Stratford Village: what do users think?
Russell Schultz: Beautiful and quiet place to live with a few negatives. Aside from the excess goose droppings which is I guess unavoidable, the landscaping is a mess! The grass is always flooded to the point that when the grass is cut the mowers leave behind massive muddy tire tracks. Really needs some better drainage installed or aeration. They also really need to work on how often they water the grass, especially during the rainier months. The garbage situation on trash day could use a more organized system too.UPDATE: lost another star from me. Because there are no proper places to put out trash and windy days the grass and trees are littered with garbage and the pond is lined with Amazon boxes and trash bags.
Vee Ellis: PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY MOVING HERE. I LIVED HERE 14 years and it has went from great to terrible. OUR ASSOCIATION FEES KEEP ESCALATING RAPIDLY. WE PAY 260.00 monthly for water bill and building maintenance nothing else. They have assessments fees this year alone of 3,000 dollars not including the 210-00 a month we were paying. Only to find out in Jan 2022 our association fees are going up 50.00 dollars more. When we have our condo meeting each year THE CONDO BOARD DIRECTORS ARE NEVER THERE JUST PROPERTY MANAGERS 👀 I’ve lived here 14 years and have NEVER MET THE BOARD THAT MAKE THESE EXTREME INCREASES OF THE ASSOCIATION FEE. I EMPLOY YOU IF YOU MOVING DONT WASTE YOUR MONEYGETTING THEM TO REPAIR ANYTHING IS ASININE. THIS CONDO COMMUNITY IS ONLY ABOUT MONEY AT THIS POINT.
valerie maksimoski: 40K loss. With a 20% deposit. 90% empty or rentals. No choice but to walk away or you get stuck with section 8 neighbors that just don't care. So sad they ruined my home.
Bill Jearls: Well maintained
Cliff Wilson: Nice place to live
Christopher Wisniewski: Waste of money for association fees...no accountability from when I bought the condo in 2004!! Roof leak from the beginning, original builders went out of business and the association said they couldn't do anything!!! In a condo, that should be covered, hence why we pay the association. Now they want to charge $150/mo per unit to take the garbage out once a week and scrape the sidewalks once in awhile when it snows.

American House Sterling Heights: what do users think?
Ernest Vroom: Good
Nick Oliver: My father just went in to this facility. So far, knowing my dad is with people who know and care about him is really uplifting. They had a little welcome sign, balloons, and took time to come say hello. He liked the room, which was very clean and bright. The other residents were very friendly and eager to talk.
Carol Offer: Very disappointing.
Brenda Lusk: Website gave excellent information. The facility looks beautiful
Christopher Ryan: Great place. Maintained very well.
Roger Wohlgemuth: My mother in law lived here for nearly three years. She liked it and so did my wife and I. My mother in law was a social person. She looked forward to eating in the dining room and other activities with her friends. She had a weekly hair appointment at the salon. The staff know all the residents and visiting family members too.
Mary Sayers: My mom has been there for 9 months, 8 of which have been in hospice care and bedridden. The American House staff are wonderful. We have been having some issues with the med team responding to her call button as of late. We are being told that the system is not working properly. While its awful to be waiting for more than an hour for someone to clean you up, my sisters and i are fearful that she may need more serious help and waiting over an hour is just not acceptable.
Shenita Andrews: Great staff and wonderful residents.
Rich Rosati: American House has provided a warm, friendly, and caring environment for my mother. She enjoys the entertainment provided weekly, playing Bingo; which my daughter and I enjoy playing with her on Sundays, and the service of Bonnie the hairdresser. All in all, my mother is healthier since she moved here.
Cheryaleen Beger: This has only been the first week that my mom has been at American House. The staff has been wonderful with my mom as well as the medical team.
Maire Briesky: My mother has enjoyed her stay there. All the staff treat her very well. The only thing she complains about is that they used to have bigger breakfast and she enjoys breakfast a lot and now it’s not as nice. And she’d like the soup in the lunchtime not just at night. But everybody’s been very very nice and very very helpful. I would recommend this place.
Roxanne Hayes: I'm very pleased with American House Sterling Heights. My Dad is happy and well cared for. Thank you.
Pat Alexander: Very pretty and clean place. Not doing enough to provide for special dietary needs. Not doing enough rehabilitation after surgery to encourage independence. Not providing hospital bed. Not providing basics like shower chair, walker, bed pads, or incontinence supplies.
Charles DeGryse: My mom loves it here!
Bill Burg (Burg's Custom Cleaning): A very caring staff, that goes above to make the residences feel special. Always planning activities and having fun! A clean and well kept facilitiy. A place one would love to call home.

American House Sterling Woods: what do users think?
Angela Smith: Looking for a senior living was very stressful for my mom & I but when I found American House and Todd along with it I knew she was in the right place & was going to be taken care of..Thank you for putting my mind at ease
Carol Soulard: I was very impressed with the facility , as well as with the friendly staff that works there. Todd Schuver, the Community Relations Director, took time to listen to my needs and was very thorough in answering my questions. The tour was extensive in covering the various apartments that are available as well as the amenities that are offered. Although I haven't made a decision at this time, American House Sterling Woods is definitely on my list of possibilities.
Destinee Doutry: Searching for the right place for my grandparents was overwhelming to say the least, after leaving we knew this was the place that would be perfect for them. The atmosphere felt like home, the staff and Todd have been awesome. We are looking forward to my grandparents to settle in! Huge huge thank you to everyone at American House Sterling Woods for helping us through this entire process!
Debbie Nunn: My mom recently moved into American House of Sterling Heights located at 16 mile and Vandyke Dyke. I want to express our many thanks to the facility, staff, and medical team for their warm. Kind and excellent service that has been provided for the next journal of my mom*s life. I especially want to give a special thank you to Todd on the management staff who provided great assistance on coordinating this move!!
Robert White: Just moved my mo. Into American House, Sterlingwoods, and I have to say Todd and all the staff their have gone way out of there way to make the change for my mom as painlessly possible, Todd even helped my mom find her cat in her apt. When the cat was hiding. I think my mother is adjusting well thanks to Todd and the staff there. And I am forever gratefull.
Cheryl Neme: We’ve recently moved my 93 year old mother with memory issues into American House Sterling Woods. Todd made her feel so welcome and provided sincere empathy with her as she was very nervous and emotional about it. Now she gives him a big hug when she sees him as they have become well acquainted. He even took the time to help her find her cat in her apartment. The food is good and Jennifer makes sure you are set up with everything you need and takes time to offer kind words and a smile. The residents we’ve encountered are all friendly and welcoming. We thought mom might have a tough time, but everyone is so kind and patient with her memory issues, it has been a non-issue instead. Thank you to American House staff who has made her transition easy. I would definitely recommend your facility to others.
jonathan raiss: Hands down the best place I have been here for 2 years now and my experience keeps getting better yesterday we had a blackout and her leadership was stellar I think I speak for the entire American house sterling woods family when I say thank you brittany for your leadership yesterday
Karen White: Karen WhiteMy siblings and I recently moved my mother (93 yrs old) into American House Sterling Woods. Physically, she’s healthy, but suffers with dementia. So you can imagine how confusing and scary this was for her!! The staff has made her feel sooo welcome there!! I wish I could mention everyone’s name but don’t know them all yet. But two people that stand out is Todd (Manager) and Jennifer (dining room). They are outstanding!! My mom may not remember there name, but I can tell you she gets a big smile on her face when she sees them!! The residents there are also very welcoming to newcomers. They have regular daily activities, entertainment, church, etc. Thank you American House for helping our mom feel so welcome at her new home!!!
Ron V: I had a very nice visit with the team there. They all seem to be very experienced and dedicated senior living professionals. They showed me around the building, and we had a great conversation.
Jessica Williamson: I scheduled a tour here for my mom and they invited us for lunch. The kitchen staff sat my mom at a table with some other residents they thought my mom would like. They were right! She had a great meal and had wonderful conversations. After looking at the apartment that Todd believed was a perfect match for her, she was ready to move in. On the way home she told me to message Todd and let him know she was going to move in. She said it just felt like home. My mom was concerned about leaving her home of 45 years, especially so soon after my dad had passed, but after the tour she began to get excited about her next chapter. My mom has been at Sterling Woods for almost a month now. She has found a group of ladies and they already seems inseparable. They craft together, play Bingo, share knitting patterns and ideas, and just laugh together. For the first 2 weeks my mom kept saying I'm so happy here. Which of course made me cry knowing she was going to be ok.The staff is caring and attentive. They call my mom to see if she is coming to Bingo, they know she likes it but sometimes falls asleep. The hallways, dining room and apartments are always clean and smell good.I am so happy I found this wonderful community and the fact that I live a half of a mile away from her now is a big bonus.
Linda Thielfoldt: Very nice facility and every person we met the day we toured was so friendly and helpful. Todd has an amazing personality and was beyond helpful. We had lunch and the food was nicely done. I would not hesitate to put anyone I loved in this facility, place is kept nice and it was very clean.
kelly miller: I will update my review in the Future, However if you think a place is short staffed and has bad food then donate your time and supply a little food to blaze them on here is unacceptable! by any standards ...
Adam McTaggart: Ally is the worst
Jennifer Paine: The facility staff for AH itself is GREAT!! However, the company that provides the care, AdvisaCare is absolutely terrible!!!!! We have to call at least weekly to the Care Manager due to the care staff not answering the call button, phone calls, not showing up for scheduled care, not doing the care they are being paid for, etc.
Donna Cooper: American House would be fine other than the fact that they have Advisa Care providing assistance to the residents. There is a great deal of confusion and the staff is unprofessional and under trained. Completely unreliable and rude. Not all but far too many. If your loved ones do not need assistance than it's fine. If they do need assistance you are rolling the dice. Again American House is fine using Advisa Care is the downfall
JANET F: This particular establishment has poor food and not enough staff. The director reached out to me and said she hired more staff and she will speak to the culinary staff.
sherry vollmer: I would highly recommend American House Sterling woods for your loved ones. The staff there is absolutely amazingThe director of community relations Laureen Vollmer went out of her way directly for me not only did she take take the time to help ease my mind but just watching her with residents shows she truly works from her heart. It’s a absolutely stunning and most importantly very clean.Thank you Laureen and y your amazing staff at American house I look forward to seeing you again!God Bless.
Curtis Gibbs: American House Sterling Woods is a great place for your loved ones to call home! Laureen and the rest of the staff are some of the most kind and caring individuals you'll meet while visiting any Senior Community within the area. With its clean, comfortable, and homey feel, you'll know you made the right choice as soon as you walk through the doors.
Max Strus: John, the ED at this American House location, is absolutely incompetent. I am only in when I visit my aunt, but everytime i’m there I see how poorly led this building is. He is rude and unapologetic. It’s a miracle that the rest of the staff is so terrific, because they do not take ages their management.
Cindy D.: Staff is always friendly and helpful. My mom is so comfortable there. I am comfortable having her live there. I appreciate everything they do for her!
Amanda Tatum: Awesome building I really love the service in the dining room

Bristol Village Apartments: what do users think?
finort marogi: Bad talk with people The lady in the office She doesn't speak respectfully she screams
Raed Ramahi: I used to live there from2018 till Feb 2020 . It was a beautiful and safe place . The rental was reasonable comparing to services
athraasana: It's nice place but they don't help if you need help
STEPHANIE Liggins: I lived here 10 yrs everything that break is replaced with use stove etc is taken from a vacant apt. Only stayed this long because lm. from another state and this apt is close to my work for 750 and washer , dryer in basement people leave their clothes all day are take your clothes out and put on table. There are better places
Kevin Brady: I live in one of the houses that border the apartment complex earlier this year they took down part of the retaining wall separating our properties they said it would be a two-week long process months later they finally did it they ended up severely stunting several of my plants and there's still a three or four foot section left that they're going to need to repair but they no longer have my permission to enter or remove any of my property so next year the saw to prove interesting cuz if they choose to do it I'm not only going to contact the police and have their workers removed off my property but I'm going to sue them
Shelby Anderson: The office lady ( if you can call her that) is the rudest person I've ever encountered! After several attempts of calling and no one answering the phone, I decided to stop in the office one day. I politely I went in and asked about availability and prices and the woman started screaming and yelling at me! I couldn't believe it, it was like walking into a lion's den! I have never seen this woman before in my life. She was having a bad day but that was ridiculous how she acted towards me. Hopefully her manager or someone in a position above her will see this review and correct her attitude. She obviously needs class on Anger Management.
Bernadette Fletcher: I called in to inquire about the apartment, the receptionist was very rude. I was immediatley turned off by her response, I will be looking elsewhere.
Kori: Never answers the phone, that’s a red flag right there. Unprofessional and apparently not working hard unless the 10 calls I’ve made at least one would be answered
Corey Moran: The apartment itself is amazing but managment is the worst I've ever seen. Recently they made changes and didn't give any type of notice i just walked into the office one day and it was a new person there. So I left this past July first because I received a notice that was posted to my door which said I owed ninety dollars pay Immediately. I quickly called the office to figure out what was going on the lady in the office named Lindy or Linda (I'm not sure because again I was never introduced to her or had the opportunity to properly meet her) told me my rent had been increased a month ago and when I explained to her I never recieved notice of that she told me it wasn't her problem corporate sent it out in the mail and it wasn't returned so to management that meant I recieved the letter. Now the problem with that is if the new policy is to mail things from corporate why wasn't the letter that said I owed ninety dollars mailed instead of attached to my door??? Makes no sense right, so I personally think the letter was never mailed but I'll leave that up to you the reader to decide. So I attempt to contact corporate they never took my calls and had the lady in the office contact me. Then when June eighth arrived I had a thirty day eviction letter (again posted on my door not mailed from corporate). I put up no fuss or fight because I no longer wanted to live somewhere that didn't have any respect for me as a tentant that they never had problems out of for four years. Which I said that before I walked out of the office but I guess the eviction letter was so I would look bad and it would go on my record if I decided to rent again. So my last point of how horrible management and the corporate office is. On September first I called looking for my security deposit to be returned because I still didn't receive it. Corporate said they sent it July eleventh. Again with the mail lie lol I again said I never recieved it and when they finally sent it I had to travel back to the apartment building just to get it because I didn't want it to take another three months to get to me. When I finally got there corporate charged me thirty-five dollars to cancel the first check. I have no evidence they ever sent the check in the first place people, why should I or you ever be penalized for something you never recieved smh. Long story short the apartment itself is in a great area it's the people who own it and work there that make it bad and I would never recommend anyone to live there and spend their hard earned money to be disrespected and not even heard when it's a disagreement or dispute. I was a single man living month to month in a two bedroom apartment. Seems like they saw this as a opportunity to free up space and ask for more money because the market for two bedrooms has increased Significantly. Because of this horrible management team and corporate I will never rent again in my life and I Urge you to do the same buy so the only person you have to deal with is you. Good luck on the apartment search and God bless
Gina W: I've lived here for 3 years without issue. I can't hear the neighbors, the place is pretty well kept, however recently they have made abrupt changes without much notice. Legally, they can do this, it's just frustrating. First change was laundry. I went downstairs to do a load an the sign was dating 3/19, that effective 3/19 the washer price was going up. Annoying, but no big deal I guess. Then I received a letter in my mailbox, that rent was being increased $40 and the base was now $735 effective the 1st of the month (less than 30 days notice.) The biggest issue is that is actually $60 more than my rent. Not sure who is doing the math there, but it's way off. I realize they haven't increased rent the entire time I have lived here, but $60 is a big increase. I'd rather have an increase of $20 every year. They said the increase is because they want to re-pave the parking lot and for landscaping. Oh please, yes the paving is needed, although most people do not park in the lots, but rather along side their building. But landscaping? Let's do something practical like get more washer and dryers (or larger ones!,) or update the balconies (wood is coming apart).
Lacresha Toney: I lover Bristol Village best choice ever.
Karen Onica: Lived there in 1976 and rent was $275/ month plus $10/ car port. It was a deal!!! No regrets!!!
kyle finley: Bristol Village is the capitol provence of Frognation
W. Chan: If you have a cat and you want to live here, ur cat has to be declawed. On top of it, you still have to pay $15 monthly fee and $150 non refundable pet fee. This is ridiculous!
Shavae Toney: management is horrible!!!!I went in to view an apartment and was turned away because the manager had to leave. I will no longer consider this apartment because of that! If I were a resident and needed something, I would not like to be turned away. But on top of that she was rude! I was not even spoken to. As soon as i walked in the door the only thing she said was "Im leaving, Im a 1 person office" Those facts would have been fine if she was a little nicer about it.
Alexander Adam: Nice apartment staff that keep the building very clean.

American House Sterling Meadows: what do users think?
Alexandra Grassi: The staff there is fabulous! So friendly and caring!
Deborah Studards: The lack of accountability that American House takes for the care providers they contract with is unbelievable. I am in the facility every week and see the care provided but facility management says it isn't their responsibility. The email was sent to the VP of Operations. The lack of response from her illustrates my point.
ken hicks: My dad has been a resident of Sterling Meadows since June 2021. This was a very important move for him, and one that he would not have been unable to consider had it not been for the help of the staff at Sterling Meadows. They were able to refer us to someone that provided assistance in dad's application for much needed and deserved benefits from the VA. Those benefits in turn afforded dad the opportunity to make an independent decision to move into Sterling Meadows where he could continue to live independently, but employ services as his needs indicated. All of the staff, from the director to the maintenance technician and everywhere in between, is helpful and courteous. Dad just went through a bit of a crisis which dictated a need for a higher level of services. Michele, at Sterling Meadows, was able to provide resources and information that gave us an opportunity to make the decision to move dad to American House Freedom Place. We are very grateful for all the help we've received. Thank you!
Evelyn Szymanski: Everyone is friendly and helpful in assisting my 97 year old mother who has lived there for over a year.
Becca Humphreys: I couldn't be more happy and thankful with the type of place Sterling Meadows is. My dad has been a resident here for a while now and he loves it. He has made so many new friends, attends many Veteran based meetings as well as events. Monthly birthday party, annual car show, family day, grandparents day and much more. They do so much for all the residents at American House.
Michelle Karpinen: I have a friend Helen here , and I would recommend this facility to all. They have so much activities that keep all the residents feeling happy and it's amazing to see the fun stuff they do for all occasions. They just had a car show and it was awesome..It gives family a good feeling knowing their loved ones are enjoying all the fun stuff to do there. Also great staff, medical , clean, and safe place.. ,Activities are amazing and to see them all so happy . GREAT PLACE.
Dayna F: They do so much with their residents. I just love the car show every year tons of nice cars, food and raffles. We really enjoy family bbqs and hearing about all the bus trips they take. Really just all around great people and environment
Emir Salkic: Such an amazing community, everyone is so friendly, it's clean, organized, fun, and relaxing. All my questions were answered very promptly and fast. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice and settle home for their loved ones.
Sandra Machuga: So far not very good..we pay for extra services and they haven't followed through yet..I guess we have to go to the advisacare supervisor
Toolla2003: Everyone is so friendly. From the first moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. Its so clean and comfortable here too. All the residents are so happy. You can tell they enjoy living there.
Sonia Mosey: I have had the pleasure of dealing with the staff at American House Meadows and I can't say enough great things about this community. The people and workers are genuine and very helpful. This is a great place for seniors to call home!
Tammi Gripton: Great care! Very clean! Highly recommend!
j cat: UPDATE: Question. If I was in my 70's, 80's or 90's. Would I want to spend my possibly last Golden Days paying my considerably high rent from my life savings being told to stay in like a prisoner or would I rather go out take my chances and observe the rules of Covid-19 like everyone else? I'd rather take the latter.Another question. Would I be entitled to a 30% discount on my rent for the months I was held captive not entitled to any outing services, including just going out period, no activities, exercise or dining room privileges. It seems this company should be adjusting rent accordingly and then reporting their loss to the government for reimbursement as a tax loss right-off.During the virus scare there have been tight restrictions on these residents, their visitors and staff and that's understandable and done right but there is also a lot of tension and abrupt rudeness and dispensing of fond greetings by at least one of the office staff who has been there for quite a while. Some of the residents have been shunned from coming out of their rooms and been threatened with having to leave and find another place to live if they don't. These people deserve the utmost compassion in their golden years and the present situation and they are paying thousands per month to be treated this way. It has got to stop. Also with less visitors coming in, there have been some items coming up missing, even food and snack items. When it improves I'll update my review.
Ellie Halatsis: The staff at American House - Sterling, Schoenherr N of 14 mile, is exceptional. The big Kahuna, Todd, is very responsive to his residents needs and he and his staff do their very best to accommodate any specific requests (within reason and within the scope of the teams authority, of course). The medical team is an added bonus and though timing is everything, they do a good job of keeping the residents comfortable and well cared for. It is my honor to recommend this location to anyone in need of some extra help with the everyday living. And don't forget, you can be as busy here as you like. Or not. Plenty to do everyday if you want to stay active. Great job!
vincent fox: Great place. Great staff. Lots of fun activities always going on!
Kathy Pagliai: I have never met nicer people who love their jobs! I was impressed with the entire staffs level of professionalism, care, cleanliness, and most of all love. They love their residents and it shows in everything they do! The residents say they love living here too. I would highly recommend Sterling Meadows.
John Gressman: One elevator for 3 floors of disabled seniors no back up power in case of emergency. A law suit waiting to happen!I'm sitting here with my mother who is on oxygen power is out and I'm PISSED OFF!

Cambridge House Apartments: what do users think?
Микола Курчій: Cool place to live
Kee Butler: Im so glad to move from this toxic apartment the noise, nosey neighbor, and rude managementI just received a bill over to the collections without any knowings and I had a $0 balance to pay anything from this old apartment since I left from hereIt’s so terrible would not recommend this place to a homeless person this is so sad ☹️
Tay Holmes: Let’s not start with the mold !!! The old pipes that makes your bathroom walls bleed that you have to clean every other day . My rent is 1125 for a one bed but all of my neighbors is 1050 so today we are going to find a new place hopefully I can get out of these apartments asap! I’m going to do the month to month. Til my other place comes through. I do not recommend anyone to move in these for over 1k the rent should be no more than 800 due to old pipes and molding . But the lady Jennifer in the office is nice .
Megan Alexsandrowski: I lived there for 2 years and at the beginning I didn’t have many problems but they used Covid as an excuse to raise my rate over $100 a month. It is way overpriced for what you get. The pool hasn’t been opened in 3+ years, the washers and dryers were always either broken or dirty, the air conditioner barely worked it was always extremely uncomfortable, my floor had to be replaced because it was so cheaply done. Now that I’ve left I still haven’t received my deposit back almost 90 days later. The maintenance men were the only nice thing about this place.
durron taylor: Terrible place to live
Eyad Farid: Stinks
Nola Williams: OMG 😳 DO NOT MOVE HERETHE NOISES, MANAGEMENT, & ENVIRONMENT IS SO TERRIBLE
hi Badkamikaze: Can't believe this is the third year the pool is going to be closed they charge way to much rent for what you get I will be moving soon
Mau Lee: Probably one of, if not, the worst complexes i’ve ever stayed in. Too many things wrong with the place to be considered quality. Every door inside of my apartment seemed to creek, the closet doors would come off the hinges easily. The flooring is uneven and you can hear through the walls as clear as day, I can hear my neighbor’s phone conversations ALL the time. The lighting isn’t the greatest, most of them not being white but a faint yellow. The water, from the kitchen sink to the shower in the bathroom, is very inconsistent. The pressure never stays the same, and can go from ice cold to hell hot in the matter of a split second. Sometimes it can even leave a smell because i’ve heard the plumbing hasn’t been worked on in YEARS. Cause for PLENTY of skin burns. The walls within the apartment are also paper thin, don’t even have to try to hear what my roommate is doing. Doesn’t come with any amenities inside. no washer/dryer, no dishwasher, no microwave. There is NO insulation inside of the apartment, so what comes in or is created in there, stays in there. You’ll NEVER be able to feel like you fully cleaned the bathtub. Communication between the staff is also very bad. I can find myself waiting DAYS for a response to an email, or I could call the office multiple times and receive no answer, but then would walk over to the office and see management sitting at their desk! POOREST excuse for an apartment, it is literally a space with walls in it.
Jason Harry: Don't rent here, seriously. You're going to pay 1k+ for a box with hollow walls, your water will be affected by your neighbors using theirs (shower go from ice cold to burning hot and back and forth), no laundry in the units and the ones on site are always broken and don't work well (dirty), they haven't had the pool open in 3+ years, the area to bbq is a plastic table with rusty poles and is chained to the public park style bbq, the bathtubs are coated in a material the flakes off so you'll never be able to actually clean your bath to bathe in it. Low water pressure, and this is all in a new remodeled unit. Also the flooring is a cheap tongue and Groove that wasn't done correctly so there are lifted points the float so when you step the floor goes up and down. There's more to list I just don't want to waste anymore time or money on this place so that's my review. Good luck on finding you're future home.
Kayla Kottra: The worst apartment I have ever lived in. Everything in the unit was cheaply done. Faucets were like plastic and broke from normal usage. Air conditioning unit burnt out after less than 1 year of living there and maintenance said they usually have to replace every year. Anytime it rained water would leak out of the ceiling fan and light in our bathroom - I was in a second floor unit so I know it wasn’t from a neighbor above me. Also the water in the shower would go from freezing cold to scorching hot without warning and I didn’t even touch the knob. There were many times I burnt my skin in the shower from this. There was also birds living in the roof outside my unit. The worst part about it all was Jennifer Ward from the leasing office. If you need a response from her don’t hold your breath. It took over 2 weeks just for her to forward me the updated lease when I added someone else to my lease. I followed up numerous times during that time frame and only received a response once I cc’d someone else who worked there. Don’t bother calling the office to leave a voicemail because you won’t get a call back. For the price they charge it’s ridiculous that they have such poor leasing management and unsafe living conditions. The only nice thing I have to say about this place is for the maintenance staff. They were always very friendly and quick to fix any issues when I called them.
april Gates: I've been waiting for over two weeks for someone to fix my bathroom ceiling water was leaking from the apartment above this is the second time this has happened with in a few months the smell from the mold is making me sick but yet they charge over 1000 dollars a month to live here if it's not fixed shortly bim.calling the heath department on them
Jonnie Dennis: I have never had a problem with anything here. I put in maintenace request and they were answered in an appropriate time. I have never had a problem with management either. I know that communication is the key but some tenants need to remember that we live in an apartment not a house. Let the children out to play and not in the apartment over other tenants head. I love my place I don't believe I'm going anywhere soon 🙏🙏🙏
Marco LaChapelle: Total LIES about late payment Forgiveness. The new owners charged my disabled brother$150 late fee for their auto pay systems failure.
Braxton Steward: I went to look at a unit and though the unit itself was beautiful the service and the grounds of the complex was horrible. My viewing was for 1pm, I called the phone a billion times to confirm which unit to go to, and I didn't get answer until 1:37pm. When I finally it to the unit that was supposed to be left unlocked, it wasn't, I called the phone an additional 3 times before a getting answer on the 4th. I was told to wait 2 minuets and someone would come unlock it, it took 5 minuets. The grounds outside the viewing unit was dirty with trash on ground.
YOAAL: Good place and ellyas good management
Adrienne Sedonio: Almost 3 years of living here and my family and I couldnt have asked for a better place to live. And good people too ❤️ the management and the people that works are very helpful and kind,as well❤️
Dwayne GotTheGlow: I havnt live there yet,so I will updated this in a couple months, but they are never in the office there should always be atleast one person working if they go on lunch. I email I get no answer back to my questions. Hopefully someone is there first thing in the morning what if someone want to look at the apartments or just get there keys before work like me. Day 2 of someone not being at the office when it says they suppose to be open this is not how you run a apartment complex.
Sharon Williams: 1/21/2020....REPLY TO YOUR NOTES. Management has changed since I moved here around 1997 or so. There have been several office managers; and one of them advised me of the new owners. Also when I moved in; late fee for late rent was not $50.00. And at one point; if you were not an habitual defender and only one day late; the manager waived that $25.00 fee. Please do not advise me that nothing has changed. I would not have remained at this location as a loyal resident if it was not nice at one time! Fair market rates should correspond with the conditions of the unit. Thank you.....I have resided at this location for over 19 years. When I moved here the office staff and management were kind, respectful and helpful. Management has changed and my current experiences are terrible! I have mentioned to them about the black spots on the walls of my apartment being mold and they said it is not. My next step is having a Contractor out to verify. My apartment has not been upgraded/renovated since moving into the complex. Yet the rent increases. And how silly would it be to move out of one unit into another at a higher rate. Especially with the lack of appreciate shown to their loyal residents. And now if your rent is a day late; one day...you had forgotten to drop it off.. it is a $50.00 fee! The one good thing is the nice maintenance men. Neighbors are loud, unsafe stairs! I am so displeased and I am looking to move.
Pacita Co: i love this place...calm quite.and great maintenace...polite staffwe have a monthly resident apprecitio..where we get togther and eat donut..drink coffee and tea..
Rho Leo: 40°s outside and no heat for residents. I understand it's not a "high rent" complex but that's unacceptable.(Updated 10/14)So I have read your reply- if it even is "yours", you probably hired internet PR- and I can tell you that your assurances to do "everything we can do" are empty. It is a lie.I don't even need you to do "everything"; and to be clear, it's not all bad at CH. The two men in maintenance have consistently been courteous and competent, fixing stuff in my place (sometimes even things that I didn't request, going the extra mile). Furthermore, there are other attractive elements to living at CH. But this last week was an absolute disgrace! We went without heat for a full week with night-time temps ranging from the low 40°s to mid 50°s. The temp in my apartment literally dropped into the frigid 50°s range (no fun to try and rest well/wake up with, trust me). This was not a one-night "we had an emergency" with our boiler situation (which would be understandable) but a full week of (we gonna take our sweet time fixing) unacceptable living conditions.Any boiler issues should have been addressed sooner, or at the very least faster, so that our residents didn't have to suffer like that. We have seniors and infants that live here, so please be responsible and make sure our residents have heat when it is cold outside.
