Jenny Hu: I'm writing a review on my parents behalf. According to their exact words, they want to give 100 stars.My parents are both retired and not fluent in English. Melissa was so patient with them throughout the process. And the installation team was punctual and professional. When the team came for the demolition, they discovered a height delta that they cannot continue, Chris called the following morning to assure my parents that they know how to fix it and they will. To two seniors who never done any remodeling, that meant so much to them.Since pictures are worth a thousand words, please take a look at their before and after.

Brook went to great lengths to help me, more so than anyone I had already worked with, and then when I came in today, she and Dan went through individual tiles to help find the best matches for me.
