They do an awful job with lawn care and they don't even bother shovelling the driveways. And mind you, there is no one parked in front of my grandma's place. So cars blocking the way isn't an issue.

Patricia B: Generally nice looking exteriors. People seem very quiet and private. Poor road maintenance, way too many of which are called 'Toddmark'! (Rd, Pl, Lane.....) Indoor multi-units have Filthy common areas, spiders and centipedes run rampant throughout, needs regular cleaning and poison control not to mention correct height for steps leading into buildings, not easily accessible for handicapped or elderly who cannot lift leggs 18 inches. Excellent landscapers!
Jessie Carson: Worst ever thay are the worst board in the world and the pool has like almost every single Bug you could find and the parks swings are broken .and the lawn care isn't all that great and their car ports you need to paint I'm almost every single week and president has a attitude and they have robberies happening and they don't even care about it they did nothing about it and if you go to a board meeting they will just ignore you unless you're on the board to bad I live there

Russell Schultz: Beautiful and quiet place to live with a few negatives. Aside from the excess goose droppings which is I guess unavoidable, the landscaping is a mess! The grass is always flooded to the point that when the grass is cut the mowers leave behind massive muddy tire tracks. Really needs some better drainage installed or aeration. They also really need to work on how often they water the grass, especially during the rainier months. The garbage situation on trash day could use a more organized system too.UPDATE: lost another star from me. Because there are no proper places to put out trash and windy days the grass and trees are littered with garbage and the pond is lined with Amazon boxes and trash bags.
Vee Ellis: PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY MOVING HERE. I LIVED HERE 14 years and it has went from great to terrible. OUR ASSOCIATION FEES KEEP ESCALATING RAPIDLY. WE PAY 260.00 monthly for water bill and building maintenance nothing else. They have assessments fees this year alone of 3,000 dollars not including the 210-00 a month we were paying. Only to find out in Jan 2022 our association fees are going up 50.00 dollars more. When we have our condo meeting each year THE CONDO BOARD DIRECTORS ARE NEVER THERE JUST PROPERTY MANAGERS 👀 I’ve lived here 14 years and have NEVER MET THE BOARD THAT MAKE THESE EXTREME INCREASES OF THE ASSOCIATION FEE. I EMPLOY YOU IF YOU MOVING DONT WASTE YOUR MONEYGETTING THEM TO REPAIR ANYTHING IS ASININE. THIS CONDO COMMUNITY IS ONLY ABOUT MONEY AT THIS POINT.
valerie maksimoski: 40K loss. With a 20% deposit. 90% empty or rentals. No choice but to walk away or you get stuck with section 8 neighbors that just don't care. So sad they ruined my home.

Christopher Wisniewski: Waste of money for association fees...no accountability from when I bought the condo in 2004!! Roof leak from the beginning, original builders went out of business and the association said they couldn't do anything!!! In a condo, that should be covered, hence why we pay the association. Now they want to charge $150/mo per unit to take the garbage out once a week and scrape the sidewalks once in awhile when it snows.

Jack Knight: If you are considering staying at a property owned by JBC property Management, in this specific case, fairway green condominiums I would highly recommend you reconsider. In the short time that I have moved in my mail has been stolen and another occupant tried to enter my unit when they thought I was not home. Now this is not the worst of it I did what any logical person would do and installed a home security system to make myself feel more at ease living in a property where my home isn't being respected. Now though instead of attempting to make their occupants feel safe in their property fairway green condominiums through way of JBC property Management has informed me that I have to remove my home security system because there's an alarm sensor on my door. Even after going through the proper channels I've been told I cannot have my home security system in place to make myself feel safe while I have to stay at their property. Not only is this overlooking the larger problem of theft and wrongful entry but they are actively working to make me less safe during my stay here. Again as I started this, if you were considering staying at a property owned by JBC management, I would highly reconsider.
