have become stronger in my poses from this studio - even in the short time of coming here.I told myself I was just going to go up to the 1/2 marathon I am training for this month...but I am hooked and will be back continuously. This is now in my weekly workout routine. HIGHLY recommend this studio!
Stephanie Joseph: Today was my first (free) class - Gentle Yoga with Amy. I received a warm welcome and a tour of the studio - absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and clean. My body and mind felt amazing afterwards. I will definitely be back for class and will be trying the infrared sauna! Prices are amazing, too! HIGHLY recommend. Your mind and body will thank you!
Claudia Neeb: Staff is friendly & knowledgeable. They offers a good variety of classes with instructors offering alternative poses so you can go at your own pace. A peaceful comfortable environment ... I always leaving feeling more relaxed & centered.
Stephanie Greene: I cannot give enough positive feedback about my experience with Explore YTT. I completed my RYT200 in 2021 at Explore with Amy and an intimate class of students. It was obvious day 1 that Amy was the expert. She was professional, knowledgeable and passionate about yoga, alignment principles and using both the engage and satisfy her clients and students. I thoroughly enjoyed our practice and training and look forward to sharing my obtained knowledge through future teaching opportunities. Please consider her YTT or a class in your future practice.
Reem Tabla: Started going there a month ago and my experience is going great. Very neat and clean place. Plenty of classes with flexible schedules.
jazmyn lopez: The owner is very nice and encouraging! Good parking, good website
Monica Valentine: I love this studio! Amazing teachers and a great place to grow a yoga practice!
Denise Schwerin: Positive:Communication,ProfessionalismI have been going there for a couple of years and I have found the instructors very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the dim lights and way everyone in the room seems to feel at ease. My only wish is the 8:00am classes were at 9:00 in the winter.
KRAVMAGADETROIT: Explore Yoga is top notch! Amy is beyond passionate and embodies the true traits of a yoga practitioner. Try out her school - you won’t be disappointed!
Andrea DeBusschere: Wonderful classes and teachers. There is a little something for everyone, with yoga for all skill levels. First class is free, check them out!
Judi Kaakarli: Amy is such a great instructor I never leave this studio dissatisfied
Sabrina B: Friendly and good instructors
Anthony Delegato: Great yin session, im horrible with names but i think the class was led by Morgan, who is a phenomenal yogi. Definitely recommend.
Jaime Dobronos: So far I have attended two "Gentle Yoga' classes by two different instructors at this studio. The first class was with Instructor Amy. First, she is very welcoming when you walk in the door, greeting you with a smile and making you feel comfortable right off the bat. I told her I really did not have a lot of experience with Yoga. She said I came to the right class! I brought a mat, but she shared a mat the studio offered that had more cushion and traction so I wouldn't slip. There were bins and hangers for coats and it was very clean. The rectangular yoga room is big, dim, and calming. There were candles lit and the perfect background "Yoga" music playing, blankets, bands, and blocks. When we got started, Amy had the perfect, calming voice. One that soothes and makes you feel quite relaxed. She guided the class through the poses, which was helpful for me to see. She also shared where I might be feeling the stretch, or shaking, which I was glad was normal. The class lasted an hour and I felt so amazing when it was done! The second class, I had instructor Gwen. She is her own unique personality. I really enjoyed, her too. She has a great playlist of music, she likes to light several candles down the middle of the room for relaxation and maybe a focus point throughout instruction. She was very sweet and offered correction when necessary. I liked that because I was new and wanted to be sure I was doing the poses correctly without hurting myself. I felt her to be very kind-hearted and approachable. Both classes were fantastic!!!!I'm not quite sure where the random "one star" review came from, but I know this is a fantastic studio with wonderful people who have a purpose of benefiting the health of others. I really appreciated the encouragement during both sessions and allowing me a free "first- timer" class.Excellent studio and would highly recommend! Keep up the great work!!!
Jim Grenier: Best instructors. Intimate class sizes. Great music. Great flows. Competitive pricing. Introductory rates and trial class.
Sumana Palle: The studio looked like every other yoga studio but the instructor of the class was absolutely horrendous. In all the group classes I've taken (yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, etc.), this instructor had to have been the most disengaged and disinterested. My cousin and I went to a Vinyasa class because she found the studio online and wanted to give it a shot. I've done a bit of Bikram and Hatha Flow sporadically and she had never done yoga before (maybe a free group class or two). We walked in and the receptionist was nice enough. We go inside the heated room and do a bit of stretching before class. The instructor walks in and says his name is Austin and that he's subbing for someone named Justin. My cousin and I have never been to this studio before so that means nothing to us. His shirt had a Buddha on it with "Let Shit Go" underneath and I internally groan: Buddhism is an actual religion so slapping a deity millions of people worship on a t-shirt with a basic saying underneath just reeks aloofness. But that's besides the point. He notes that my cousin has never been to yoga or Vinyayas before. The class begins and he walks us through a long series of postures once and then said something like "Now do that flow for the next five minutes." Besides two people in the class who seemed to be regulars, everyone else was entirely lost on the sequence and generally had really confused and lost looks on their faces.Meanwhile, after his initial quick listing of the poses, he doesn't do anything else. He says absolutely nothing and just looks bored. He makes no effort to explain the poses, guide the class (the vast majority of whom were struggling), to correct anyone's postures, to offer advanced alternatives for the only two people who seemed to know what they were doing, or do anything an instructor is expected to do. He just checked out after listing the poses once. The dude literally just stood against a wall and stared into space, only resurfacing two or three times during the entire one-hour class to add more postures to the sequence and say "Now repeat this for 10 minutes."If we wanted something with no engagement, we would have happily stayed home and watched YouTube videos, which quite frankly are better because they at least provide some instruction and guidance. I'm also not sure why he bothered asking if there was anyone new to yoga in the class when he threw that out the window immediately - luckily, my cousin is athletic so she was able to catch on as much as anyone can in that situation. This studio needs to train its instructors better. I've gone to many group classes of all varieties for years and never have I had an instructor that was absolutely disinterested in guiding, teaching, or even minimally engaging with the students. My cousin had bought a series of classes and regretted it after this first class.
Sherry Hutt: Explore Yoga is the best yoga studio around. I have been going there for about four years. I love all the classes that I have been to. Amy is a wonderful teacher and hires other great teachers. I just can't say enough great things about this yoga studio.
Ann Coleman: This studio has a good variety of classes and some solid core teachers. The gentle truly brings you into connection with yourself & is enlivening. Slow flow is a balanced workout. Blend has been a fun, tough work out. Amy is excellent at anatomy & guiding so you can really feel your body in poses. Stephanie's slow flow forces your attention inward & has he space for you to add your own postures in if you're more experienced. No flowery spiritual by-passing here. It's practical, effective mind/body practice.
MoonDancer Tess: First time going to explore yoga studio tonight. Decided on yin yoga. It was a great experience. They offer the first class free and it's a quality atmosphere. It's nice and dim, the floors are soft, and it's very clean. The staff is friendly and inviting. The instructor had a wonderful meditation voice as well and answered all of my questions with much knowledge. 5 stars from me.
Amy Garabedian: I've been attending a variety of classes here for about a year and a half, and I love it. All the instructors are encouraging, knowledgeable and kind. Prices are very reasonable, class sizes are good, too. Ambiance is perfect. Highly recommend!

HOTWORX - Village of Clarkston, MI: what do users think?
John Whitley: I have been a member at HOTWORX for over 18 months. This is my favorite place to workout at. Great facility and GREAT staff! Infrared heat heals my body and I recover from workouts almost immediately.
Jo Stubblefield: This is the first gym I have been able to stick to regularly so glad I gave it a chance!
carly webster: Hotworx is my happy place! I get a calm, zen feeling when I walk into the sauna. The workouts can be challenging but I felt so much stronger even after a few sessions. Once you get into a groove, it can be addicting in such a great way. I’ve been a member for a year and a half and still love it.

You book the sessions in advance on the app so you are more likely to keep an appointment. There are a good variety of workouts. The stations are private so you can work out in peace. If you're more of a people person, you can book sessions with your buddies and encourage each other.
Alicia Smith: I am a huge fan of the Hotworx franchise in general - there is so much science backing these workouts. When it comes to weight loss, all that it really comes down to, is science. The girls at this specific location are absolutely amazing. They're super friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. They're always happy to help and I love seeing them during staffed hours. I highly recommend this location.

I like the privacy of the stations! It's so clean! 💎 It's ⚠️INTENSE⚠️🌡🌡🌡 but I feel SO SO GOOD AFTER A WORKOUT THERE! Hot Worx IS THE BEST! End of story!
Zach Combs: Franchise and staff are amazing. Best workout ever. Also only took 15 minutes!
