Paid for tile and go to pick it up, she just starts making up all sorts of excuses to try to get us to leave without our tile. I.e. you must have ordered it somewhere else, someone already picked it up, we never got that order. Finally an American came to help and immediately had our order.Got home told fiancé about the experience and she immediately knew who I was talking about said she also had very bad experiences trying to place the order with her.This woman is driving customers away and we won’t be back.

I also like that they have some mockup showers and bathrooms set up for inspiration. Prices seem fair. They'll give you a quote with all materials necessary to complete your project (mortar, grout, thresholds etc).

When I go in there I am exhausted so dealing with a friendly person is awesome.#2- She knows everything there is to know about product.#3- if your product is on order, she can usually pull it up and let you know exactly where it is. Even in these uncertain times with shipping etc. She is all over it with the orders.#4 Get this- She follows up on stuff, which is top notch!!!The guy in the corner is nice and polite too, and always helping his customers.The warehouse-- awesome service!!! Pulls orders efficiently, even when short staffed. Always super friendly.So there you have it. This service not only earned them a new customer, but definitely referrals. This is usually the goal. Jonathan McGrail: Although you cannot buy direct from this location the company the staff at this location are great to deal with. We purchased 435sqft of tile made by daltile through Nu-Way the tile had a manufacturing defect discovered the day it was to be installed. Nu-Way contacted Daltile about the issue. Zach at Daltile contacted me regarding the problem and he took ownership of the issue from beginning to end. Zach arranged for a courier to swap the tile for a good batch of material. He even replaced a bag of mastic that had been wasted when the defective tile could be laid. That is definition of customer service take control of the problem and resolve the problem beginning to end.
