White Wolf Japanese Patisserie: what do users think?
K R: Very cute bakery in nice walkable downtown Clawson. Everyone at the counter was very helpful and answered my questions, however I was not greeted when I first walked in.I was disappointed with the selection especially for anyone with food sensitivities or allergies. I wanted to see what they had in low carb, low sugar or anything for a diabetic. I was out of luck all around. The pastry I bought was a cheesecake ball and was very tasty with a Japanese milk ball filled with cheesecake inside. But more options will be needed for them to be more well rounded.
David Sayah: I got a pistachio latte with oatmilk, a turkey and cheese croissant, as well as pistachio and apricot macarons. The croissant was good, the latte flavor was a little odd, grains at the bottom and frothy, the pistachio mac tasted a little too artificially flavored, but the apricot mac was actually very different and good. The apricot mac was my favorite item I tried, I’ve never had anything like it! Side note-they only have to-go cups and plates. The service was very helpful and optimistic. The atmosphere is very modern and pretty. I’ll stop by again!
Jr Sander: Terrific pastries as well as coffee. Very cozy place. Love it here ❤️
Yasir KA: 5-6 cake pieces left & the coffee was not that good. Sorry didn’t like it 😕
Ezekiel Burns: Had an excellent expirience @ White Wolf. The pastries were delecious and Adriana was so kind. Will definitley be back for more!
Katty Kolomoiets: This place is one of my beloved cafés in Clwason! So tasty cakes and coffee
Luke Permoda: Great atmosphere, great service, too bad I got there late and many things were sold out.
Sean Harrington: If you haven’t been, it could be argued that you haven’t lived. The pastries are phenomenal, just like the staff! & one of the best whole bean coffee selections around. Oh, and the breakfast croissants!
Anna Sobiechart: Delicious, clean, friendly, great vibe
Orhe Onomake: Carefully crafted beverages with great service.
Laura Denise: I met here with a friend of mine and while everything looked good I was disappointed in the taste.I ordered a hot chocolate and a lemon cheesecake. The hot chocolate was pretty bland with almost no taste of chocolate. I'm all for eco-friendly but wooden forks? No. All I tasted was wooden fork so I ate with my hands. It was pretty bland in general.I can't say I would return with spending $10 and everything not having much flavor.
Jennifer: I can’t speak to their coffee yet but the pastries I’ve had were all outstanding. Excellent tiramisu as well!Staff has always been welcoming and willing to provide extra details and recommendations, and the interior has lots of seating and WiFi for those who want to bring a laptop or meet up with a friend. I also appreciate that they’re open pretty late!
Calvin: Good food and good service
Zenon Kwik: The products are unique and exquisitely crafted. A true gem. I can't wait to go back and discover what new treats they have baked. The chestnut Mont Blanc was delicious.
Justin Beale: The coffee is really good and the syrups are too. I used to come here 1-2 times a week but they charge like $7-8 for a little latte now so I tend to just buy their syrups and make espresso at home. The baked goods like the Crepe cakes and tarts are awesome too. Note that the croissants are brought in from CRISPELLI’s. White Wolf does not make the croissants, which many people seem to be confused about. I hope they go back to actually making Japanese style sandwiches in the future.
Leo Alexander: Not sure about the flavors
Lin: Their baked goods and coffee are delicious. Docked a star only because it has been taking a lot longer to get orders recently. Over 15 minutes for an iced coffee.
Melissa K: While google labels them as a bakery, they’re actually my favorite coffee shop in clawson for pour over coffee and lattes. Its great to have various milk options for the lattes. They have limited gluten free food options but they’re pastries are all fresh and smell great!
Ashley Legato: Love the atmosphere and the drinks. The croissants are so good!
Elyse Quesada: Love yhis place, they're willing to try thibgs out and experiment, which I like. One suggestion: please get rid of the wooden utensils 🙏 they dry out the mouth and catch on the lips 😭
Shannon Myles: Got a coffee from White Wolf today. Barista was very rude to me when I didn’t know what a macchiato is and then made the worst latte I’ve ever had. As an ex-barista myself, I don’t recommend this place.

Red Ribbon Cake Shop: what do users think?
MaryGrace Cayetano: So disappointed. 😡 This is not the real Red Ribbon. It's more like a mini grocery store and bakery. The website associated with this place is fake. They're using Red Ribbon bakeshop website. Should be reported for doing that. 🙄
Jane H: Very disappointing to know it's a Pinoy store that used the same business name as the real Red Ribbon Bakeshop.
Charles Howard: Do not go here, they state they have authentic filipino food already made and that you can come in and and pick up what they have. Nothing is made EVER and they only do catering. Go to Isla, Rice and Roll, or Filipnas Oriental Food if you avmctually want to get Filipno food that is already made. False advertisement. We went last week only to be told that all the food that is pre-made is for catering only. Don't waste your time driving here expecting to get filipino food unless you order it a week ahead of time. I'll never go there again!
Dana Rodriguez: Best filipino cuisine ever!
Veronica Reyes-How: Great Filipino foods like turron, empanadas, fried fish. Also have great Ube Ensaymada and other delightful pastries. Cakes and Leche flan are great here
Kerry Krivoshein: Looked more like an independent grocery store than a cake shop, but they do make cake and pastries there. Their prices are good, but the selection is not, and the place could use a good cleaning and sprucing up a bit.
Elizabeth Marshall: Foods very good
Joanna Orella: Very disappointing!!! We drove hours thinking it was really the Red Ribbon!! This should be reported as it actually attracts people thinking its the bakeshop not knowing its a Filipino store.
alex sitchon: Good eat, reasonably priced.
David Saunders: Very nice. Lyn helpful and friendly. I bought cooked mackerel and adobo and both very good. Good place for LBC pick up.
Blenda Macairan: What a disappointment, I drove an hour to this shop thinking it was an official Red Ribbon Bake Shop. The cakes taste nothing like Red Ribbon and the interior of the shop looks like a grocery store rather than the official bakery. I wonder if Red Ribbon knows that their company's name is being used to sell mediocre knock off cakes.
Almaz Shamon: Delicious
Jeff Jenks: Has everything you need for Filipino cooking, great prices and fabulous pastries.
Tasha Lord: Doesn't look like much but they offer very special cakes for pinoy celebrations or for people who would like to try something new for their non-pinoy celebration!

Maatouk Bakery: what do users think?
Roger Lahoud: We love this bakery. Zaatar pies are great there and I personally like the meat pies.
sandra: A sure bet when wanting to buy fresh, made with love & care, authentic Lebanese baked goods. From delicious treats to amazing meat, cheese & spinach fatayer. All made, in house and fresh. We travel 3 hours to purchase the pies, the fresh baked zaatar flatbreads & meat flatbreads & stock up on bags of pita (which are incredibly soft & chewy). Our favorite part is seeing our dear friend who has been baking here for decades. You are definitely greeted well & treated like family. God bless them all. A+
Muna Mansour: My favorite bakery is the old man, which makes every pie with love ❤️ God bless him always
Raham: It is nice to have shops like this in the area.Good prices but they need to smile little more often.
Sari K: Good service, but pricey compared to other stores. Food is okay, but it depends on what you buy. The meat pie was so spicy with peppers that after we ate two pies, we threw the other two pies in the garbage, and our stomach was messed up for two days. The Zatar pie was good, as well as the ready to go dates. To the owner: I highly recommend you reduce the hot spices in the meat pie. My sister had the same issue with the meat pie previously.
Mahmoud Al- nsour: The best baker in the area. Always fresh, always delicious. Excellent service and outstanding people.
jon doyle: This place is fire
M Wash: Best bakery in the city
Byzantine Knight: Best mankooshi in Michigan
Jackie: There is no where as good as Maatouk Bakery for your Lebanese pizzas and pies! Old school store so you know it's good! Original pizza oven and Mr. Maatouk still bringing out them himself hot and ready with over 20 varieties. I have to come back again soon! A place I will never forget, simply the best!
M Ha: If I am ever around the area, I grab a meat pie from here. Great variety and delicious.Friendly staff!
Timothy Sawwah: The Lebanese bread that they make here is great!
Helen Hana: One of the best bakery I ever Been to on Michigan. Your bake goods are always hot and fresh. Amazing customer service, they truly treat you like family esp the older guy. I highly recommend this bakery.
Faris Bunni: Good pasteries
sandy yokhanis: The best
Ranam Kazziha: How to lose a client in two minutes? Do not smile. 😒😶don’t be friendly and sneeze loudly. 🤧

Jay Buni: My favorite place
Hanaa Hussein: Very good

Street Sweets: what do users think?
dawn green: We visited here first time yesterday, me and my daughter. Great customer service the 2 gentlemen made are experience so good. The pastries are delicious the waffle treat with peanut drizzle and Nutella was too die for. Definitely will be back. Not to mention the cannolis that were amazing. Wish I could give more stars.
Brittney Bertrand: Super cool place! The liquid nitrogen ice cream is so unique! Good prices too! Ice cream was so good and cool to watch them make it. And I’ve never seen chocolate Baklava! Staff was super friendly and helpful!
Katie Senter: I’m an out of towner. Great service, vegan options, sugar free options, gluten free options. I’ll be back!
Phyllis Jeden: Wonderful experience with Inas and the Bakery. She made a beautiful 2 tiered cake entirely gluten free. I highly recommend.
Sigmatic: I have bought ready-made cakes from here before multiple times, but when I placed an order for a custom cake, I was very disappointed. I asked them to do a very simple design that any professional baker should be able to do, and I know this because baking is my hobby. I told them to design the cake like the picture attached shows but they said they couldn't do the dinosaur. I said ok, then leave the dinosaur and just do the vines. VINES?! How does a professional baker not know how to do vines. I have bought their ready made cakes before and they tasted and looked fantastic. There were all sorts of pretty roses and flowers on top of those cakes. But I really am surprised they couldn't do such a simple design. I told them I wanted the cake to be vanilla, but I have no idea what on Earth they gave me. It was brown and had a very weird and dense texture to it. It tasted like it was made from wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour. No one in my family was able to eat it. And I also attached a picture of how they made the cake. They couldn't even make it straight with white frosting, let alone anything else. The frosting was not white, the cake was not vanilla, the cake looked horrible, and it wasn't even on the sides, as they are bulging out. If you can see in the picture, I started adding little designs to it, as baking is my hobby, to at least make it look presentable. Below, I have attached pictures showing how they should have made the cake and how it turned out from the outside and the inside. I also attached a picture of a cake I bought from them ready-made just a few weeks before I bought the custom cake. I will probably not be buying from here again.
L Walton: Delicious desserts! Friendly staff who is very knowledgeable about the food, including the ingredients.
Joe sky: this place is clean and has very good quality baklavawe made a order for easter and it looked amazing they even put a bunny on it
Dylan Blauvelt: Super helpful and friendly! Plenty of vegan options (baklava!) and very delicious
melad joseph: This store is very organized and it has very nice staff. Its clean and their sweets are very good. They sell the best cake. Its my go to spot for cakes.
Thikra Maroki: The cookies I bought from them yesterday was old and dry.
Alex Urban: We ordered 48 custom donuts from Street Sweets for a birthday party and they were a huge hit. Delicious and affordable for what we got.
Amy Joa: Beautiful bakery with so many fresh, delicious options. Great staff and clean/comfy sitting areas (& fun games to play too). Middle eastern sweets, cupcakes, donuts, dessert pizzas, cakes, ice cream and milkshakes - plus a full coffee bar.
Ryan Draper: Awesome coffee and sweets! Very friendly staff great atmosphere!
Bithi devi: If you are looking for vegetarian (eggless) cakes, this is the place to go. We got their vanilla cake with pistachio custard and it was divine! The cost was reasonable in comparison to other vendors. I recommend!
Anita Hudson: Best sweets shop!!
bahram jasim: Dirty place, seems and makes you feel uncomfortable
Maria Hernandez: Their power ran out, couldn’t even order.
Jessica Johnson: This cute little shop had just the little pick me up for snacks! Kids loved the cake towels and waffle pops.
Nathan Perry: Wonderful dessert!!!
Ann Wright: What a nice shop! The coffee is excellent and the pastries are divine! I had the pistachio baklava and kalri. I felt like going right back in to buy more but I have to watch my weight!!! They have a rewards program that you get 10% off your first purchase. All topped off by extremely friendly service! I'll be back!

Anita Cadez: I love their fresh bread AND their spinach pies...so tasty!
Mike J: Awesome service and great people
Rosemary Conway: The Bear Claw pastry was dry. I usually get fresh cannoli though
Lynn “Pencilmarks”: I was only visiting the Detroit area, so not familiar with bakeries. My hosts had purchased a "Cannoli Cake" from Mannino's that i went and picked up. What a phenomenal treat! Cannoli cream filling between the layers instead of frosting? The exterior covered by a delicious whipped cream frosting? One of the best cakes I've ever had! Beside what i have already mentioned, the cake itself was moist and light. The combination was heavenly. Highly recommend for any occasion.
Ronald Fontaine: Best bakery around. Excellent
