colleenap3: A brand new garage built on an existing slab. The home had a layer of new shingles added to match the shingles on the garage. Electricity was brought underground to the garage from the house and 30 volt box added for potential heating/air conditioning unit. 6 outlets were distributed across 3 walls inside the garage and 1outside. The 3 external lights are wired to be controlled from inside the house as well as from the garage. A beautiful garage door with safety features and 2 remotes that can be controlled by a smart phone was installed as well. Permits were bought and at each inspection compliments were verbalized about how well the work was done. One of the DTE guys who came to work on the pole in my backyard asked for the contractor’s number which I happily gave him.

Ian von Thaden: I cannot recommend this company.I worked with them on the repaint of the Oaks Mall in Gainesville, Florida.Dale Toner was my supervisor. I would classify his management style as 'playground bully.'The quality of their work is mediocre at best... seems to involve hiring a lot of temp workers and letting them do what they want with no direction or supervision.Good luck if you hire these guys...

Richard Davis: They had to remove my fence to get to a sewer,I've been waiting 2months,to have them put my fence back up . I have a dog an it's restricting her movement. She normally handles her business in the rear where they removed the fence . Now it's anywhere,plus I would like it secured again. On top of that I received no notification that they needed to be in my yard. They just showed up an told me . I refused entry so I could clear the area and make arrangements. Then they notified me. My street is horrible 😫 heavy machinery has reeked havoc. Hopefully they will repair the street and my sidewalk.

C Gibson: Frank and his guys did a phenomenal job putting in the slab for my new hot tub. They even ran the conduit for the electrical so it would be easier for my electrician once it gets delivered. They were on time, professional, and most importantly they cleaned up perfectly after themselves. I hate dealing with contractors because they all over promise and under deliver, but Frank and his guys did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, for the price we discussed. Very rare in my experience. I would highly recommend Frank and his guys to anyone!
