Bill Hacker: I had to have a crown removed to correct a cavity followed by a root canal and a new temporary crown. Dr. Ola did my procedure and she was phenomenal! I literary had ZERO discomfort for over 3 hours - best pain management I’ve ever had in a dentist office. Dr Ola, along with Jimmy, performed everything flawlessly and communicated very well during the procedure. Will definitely return in the future - thx again to both !
warlordblue6d: I had a dental emergency on Friday and called to various dentists including my usual one with either no answer or no appointments for anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks. I called brightside and I had an appointment the following Monday. I usually do not like going to the dentist but all I can say about bright side and Sterling Heights is wow! They were absolutely professional courteous answered every one of my questions. I have been going to my normal dentist for well over 10 years now and after only one visit at brightside I am seriously considering switching my dentist because I was so impressed by Brightside Sterling Heights!

Laura Chaluleu: The receptionist was very nice and polite. I didn’t have to wait at all to be called in. The assistant listened to all my problems. She took X-rays and then the doctor came and explained everything that needed to be done. They not only gave me the steps to follow and how much it would cost me, but they also offered to start then and there. Dr. Ola and his assistants were very professional and compassionate and even stayed late to help me. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. On a side note I asked for an appointment the day before and they gave it to me right away. Thank you

I went recently to get a tooth extracted and the dentist was so kind and gentle; asking several times if I was ok throughout the process. Charlyn Allesa: Will not be coming back. Been here for years now and recently been pushed for x-rays. I know insurance covers for it but I was concerned about radiation exposure so I refused it when i was pregnant. I also remember my last experience when the tech had to redo an x-ray when they didn't have the plate positioned right in your mouth or the angle was off. The hygienist Sandy got very pushy without asking for my concerns. Neither did she explain the specific reason why I needed x-rays. I have been told my gums are healthy each time I come for cleaning. Each person that took care of me said my teeth looked good (unless they all lied). From my last appointment I remember the dentist telling me it isn't necessary to get frequent x-rays unless they have concerns. Now without even being seen by a dentist, her tone became more "you either get x-rays done or I don't provide the service because it is our policy to have it done yearly". I didn't know a hygienist could flat out refuse a patient service just like that without even bringing it to a denstist's attention. BUT I GUESS THEY ALREADY RUN THAT PLACE. I pretty much wasted my time there and had to leave without treatment. Needless to say, my husband and I will not be coming back. I would rather take my insurance somewhere else and pay the $35 that they charge per person for our records to be transferred somewhere to find better service. Besides, each time I have gone I have been seeing different dentists and hygienist. It is always a new face each time. Not going back to this place.

Dedrikkz ChnnL: Doctors are great but they need new receptionist's or training or something. Had a 12:00 appt...waited an hour.. they called in all patients that came in AFTER me and left me sitting there. The receptionists don't speak to you or pay you any attention when you sign in so I'm sure that's why they didn't notice. I paid allot of money to get treated there and I'm a new patient! Just needed my teeth cleaning finished. I expect to have work done when I'm told it will be done! I don't have the time to waste! But the doctors are great so i left 3 stars...if it wasn't for them..i wouldn't go back

Tabatha Doty: From the front office, to the back office, to the dentist himself, are kind, compassionate and welcoming, they explain everything in detail, down to what your other appointments may cost you (if you need other appts for issue's like i do), they print out cost and make sure you understand it. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!!The x-ray person is hands down the best, normally getting a whole mouth x-ray kinda hurts coz you have to bite down on hard plastic that's placed weird to get the picture , and I didn't feel a thing. She's got skills in her placement of those hard plastic x-ray films!! Love her!! This was my first time to Aspen Dental and the whole experience was great!!
Colin O'Brien: It's fine to go here if you can get used to saying "no" over and over again as they try to upsell you, but just be aware that that's what's going to happen. I will say that the people who worked here were mostly kind and friendly, but that's where the positives end
Dave Carroll: Wonder people. Very clean and efficient office. They did everything I asked them to do. They didn't do the things I asked them not to. Price was not an issue for me. I was in pain. I would have paid almost anything. When they gave me my bill I thought they made a mistake because it was so low. I will use and recommend Aspen Dental in the future.

Sam B: This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. They pushed for me to get an aligners, even after I repeatedly told them I didn't want it. It has taken five months for me to even be made aware that the product I apparently paid in full for has been just sitting in their office and I was never informed of offered to schedule an appointment for me to even get my attachments. I asked for a refund and was only then informed of them already being in their possession. I do not recommend this place to anyone, they have still yet to even explain to me why I would need a retainer. Love to be in this much debt because of it when I didn't even want it in the first place.

Melinda Johnson: Went for my son who had an infected tooth. They scheduled us for an appt so my son could get it fixed. The dentist was very nice but the people who scheduled the appointment shouldn’t be scheduling kids at any Aspen dental, that’s not their specialty. So I would recommend the dentist and team for adults but not for children.

brooke pino: I haven’t even been tot his establishment and the receptionist lady I just talked too on the phone was probably one of the rudest females I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with I have made multiple apts at other facilities and never had to give them my member ID number to see if I actually had the insurance I gave over the phone if u put in my information into ur system u will see I have the insurance I said I did all because I asked for a deep cleaning she wanted to see if my insurance covered deep cleanings and I wasn’t even trying to make a deep cleaning apt I just asked if they did those at her facility and then she argued with me telling me that I can go to other places I do not recommend this place to NOBODY
lys: Besma and her assistant lavenia were great, did my cleaning & were a great team!! The receptionists & the entire staff is just so amazing & makes you feel very welcomed. Took me a long time to find the right dentist due to my insurance and getting treated differently, you don’t feel that here. I drive an hour just to come here so that should tell you everything you need to know!!

Sherry Peeples: I’m 42 and I’ve been going to the dentist for as long as can I remember. This was my first and last time coming to this dental office. My cleaning last no longer than 10 min. I honestly feel like she was cleaning my gums and not my teeth. I walk out of there in pain. She was messy as well. I walked in with a fresh white shirt walked out with red and water stain on my shirt. I’m not a dentist but I’m pretty sure she need to go Back to dental school and learn The proper way to do teeth cleaning

I'm happy to say that thanks to the friendly, patient, and helpful staff at Caring Dentistry that fear has left.Everyone in this office has been kind, thoughtful, and has taken the time to explain procedures to me before (and during).I needed my first ever root canal, an experience I was terrified of, but now feel very confident about. Dr. Fady and assistant Sylvia have been absolutely wonderful throughout the process. During the procedure I only had some extremely minor pain and the moment I indicated I felt anything at all, Dr. Fady stopped immediately to check the area and renumb it. Afterwards my gums were not nearly as sore as I was worried they would be.I also had a few cavities filled by Daniella, and it was such a simple and gentle procedure I didn't even need numbing! I was absolutely stunned at how quick and easy the whole process was!Overall, Caring Dentistry has been wonderful to me, and I highly recommend them.Thank you all for helping me!
Ed Finegan: One of the worst experience I have ever had, refresh dental had been approved to replace my top teeth with dentures but not the bottom from the state. So refresh just fixed my bottom teeth with fillings and cleaning, just had to pull the top and get top dentures. Come here and the first thing they do is pull the teeth on the bottom that we’re just fixed, they tried the top but the pain was to intense to be able to. And I was told if I scream one more time I had to leave. So I did and went to the hospital and the whole top of my mouth is infected that’s why the pain was so intense. Have to be on antibiotics for a week or twi to help with infection.. so now I’m sitting here with the bottom teeth that didn’t hurt and look that bad gone and hoping the state will approved bottom dentures , which they didn’t before. And in the same place with my top , which r decade , infected and need to go.

The folks at Amber dental were not just courteous and professional, they made me feel at relaxed and at ease, and showed legitimate concern over my obvious fears. I’d prepared myself to deal with yet another bad, and painful experience to the point of paranoia (and tears from the painful memories).I’ve never had such a peaceful, pleasant, professional, caring treatment to this level in my 57 years.I was actually smiling and laughing after my tooth was extracted, I was so pleased.I’ve found a dentist that I know will help me deal with all of the dental issues I’ve avoided because of fear. And I look forward to one day having a great, healthy, white smile thanks to Dr. Dan and his wonderful staff.The office, including restroom was also very clean, the temperature was just right, there was even a nice, quite, stylish, humidifier.Thank you Amber dental, and thank you Dr. Dan for your patience and kindness.
Traian Bajeu: Dr. Daniel’s office is the most friendly and professional dental office that I have been. Dr. Dan is very knowledgeable and resourceful to find the best solution for the patient both, medically and financially. The hygienists team is far superior to what I had before. July did my first cleaning, and I could see a big difference. Then Corry, Dr. Dan’s wife, initiated a treatment plan for my gums recess that nobody mentioned to me before, so I am glad that I came to this office on time. Kathy and Nicole, the office ladies go above and beyond to work with the insurance, and explain every line in the statement. They communicate very well with text messages, and the phone calls are answered promptly. Last but not least, I was very impressed that Dr Dan and his wife Corry, have a missionary trip every summer to help less fortunate people in Eastern Europe with their dental needs. This, along with the excellent care provided, tells a lot about the decision to place the trust in this dental office. I highly recommended it !

Shirl Sch: Dr's implant in my mouth moved into my sinus cavity requiring advanced surgery by an oral surgeon. I still have pain in that area since 2013. He destroyed my mouth. I would never recommend the dentist. He is not qualified to do implants. My oral surgeon told me I was lucky that I didn't lose my vision in my right eye. The implant could have easily moved into my brain. Save your life. Visit Dr. Alamat on VanDyke in Shelby Township. He is professional and knows what he can do to make surgery a positive experience.

The staff which is awesome all stayed. Dr Dan is kind, gentle and amazing. I moved 2 years ago up north, but still make the 3 hour drive to have my dental work with Dr. Dan. Honest and trustworthy. Wal Rcom: My wife made me go here. Honestly, going to any dental place is the equivalent of having a cop car driving behind me; I didn’t do anything wrong, but I just feel incredibly guilty. Like maybe I should have scram a year worth of flossing into one night before going to my dentist appointment.That being said; this is the best dental care I have ever experienced! The staffs are professional, courteous, and made me feel like family. I would highly recommend to anyone. Ask for Julie if you are going for deep cleaning, she’s the best (or maybe that just the nitrous oxides talking) I’m kidding.
