They do a fabulous job jazzing it up for birthdays and I highly recommend Nothing Bundt Cake to all.

The white chocolate raspberry bundt cake was AMAZING! On top of that, the staff working were all so friendly and helpful. Alan Aldhizer: So two weeks ago I stopped in to pick up 12 Buntini's for my daughters birthday which I was transporting to Ohio. I explained I had some mini cake toppers I was going to put on each one and asked if could get them in a slightly taller box to accomodate the cake toppers as I was traveling out of state with them. The young girls behind the counter simply said "NO THEY ARE PRE-BOXED".......So after seeing behind the counter that they had taller boxes prepared for people who pick their own larger cakes I said "ok, can I buy one of those boxes"? Again, I was answered with a huge attitude and a rude "No we can't do that"........I would like to say thank you to Randazzos on 22 and Hayes for allowing me to purchase a taller cake box to accomodate them and make the trip to Ohio with the cakes intact. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO NBC AS I DO NOT DESIRE TO BE TREATED SO RUDELY BY THEIR STAFF AND THE MANAGER WHO WAS ON DUTY.......

Sigmatic: I have bought ready-made cakes from here before multiple times, but when I placed an order for a custom cake, I was very disappointed. I asked them to do a very simple design that any professional baker should be able to do, and I know this because baking is my hobby. I told them to design the cake like the picture attached shows but they said they couldn't do the dinosaur. I said ok, then leave the dinosaur and just do the vines. VINES?! How does a professional baker not know how to do vines. I have bought their ready made cakes before and they tasted and looked fantastic. There were all sorts of pretty roses and flowers on top of those cakes. But I really am surprised they couldn't do such a simple design. I told them I wanted the cake to be vanilla, but I have no idea what on Earth they gave me. It was brown and had a very weird and dense texture to it. It tasted like it was made from wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour. No one in my family was able to eat it. And I also attached a picture of how they made the cake. They couldn't even make it straight with white frosting, let alone anything else. The frosting was not white, the cake was not vanilla, the cake looked horrible, and it wasn't even on the sides, as they are bulging out. If you can see in the picture, I started adding little designs to it, as baking is my hobby, to at least make it look presentable. Below, I have attached pictures showing how they should have made the cake and how it turned out from the outside and the inside. I also attached a picture of a cake I bought from them ready-made just a few weeks before I bought the custom cake. I will probably not be buying from here again.

Lynn “Pencilmarks”: I was only visiting the Detroit area, so not familiar with bakeries. My hosts had purchased a "Cannoli Cake" from Mannino's that i went and picked up. What a phenomenal treat! Cannoli cream filling between the layers instead of frosting? The exterior covered by a delicious whipped cream frosting? One of the best cakes I've ever had! Beside what i have already mentioned, the cake itself was moist and light. The combination was heavenly. Highly recommend for any occasion.

natalie maroof: I don’t usually write reviews but the service here is horrible. The owner’s attitude is horrible. They aren’t capable enough to decorate simple cakes and will ask to bring your own decorations. Simplest designs that could easily be done with cake or fondant they will refuse to do it. Not to mention they charge twice as much as everyone else around. I ended up taking it to another local cake that happily did the same exact cake in the picture with the decorations that was needed done by that bakery for a better deal. Never will I go back here and deal with such rude ppl.

Daniell truly went *above and beyond* for me when she made this cake for me. She contacted me right away when she became ill and informed me that my cake would be late, which I truly appreciated. We stayed in touch and she offered me a 100% refund for the inconvenience, but I was sooo so happy that she was willing to make the cake once she was back and fully recovered, no refund necessary. Health should always take top priority, and the fact this was also her top priority made me fully trust in her professionalism AND talent! Charles Howard: Do not go here, they state they have authentic filipino food already made and that you can come in and and pick up what they have. Nothing is made EVER and they only do catering. Go to Isla, Rice and Roll, or Filipnas Oriental Food if you avmctually want to get Filipno food that is already made. False advertisement. We went last week only to be told that all the food that is pre-made is for catering only. Don't waste your time driving here expecting to get filipino food unless you order it a week ahead of time. I'll never go there again!

I came home I throw them in the garbage. They were old old and old Dry and you can test the oil. I called them and told them that. But they don’t care 😠 gross
Eshtar Oraha: The cake I picked up was just one they had made for any last minute occasion. It was not the best, but it also was not terrible. I do not think I will be purchasing another cake from here in the future, maybe once more just to give them a second chance. But there are just so many delicious middle eastern pastry shops in this area it makes it difficult when you eat something mediocre. What I do definitely recommend is purchasing one of the spinning, opening music flower candles. Now that was cool!

Merisa Musemic: I came to a Palm Sweets many time in the past, with my family and friends. Yesterday, however, I came by myself by Smart Bus. The gentleman who assisted me at the counter, was very kind. He helped me to find a table and carried my order for me, he was also very good at explaining where the door is in relation to my table so I can go out and catch the Smart Bus later. The Turkish coffee is the best and so is the ice cream. As far as I’m concerned, Palm suites is the best place to get something sweet in the area. I would also like to add, that I felt really respected and completely excepted as a blind person when I was there.
Tufayel Ahmed: The stuff doesn’t even know if the food is Halal or not. she acted like she doesn’t know what is the meaning of Halal she was not helpful she was arguing about what is Halal ? she was not polite. If she doesn’t know what is Halal she could’ve told us nicely in a good manner.

Luis Romero: First time in this place, completely packed. I had the blueberry crepe (or at least that's what I thought, lol), when they gave us the food. Besides, it was cold and seemed to be more spaghetti pasta. When I asked if this was the intention (because the picture in the menu was completely different). they said it was a new way to prepare it, and they were "looking" for the costumers reaction. Never asked me in the first place, BTW. Just look at the picture and make your own judgment. The coffee and the Arabic pastries were good.

Ashran Bakth: The food is great and all but the customer service is not great at all. This one time I was waiting for the staff member to notice me for 25 minutes. There was no line and people that came late, got their food before me. There should be a ticketing system or something because this was not the first time I experienced this. I love the food but because of the customer service I’ll give it a 3.
