Amelia Dare: i really love the vibe and energy they have going in this place. i had my wisdom teeth removed here and i also just had a consultation for my tooth implant today. they explained how everything would be going on and assured me i had no worries with the procedure, as long as i followed the protocols they provided for me. i had almost no down time with my wisdom teeth procedure and the doctor made swift and accurate movements to get the job done. everyone here is so nice, but efficient as well! i definitely recommend coming here if you can afford it.

Ian McQuade: Dr Coke and his team were exceedingly friendly, courteous and professional in every aspect of my visit for an extraction. It was my first visit as a referral from my dentist. The receptionist, Rebecca, was a pleasure to interact with from my first call to when I checked out. The technician, Sam, was very thorough in explaining everything that would happen and was delightjfully humorous throughout the visit. As a nurse myself, Sam's extra level of compassion was exhibited when I was receiving the numbing anesthesia (which is a bit painful) from Dr. Coke. She gently stroked my hand (which was tightly gripping the armrest). It not only helped to soothe the pain but took any apprehension I still had away.

Checked their office hours online and they CLOSE AT 4PM! Why would they schedule an appointment if they are closed??? I even double checked my text message and sure enough everything is correct. Waste of time, gas and money.

A google search led me to this place with amazing ratings and 40+ years servicing the community.Went in for a cleaning, I have been terrified to try a new place as the last couple I tried weren't the greatest. Absolutely loved the hygienist which immediately put my fears of a new place at ease. Staff was also very friendly. I was back in the chair within 5 minutes. Learned there are various different Dentists and hygienists in this office and probably won't see the same ones. I was a bit disappointed dentist didn't introduce herself a bit more was in and out. Hopefully I'll get to know them better on my next visit and will feel confident introducing the rest of my family here.

Sir SMKSAlOT: Called ahead to schedule and ask about an extraction was told one price for a wisdom removal, went in and had it pulled. All said and done probably took the guy 10 minutes in total to remove and close it up.He looked in for 2 seconds to make sure he could locate and remove it, then had the nurse numb me up and returned a few minutes later to do the extraction.When it came time to pay the pill they added another 80 dollars for an "exam fee", yet I never received an exam.. not a single word was uttered about anything else going on with my teeth, the doctor hardly said a word let alone looked at any teeth other than the wisdom he was extracting.

This is a review for Dr. Kasper and Dr. McKinley.1) My wisdom teeth extraction was performed by Dr. Anthony Kasper back in summer of 2019. My dentist originally referred my to Summit Oral, but the earliest they could get me in at ANY of their Metro Detroit locations was a month later. I was already in excruciating pain for the past two weeks and Keystone was able to get me in the next day! Post one week recovery I felt a little pain in the area where my wisdom teeth were taken out, and I freaked out, calling Dr. Kasper on a Saturday and he picked up! I told him about my concerns of having a dry socket and he told me verbatim "There is no way you have a dry socket because I sewed it up really well." My boyfriend looked back in that area later to find out it was only a canker sore lol. But when you go to a doctor who is THAT confident in his work, you are in good hands. Thank you Dr. Kasper! You saved me from sleepless nights of tooth pain and major migraines. Hope you are well.2) I unfortunately had a fractured tooth later in winter of 2019. There was hard pressure applied to my back bottom left molar, and my dentist confirmed it broke in half and that I needed it removed. So, of course I went back to Keystone to get it done. Dr. Kasper unfortunately was not available the day after I was told the unfortunate news from my dentist, but they had another doctor who was, Dr. McKinley. I went in for the extraction, always nervous because of going under and I'm just not used to going to the oral surgeon office twice within a year lol. Dr. McKinley was super sweet and he literally extracted my tooth and sewed it up in 5 to 10 minutes! I was amazed and how quick and non painful the surgery was! I healed up just fine and would also like to thank Dr. McKinley for his service!And shoutout to Ashley, the assistant, there! Both times she worked on my cases and got me in as soon as she could! Thank you Keystone team!

Kim Dziadzio: We had an excellent experience with the Keystone Staff. My 9 year old daughter needed to have a canker-like sore removed from her inner lip. She was extremely scared when she found out she would need a shot to numb the area first. The doctor and staff were very caring, patient, and kind in helping her to calm down to have the procedure completed. Everything was thoroughly explained with the process as well. I would definitely recommend this practice and use them again if needed in the future.

My OMSstory: I had a horrible experience here and would never recommend it. Rude, judgemental staff that I didn't feel comfortable with whatsoever. I cannot say enough how poorly I was treated. I too am a nurse (reading the review below) and I would never treat my patients as I was treated here.

Brownlee Boys: This was literally the BEST experience. They were EXTREMELY caring, patient, and dealt with my silliness great lol. As a nurse, I can not brag on their patient satisfaction enough. I recommend this office to someone looking to get wisdom teeth extractions. I got all 4 at one time. Dr Kasper is awesome, and so we’re the women on staff. I used IV sedation, and the only thing I remember was getting the IV, which was not bad at all. The laughing gas actually makes you laugh LOL! I wish I didn’t do this during the whole Corona situation because I would definitely gift the office with some kind of gift to show my appreciation. Thank you KeyStone. I know where to send ppl when they need oral surgery.

Jason Werthman: Everyone was incredibly friendly and relaxed. They walked me through everything. 4 teeth came out painlessly, after the IV went in and I got the meds I felt nothing while they were getting taken out and woke up super easily/painlessly with no bad recovery period from the anesthetic to my memory.

Canatrice A: Dr. Kasper unable to determine problem after CT. Offered to pull 2 teeth anyway, on the spot. I was uncomfortable with just pulling teeth without diagnosis so sent CT for Radiologist to review. One tooth was normal the other was a dark spot.So I went to see prostidontics to get a flipper made before extraction. Found out in during this time I had another serious medical problem that needed urgent surgery, and when tried to get back in for tooth extraction, would not see me due to the fact my dentist thought something wasn't right and sent me to another surgeon to look at previous CTs to figure out the real issues with my teeth. Turns out one tooth was fractured and it was missed because the CT had an A stamped over the tooth in question!! This surgeon didn't take my insurance.I still trusted he was a good surgeon so called back to schedule surgery, and he refused me because my dentist referred me to her surgeon just for a diagnosis. :(.I guess my life isn't as important as his ego.😡

The Dental Assistant was also phenomenal and you could tell she really loves what she does. All in all an excellent experience and would highly recommend this company.

A B: I had all four wisdom teeth removed today with only novacaine. Dr. Kasper and his staff are amazing. I was terrified of this for the past five years and they all made me very comfortable but were also honest and thorough throughout everything. So far I don’t even have any pain and haven’t needed any pain meds although I’m sure this may change tomorrow when I swell, so I’m told. But I was expecting lots of pain by now and I feel fine.
