Michael Williams: Right when the pandemic began and everything was up in the air, I miraculously convinced my wife to buy a boat. We couldn’t travel around and get the hands on experience at dealerships and inventory was getting thin. I was living in Austin TX so naturally, I called Grande Point in MI and within two conversations bought a boat. Living 2,000 miles away from a dealership poses some challenges especially when it comes to accountability. When my boat arrived, the first impression was that everything was immaculate except a missing front seat and weirdly, a plate on the steering wheel.At this point they had their money and could have written me off. What could I do halfway across the country?What Jay from the service department did was send me new parts, totaling over $1000, to make up for missing parts that were advertised on their website. All I can say is that they went out of their way to make me whole when most businesses would have given me the run around. I think that says a lot about their character and I hope they continue doing right by their customers.

It was flawless. Our pontoon, although very nice, was nowhere near the very top end of where these boats can be priced at, but we were treated as though we bought the most expensive boat they have. Plus the Cass Lake has some nice spots for Fishing and some long stretch of deep waters for a fast boat ride. I highly recommend going over their website for video tutorials on Boating Safety and Pontoon boat operation.I’d come here again for sure!
