Klio 2000: My favorite milk tea in Michigan. Been coming here for the last 3yrs. Real ingredients and superior customer service. I’ve never once had a single complaint or issue. Reasonable prices (compared to where I live on the west side now) yet other boba places taste cheap in comparison. I appreciate that everything comes in glass. Marina: My favorite bubble tea place. They dont taste artificial and full of sweeteners!! All the ones Ive tried taste fresh and quality. My usual is the strayberry milk tea with mango jelly. I have also had the tapioca pearls from here, I typically dont like them at other places but they're so yummy here! I also love the sustainability of the option to bring back the cups that are glass. Ashley: Only giving 4 stars because they are more expensive and lack the amount of variety as other places have. They also only come in one size. That being said, they have cute reusable glass jars you can bring to get a discount on your tea. I really like their milk tea and strawberry banana milk tea. I believe it is made with non-dairy creamer. I am ashamed at how quickly I finish mine.

IcyAtlas: Me and my mom have been coming here for a year anf we love it. The shopkeep is highly bilingual in Chinese and English, the remedies are fantastic and cheap, everything is easy to find, and every item has an english translation to tell you what it is. I plan on coming here late into my adult years.
Keya Dey: She seems nice but would not stand still when you tell about your problems.. keeps on walking around and changes medicine frequently saying that they are the same but they don't work as well as the original meds.
Lil Xaos: The owner is amazingly helpful and can suggest supplements and herbs that work amazingly much better than prescription garbage. She was able to suggest a twice a day capsule that fixed what years of Chiropractic care couldn't!
Steve Moore: Been a customer for over 20 years, ask them any question and they will help. They have a very large selection of herbs and teas.

Mark Mazalauskas: These folks know the best methods of natural remedies that I have ever seen in Michigan. I highly recommend them as a natural alternative to health care and also as a supplemental care to any modern medicine treatment. The best in town hands down.

Fran (Gooble): I like this location and I've had no issues until today, they've put a 4 oz minimum on tea that I don't believe was there last time I went to the store. I opted to get a tea brewed in store to go, no hot tea which is no problem to me, but the girl making it took a very long time to prepare it (10 minutes maybe) and I was the only one queued and she was on her phone texting while doing it. I don't think much poorly of the business itself but it's a little annoying be stuck in a line alone for 10 minutes for someone to brew a tea. I spoke to a manager online and he was very apologetic and kind. I don't think anything poorly about the staff at all but hope they are getting sufficiently trained in order to cut queue times. Overall nice place and delicious teas, bummed about the high amount minimum.

Christy Mallery: If you to drink tea or knows someone special that does, you will enjoy this store. There is a wall of various tea varieties to chose from; or, select from prepackaged teas. You can order a cold or hot tea drink to as well. This store is a little hidden gem that needs more foot traffic and exposure. Nestled in partridge creek shopping mall, it deserves a stop.
Jessica Cheriez: Terrible experience with online ordering. We received 2 out out of the 5 items. We have not had a response by email about the order we paid for. We have called the store at Partridge Creek since it is the closest store. We spoke to someone who spoke to a manager and said we would receive the rest of the items soon. That was 3 weeks ago. I have tried to call the store over and over and no one will answer. I have even left a message with no return call.
Rachel Skipper: Tea is subpar, definitely does not taste as if staff knows their stuff. Doesn't seem as if owners enjoy the presence of people of color, I did not feel welcome and felt the dirty stares of the workers. The girl with black hair at the counter was especially rude and condescending.

David Sayah: I tried this café this morning. The raspberry latte and strawberry banana crêpe were presented beautifully. I wasn’t a huge fan of the latte honestly, but maybe I just didn’t like how raspberry mixed with espresso. The crêpe was PHENOMENAL. Mariam was very sweet and helpful. The atmosphere is very modern and would probably have a great vibe at night. Definitely worth checking out!Parking: It’s in a plaza with plenty of parking!

I know some reviews were complaining about the price of the crepe but it’s a large crepe (bigger than a normal size crepe). I shared it with a friend but I probably could have eaten the entire thing myself because it was so delicious! My only complaint is that my small Turkish coffee cup was filled with coffee grounds half way up. I got maybe two sips of coffee lol but maybe that’s how it is suppose to be? Not sure. Cool experience nonetheless. Definitely coming back!

Except, when I was about halfway into scarfing down the Ice Cream Rolls.. I started to feel burning, and itching in my throat, but I had too much and the anaphylactic shock was suffocating me.Turns out, the INCONSIDERATE worker here, INTENTIONALLY gave me a hazelnut chocolate bar (Kinder Bueno) and pretended it was nut free...Thank God my girlfriend, who was downstairs, came up to check on me and I was able to get my shot. I almost died. I blamed it on the facility at first, until I learned that the worker of the shop has been intentionally putting nuts in ice cream, specifically when being asked for nut free products. I even called in, and before I could explain that I have this ALLERGY, the worker said to me, Don't be so picky. I just decided to hang up and not deal with this ignorance. Change the way you're running this facility. You're responsible for knowing and selling your own products. Be considerate of the orders people make for their safety.This needs to be stopped because I'm considering a lawsuit. Please be more mindful of what you do. 🙏✝️

You are out of your mind charging prices like this when I had to put the candy back because it was expired from 2/3 years ago. The excuse for these prices? “These are rare pops” You can find this stuff on Amazon. It’s NOT rare I just prefer to shop local. Change your prices and stop fooling the consumer with fake bejeweled gold china. Also I’m worried if they would sell expired food on the shelf what are they doing with the ingredients for the food they’re making? It makes me question if that is expired too.
