Walked into the inside of this location and air relatively rude young girl acted like it was an annoyance that I was there and practically ordered me to leave and go to the drive-through. Everyone there acted like they were in a hurry even though it was nowhere near closing time I don’t think I will come back again

They’re Thai Tea and spam Musubi are usually superior, but lately the Thai tea has been watered down, and the spam musubi is just missing some thing lately…. Maybe they are in flux with new hiring. I usually try to get there once a week for a special treat. Klio 2000: My favorite milk tea in Michigan. Been coming here for the last 3yrs. Real ingredients and superior customer service. I’ve never once had a single complaint or issue. Reasonable prices (compared to where I live on the west side now) yet other boba places taste cheap in comparison. I appreciate that everything comes in glass. I’ll keep them as propagation vases or I’ll turn them in for discounts.

Marina: My favorite bubble tea place. They dont taste artificial and full of sweeteners!! All the ones Ive tried taste fresh and quality. My usual is the strayberry milk tea with mango jelly. I have also had the tapioca pearls from here, I typically dont like them at other places but they're so yummy here! I also love the sustainability of the option to bring back the cups that are glass. Just always a 10/10 and I can't wait to go back already!

Ashley: Only giving 4 stars because they are more expensive and lack the amount of variety as other places have. They also only come in one size. That being said, they have cute reusable glass jars you can bring to get a discount on your tea. I really like their milk tea and strawberry banana milk tea. I believe it is made with non-dairy creamer. I am ashamed at how quickly I finish mine.

Mimi Chieu Penner: Tiger Sugar is the Starbucks of bubble teas! Not your typical bubble tea made from the old ways of powdered fruits and flavours. It's a limited selection of teas and it is made to your likings. There's also desserts as well like waffles. Easy ordering from a kiosk. You can even order ahead of time. Noticed that most customers go in and get their drinks without having to do much interactions with the staff. Great job!
Lou Canlas: We went to get our boba tea that evening and I asked for no ice. The casher said they can do only less ice. When we got home, half our teas had half of ice in the container.For the price of the boba tea its not worth the money. It’s so expensive as half of it are all ice in it.

Kaitlyn: Workers were nice and delightful but the milk tea just didn’t meet my expectation especially for the price. 4 small drinks for $30 is kind of over the top when the drinks tasted bland or were powdery even after shaking it and mixing it. Ding tea is a less expensive alternative and there’s more. Im not sure if it was normal but we all had a stomachs ache after. personally, I don’t think I would come back because it’s not worth it.
Mr. Prescott: Brown sugar sweetener. The Taro was powdery and wouldn't mix. The Flan milk tea had a weird texture. Ding Tea down the street is better in my opinion. Place was pretty busy, but staff was quick and polite. Nice atmosphere to chill.Dietary restrictions: Lactose free options.

Amir Gabbara: I am going to attempt to sound as constructive and as straightforward as possible despite my completely reasonable discontent state. While I would expect this type of quality in service at the Troy location, I must say that, at the very least, the Troy location does not incorporate glass into its Bubble tea products. I can put up with the twenty to thirty-minute wait time even though only one to two people were in there to begin, and even after the wait, no one has still been properly served, and I can even put up with my order being completely inaccurate from what I had initially ordered. Though ingesting glass, unfortunately, is where I draw the line. Moving forward, I will take my business elsewhere; do not go to this place nor any of its chains or sister locations. No response is necessary.

Chris Fields: The donuts are good 4/5 (though somewhat overpriced), but the reason this review gets 1 star is because the restaurant closes at 7 pm, however, they consistently run out of donuts by 4 pm. This has been a issue since since I've been going here for close to a year now. If you consistently run out of product 3 hours before close, you need to make more product.
John Smith: This place is horrible. They always run out of Mochis(donuts) all times of the day. This place needs new management.***Up date*** Mochi Management wants its customers to arrive 2 hours early in order to get service instead of accommodating there business hours. Now I will time stamp every time you run out of donuts. Not fair to waste the consumer time because you do not want to supply your customers because of laziness.

Ronald McDonald: Last few times I've come out to this place (I live an hour away), they ran out of donuts half through the day, and I had to wait 20 minutes to get served my drinks despite seeing several others who ordered after get served first. The very last time (and I do mean last, as I won't be returning) I went, they ran out of donuts after I had already ordered and saw people who ordered after me get theirs while we were left with none. The time before that, I received donuts that did not match the picture i saw on instagram at all (i mean, 3 pieces of stale cereal???). Pretty disappointed as boba tea places are few and far between in this state. Guess I'll be waiting for different management or a new place to open up.Normally I'm more than forgiving about shoddy service because people make mistakes, but this many times in a row can't be a coincidence. They are too pricey to deal with this nonsense time after time.
Anthony Salerno: Place does not accept cash. For that reason alone I won’t mess with it. Coffee and doughnuts were average at best. Businesses that do not accept cash are going to lead the way into digital slavery. Owner has an attitude when I questioned him about it. Said it was a franchise policy which I understand and then threw in that he agreed with the policy. A gentlemen literally walked out while I was in there cause the kiosk ordering system is annoying. The last thing I want to do at a place where food is served is touch some giant kiosk ten times to place an order. I’m sure it’s real clean with every single customer touching it.So handling cash is dirty for you and your employees but let all your customers touch with their hands a gross kiosk. Makes sense.
Venk V: Their ordering system leaves a lot to be desired. We wanted bubbles in the tea but apparently that’s an option you have to scroll to find on the screen. Well we didn’t know that and there is no option to add it later. The guy just bluntly told us that the cup is sealed and there’s nothing they can do.
noel Vitale: The pay-before-you-wait-in-line system doesn't make sense. When I got there with my little sister, they had so many donuts and every flavor. We paid and waited to pick our donuts. We had no way of knowing there were 5 people ahead of us and one couple ordered 3 dozen. By the time it was our turn there was only 2 flavors left, and I'm allergic to one of them. So we had to ask for a return. I wish it was like a normal bakery where you pick your flavors and then pay.
Anping Tripon: Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I ordered my tea and once it was made I was told to shake the it before drinking. Once I shook the drink, I accidentally spilled it on the floor. Since I already paid for my tea and didn’t even get a chance to try it the guy said no. Not only did he have an attitude but he clearly didn’t care and was arguing with me back and forth saying since I spilled it, I can’t get another drink. I told him that I would’ve never shook it and dropped it if the worker didn’t tell me to. Never even got to try the drink and now I’ll never go back. I’ve been to other beverage shops and if you spilled your drink they would’ve made you another one for free with no trouble. I recommend everyone to NOT go here!
miho n: I visited there on a Sunday evening and there were still plenty of donuts. I ordered 8 plain donuts from a useful touch panel machine. It was $15 + tips. Half of 8 are plain, the other half are power sugar donuts. I loved those of all, but plain one is especially delicious! If you have a chance to go to Japan, you can get more wonderful donuts (mister donuts is cheap and delicious), but we can get a wonderful donut in Michigan. We are super happy! Thank you 😊
Devin Moskowitz: Stopped in today while out running errands for a quick treat and was told they do not sell individual donuts, either have to buy a box of 3+ or add one on to a drink order. Unfortunately I have quite a few food allergies, so before going I reached out to them on Instagram. They were fantastic at telling me what options would be safe for me to drink, and I genuinely appreciated their product knowledge.When walking inside, I was instantly impressed with the clean, open and relaxing atmosphere. They had comfortable seating options, either couches or tables, games to play at the tables (chess, connect four...), and a wall set up for perfect photo opps. The employee at the counter greeted us right away. He was friendly, helpful and considerate. They don't have a huge menu, but the mix and match options of juices, teas, poppers, jelly and boba, hot or cold, makes it almost endless. The employee was patient while my girls made their choices, and even talked them through what he was doing as they watched him make their drinks behind the counter. Bonus that they vacuum seal a lid on your drink before handing it to you. Found it to be a great help in preventing spills by my kids. We all agreed that the drinks were unique and delicious. We raced around the corner and into the open door only to encounter a red faced, angry young lady who rudely shouted we are closed, we are closed. You have to leave. Puzzled, we stood there for a moment before saying fine and turning to the exit. She followed, walking quickly, face still contorted in a major frown. My ten year old granddaughter was the last to leave out the door. She had on a poncho and it got stuck in the door. The rude young lady continued closing the door on her even after she said please wait, my shawl is stuck. My granddaughter had to yank it from the closed door. She was so upset afterwards that we just went back home. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I just wished they had remembered to turn off the open light and locked the back door. There was no way for us to know they were closed. We didn't look for an hours of operation sign, in our excitement.

Pup Ficus All Seeing Eye Dog: Detroit bubble tea is one of my favorite bubble tea places in the Metro Detroit area. They have such good flavor combinations to choose from and the people who work there are so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. My favorite flavor combination is banana, taro, and caramel. It tastes like caramel corn. It's so comforting and delicious and such a nice treat every once in awhile.The macarons are also very tasty. I also enjoy browsing the wares that they sell against the wall because they always have something interesting to look at.

K Xiong: Old management wasn’t the greatest but the new one is worst. They have no clue what they are doing, workers seem confused. Even with two orders ahead of me, a worker was so preoccupied making her own 4 drinks before she left. After waiting for 30 minutes they forgot my order so I just asked for my money back. Julfikar: I've been going here for years now and at first it was pretty good, a solid 4 stars but in the past 3 years every time I go there they always seem to mess up my order. From the size mix up, the missing Boba in the drink, or even adding ice when I very clearly requested no ice. The worst part is when they do mess it up they don't bother to remake or fix the drink. I'm not too picky but it really hit me wrong when they messed up my sisters drink and that was a no go for me. I will not be returning here and I don't recommend anyone who wants their drink to be made correctly go either. Truly a disappointment.
