David: They have everything. By Michigan standards.My more recent visits (at off-hours) were all excellent — lots of parking, more in stock than I was looking for, helpful staff, nearly-non-existent lines at checkout, and fantastic cashiers.

John Weglarz: This place literally has ONE bottle return machine. And it NEVER works. And when it does, it won't accept at least half of bottles I purchased FROM THIS SAME STORE! Crooks...save the gas money and pay the extra dollar somewhere else that'll accept returns.

Lola Gegovic: Facility is really nice and clean. The property has lots of open space and plenty of carts for transporting your items. The staff is super helpful, kind, responsive, and accommodating. Matt was great and helped me get the perfect size unit for my storage needs. The HQ staff member I spoke with over the phone set me up with an ideal location and Matt followed up immediately to ensure I was all set for my expected arrival. Highly recommend and think the prices are on point compared to other facilities in town.

Exterior doors are beat up pretty badAlso they do not offer any sort of dolly or cart to assist with moving items into locker. Price wise it’s ok I’m paying about 86$ a month for. 5x10

The staff that works or work there in the office are all friendly. Those people do not rush you. This place is clean and it's bright when you walk in. Unlike other places.
