The staff that works or work there in the office are all friendly. Those people do not rush you. This place is clean and it's bright when you walk in. Unlike other places. Karl Wheeler: Absolutely love this place and happy that I am here instead of any other place. Convenient location, great road access in and out, especially for semi-trucks, which I use. Temp controlled, clean and well maintained. Honestly the best staff to deal with also, friendly and helpful, I can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend using this facility.

Stacii Pierson: Horrible place please do not give your service here the guy Martin is racist he came outside to my car and banged on my window to ask me if I was handicapped and why was I parked in the handicap parking spot he told me he was not servicing because I was black and to leave off of the property those were his exact words he called the police on me because I came in the location and asked for a supervisor to try and get better assistance and because I was parked in handicap I do not recommend this guy needs to be terminated immediately racism’s and discrimination should not be tolerated

I walked in and noticed that the place was spotless then I spoke with the manager on duty nicest guy you'd ever want to meet, so very helpful then unexpectedly I noticed that where units are stored it was extremely clean nothing like what you'd expect at most of the other storage places so I bid on an auction won the auction went in picked it up he was very helpful explained everything to me perfectly I am pleased and will recommend this place to anyone in the area that's looking to store their things.

Agnes Janney: This place is very clean, safe and well taken care of. We loved everything about it until they raised their prices a few months after we moved our stuff in. And not by $5 or something insignificant. They raised it by $31!!! They do this because they know people won't want to move their stuff and will end up paying that amount. What a scam!

Exterior doors are beat up pretty badAlso they do not offer any sort of dolly or cart to assist with moving items into locker. Price wise it’s ok I’m paying about 86$ a month for. 5x10

The access hours to my unit were convenient had access to the use of dollly/carts did make things easier if I needed to take items to my vehicle. There were a few times when I struggled making my payment and they were understanding and were never rude…they would call me and talk to me on a personal basis and never applied a ton of pressure like bill collectors do! I also had to keep changing my move out date and never once did anyone get frustrated. I’ve rented my unit for about 1 year and the facility was always clean and accessible. I would HIGHLY recommend renting a unit at this location!! Thank you all for a wonderful experience!!

Jon Grewer: The good and the ugly. The facility is clean, climate controlled, and secure but no indoor loading and unloading bay. However I am disappointed. I wanted to like them because the manager was personable and their facility is nice. But because you need them more than they need you they leverage you. They pro-rate against you in two ways. If you start on the 15th or before they charge you for that whole month. And if your unit is still occupied on the 1st of the following month they charge for that whole month. So if you rent for only 16 days, from the 15th to the 1st, you will pay for 2 months. This is not for billing simplicity. Computers can easily handle any anniversary date. The whole thing made me feel taken advantage. If I can I will avoid EZ Storage from now on.If this review is helpful upvote it so it can help others...
dpo sales: I needed a facility that had the space and accommodations while I was growing my business. I run an Ecommerce storefront and needed inventory shipped to me on a regular basis. EZ Storage was the perfect fit. They took deliveries straight to my unit. They also had a dock, which I utilized on a couple occasions. I had one of the bigger units, but moved on to my own warehouse. However, I still use them for certain deliveries. The staff of Angela and Haans are friendly and accommodating. This facility helped accelerate the growth of my business and will keep using them until they are no longer needed.

Todd Wirges: Have used other istorage locations for winter vehicle storage without any issue. Changed to this location for winter 2021 due to unit availability.Location increased rate by 18% just 3 months after starting a new lease. Then they attempted to continue automated invoices after the unit was confirmed as vacated. Refund is in process, but the attempt is unacceptable.Location is nice and staff was friendly, but I have not had any similar business issues at other istorage locations and both issues combined did not make for a good impression.

Paris Smith: Michelle and Angela were both very helpful and explained every detail and the reasoning behind the rules. They got me what I needed and quickly. This location is very clean and I like that they have camera screens that we can see it makes me feel like my Belonging are safe.

Martin Trump: The building itself is very nice but the entire operation is poorly ran. First off how do you have several hundred units and only one cart? Next, the staff is impossible to find, that is when/if they decide to even show up. Lastly, the regional manager Cathy is rude and clueless. I'd imagine that's why she's been transferred around the country for the last 37yrs. Prices are great, establishment is just too unprofessional.

Melissa Puskar: Affordable units (huge reason I picked CubeSmart, if I had to pay too much more I would not be as thrilled), very clean and easily accessibility space, well designed building, can fit a 12 foot tall truck in-doors, quick and easy unit reservation and purchase, "that-day" availability and "move-in," and good "on-site/over-counter" customer service. Your "on-site" representative at the Sterling Heights location, Alyssa, is good at her job. If anyone complains about her, I doubt they are worth listening to whole heartedly.
Corporate Response: Company isn’t ran right. Higher your rates without 30 days notice no cleaning items when time to clean out your storage bathrooms not sanitized It’s a newer building but isn’t ran properly.
Jordan Watson: It was my first time in the office and Angela was amazing. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Even though the location is shotty due to construction the facility is very well maintained.

MrWallyrooster: Owner won't answer phone or return voice-mail. You can get ahold of him if you are persistent, but then he acts nasty like you are disturbing/bothering him. Bryan Wietecha: Minus one for me. I would have loved a security update to include cameras but the fence is a decent deturant for vandals and thieves. If some one does end up trespassing there is constant patrol as someone is always on site watching for suspicious activity. You can choose from back-in or pull through style for pretty much anything you could pull with a hitch. There is a dumpstation. You receive a gate switch that has your lot number on it. Very convenient and easy
Stephanie Stanton: Been a customer here since 2012 and have been very pleased. Staff has always been nice and helpful. Spaces are good sized and I love the security features. The dump station is such a nice bonus and if it had access to water I would have given this review 5 stars, but that is the one thing that I think is missing. Everything else is awesome!
