David Muir: Hello Everyone, I am a dentist in Rochester Hills and all I have to say is Paul is a GENIUS when it comes to his job. He was recommended to me from a colleague. I had a dental chair air line leak and the big box dental stores told me I needed to get a whole new chair and sent me quotes between $20-30K. Paul came in and fixed the issue with in an hour and didn't need that chair. He has also fixed my vacuum pump. He is who I call FIRST now for any of my dental service needs. He is a TRUE professional and the service he gives shows he takes pride in his work. If you need to order alginate give the big box stores a call but when it comes to dental equipment Paul is your guy.

DR .OSCAR WRIGHT: I want to extend my utmost praise and gratitude to Paul and staff of Quality Dental equipment & repair company.When none of the major dental companies in my area ( Flint, Mi. in the Genesee County) would repair my panoramic/ceph machine, Quality Dental came to the rescue. My pan/ceph machine required a simple replacement of electrical wiring. Three area dental services looked at my machine, but refused to repair it, They instead told me to buy a new pan/ceph machine at a cost of $25,000-65,000 plus or quit doing orthodontics and or complete series of radiographs. Quality Dental came in, saw the problem and repair my pan/ceph machine at a cost of $1,000 Needless to say that in this Covid 19 virus and pandemic time I was truly grateful. Quality Dental has been there in all my dealings with them. They are a complete dental service and repair company whom I recommend to all of my fellow colleagues. Ther office is located in Madison Heights area they are excellent in both price and service. Paul is very knowledgeable in the things he does. I can not say enough good things about Paul and staff.

Rick B: After a long wait for one of they dental companies to visit our office, they finally came out to repair one of our xray units. We were told that the repair was major and that they probably wouldn't be able to get the part to fix it, so they left. Hes design was more efficient with patient flow, and involved much less construction for our office. Furthermore, the office down time was much less. As a result, it saved over $50,000 in construction costs and another $50,000 closing the office less days.

When it had arrived and was installed, there was some wire connecting we had to finish before the machine was ready to go-- the staff at Quality Dental Equipment were informative and extremely willing to help us get those wires connected so we could be up an running. I have lots of issues with my teeth at the moment will need extensive work .......I can truly say I am glad that I found this office. Once the pandemic is under control ...I will bring my kids here......the front desk lady was also awesome ...... I apologize for not remembering her name.
