Craig Gonzalez: I saw their trucks about a half mile away from my house and contacted them for a quote only to be told that they don't service my area.My "area" is in Detroit just south of 8 mile but I guess they don't do "urban forestry" since they only stick to the suburbs.Maybe they should change their name to JH Hart Suburban Forestry??Anyway, kind of a racist thing to not come south of 8 mile. Do not recommend if you live in an area that actually has diversity.

He listed most to least urgent/important factors so that I could decide what work to get done on my budget. The crew showed up on time, were professional and cleaned up down to the last twig. I had half a tree come down from a storm right before the scheduled work date and they easily added that to the work order, and still got it done in one day. It was also a big piece of mind to see their up-to-date equipment that you can see minimizes risk to the workers.
