Sandro Sitto: Rude and disrespectful employees in “Parts Department” I went there and got some fittings and hoses for transmission cooler and the fitting did not go in the hose because they sold me aftermarket piece although I asked for the original one so I went back to exchange it and the guy says you didn’t buy it from me and then he asks the other guy and he said I don’t know I’m going home. Then he asked to bring the stuff back while it’s already attached to the truck.I’ll never go back.high prices and each employee will give you a different price and long waiting time. Please know who you’re hiring there or watch how they treat customers.

Fleet Masters: Parts department is horrendous, you will call all day from open to close and not one time will someone answer. You will listen to a recording stating your que in line is 1 but nothing will happen for hours. Call back and start the process over again. Show up at parts department just to have employees talking to each other about issues unrelated to parts while they keep looking at you but offer no assistance for a good 15-30min…and that’s if your the only one there.

koopx: came to the service, with some problems on the track. Repaired under warranty, everything is fine. I started the truck, the windows do not work. Came back and they fixed it quickly. Left satisfied! On the way, I discovered that they set a speed limiter for me. We called the service, explained the problem, they say that it is not their fault but they are ready to fix it. But it was a long way to go back, I had already traveled 60 miles. They think it's so easy to do, 60 miles to them and another 60 miles back. The total mileage would be 180 miles. Recommendation: check if everything works for you after they work on your truck

Greg Schlitt: Very professional work done here. I had a generator installed, and while it was a very unique situation, Bob and his team did a great job. They even arranged for outside contractors to takle some of the work they were not abke to do in-house. My only complaint which costs them 1-star, timing. It took nearly twice as long to complete the job as was quoted. In the end, I am glad I went with them, and would do it again. Just make sure you are not in a rush.

Nigel Ciappara: Took nearly a month for an engine repair under warranty. When I got the truck back:1) Compression brakes cutting off randomly2) Sleeper AC not working3) Cab AC not cold4) Bumper brackets brokenAll after my completion date kept getting moved back. Returned to have issues addressed. They claimed turbo was shot and that the compression sylenoids were bad. Denied responsibility for bumper and AC issues. Claimed leak in AC and that bumper arrived like that.Nearly 2 weeks later I got the truck back. Replaced turbo under warranty and, charged me $700 for compression sylenoids and $350 for an oil change. Turned out that when they evacuated the AC, it must have been done improperly. I had to add 8 oz of oil to the system, vacuum and recharge in my driveway. Problem solved....They still act like I'm wrong and insist there was a leak!Truck went back in for an oil leak. They insisted there wasn't a leak and that the oil was caused from trying to figure out the compression issue. Steam clean. No! I insisted and they discovered a plug leaking. A plug that was part of the rebuild...but that they hadn't replaced. Needless to say, they fixed it. Not even an apology for their issues. They still insist AC must have had a leak and that they didn't do anything wrong. Nearly 3 months later my AC is still fully charged. Unfortunately, my Jake's still cut off randomly.This place was a nightmare and still is. I've dealt with other Cummins shops on my other unit and have had great experiences. I've lost an immense amount of revenue because of crappy diagnosis, bad follow up and horrible job completion. Lol....this shop is the nearest Cummins to my home.

Do not bring your truck here for service took my truck to this location for losing power issue, they kept the truck for 2weeks, charged me arm and a leg and the truck still have same exact issues.This was my worst repair experience they do not know what there doing they just keep telling you to pay for more diagnostic so they can keep charging hourly they kept lying to me about what’s wrong with my truck then other guys change it telling me that Tech doesn’t know what he’s talking about picked up my truck ABS light on and TCS light on trying to blame it on me when I dropped off my truck with no lights on comes to find out when they did a diagnostic they unplugged the ABS do not bring your truck here!!
