Had a 12:00 appt...waited an hour.. they called in all patients that came in AFTER me and left me sitting there. The receptionists don't speak to you or pay you any attention when you sign in so I'm sure that's why they didn't notice. I paid allot of money to get treated there and I'm a new patient! Just needed my teeth cleaning finished. I expect to have work done when I'm told it will be done! I don't have the time to waste! But the doctors are great so i left 3 stars...if it wasn't for them..i wouldn't go back

I highly recommend Aspen Dental!!The x-ray person is hands down the best, normally getting a whole mouth x-ray kinda hurts coz you have to bite down on hard plastic that's placed weird to get the picture , and I didn't feel a thing. She's got skills in her placement of those hard plastic x-ray films!! Love her!! This was my first time to Aspen Dental and the whole experience was great!!

Colin O'Brien: It's fine to go here if you can get used to saying "no" over and over again as they try to upsell you, but just be aware that that's what's going to happen. I will say that the people who worked here were mostly kind and friendly, but that's where the positives end

I would have paid almost anything. When they gave me my bill I thought they made a mistake because it was so low. I will use and recommend Aspen Dental in the future.

Sam B: This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. They pushed for me to get an aligners, even after I repeatedly told them I didn't want it. It has taken five months for me to even be made aware that the product I apparently paid in full for has been just sitting in their office and I was never informed of offered to schedule an appointment for me to even get my attachments. I asked for a refund and was only then informed of them already being in their possession. I do not recommend this place to anyone, they have still yet to even explain to me why I would need a retainer. Love to be in this much debt because of it when I didn't even want it in the first place.

The dentist was very nice but the people who scheduled the appointment shouldn’t be scheduling kids at any Aspen dental, that’s not their specialty. So I would recommend the dentist and team for adults but not for children.

I literary had ZERO discomfort for over 3 hours - best pain management I’ve ever had in a dentist office. Dr Ola, along with Jimmy, performed everything flawlessly and communicated very well during the procedure. Will definitely return in the future - thx again to both !

warlordblue6d: I had a dental emergency on Friday and called to various dentists including my usual one with either no answer or no appointments for anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks. I called brightside and I had an appointment the following Monday. I usually do not like going to the dentist but all I can say about bright side and Sterling Heights is wow! They were absolutely professional courteous answered every one of my questions. I have been going to my normal dentist for well over 10 years now and after only one visit at brightside I am seriously considering switching my dentist because I was so impressed by Brightside Sterling Heights!

She took X-rays and then the doctor came and explained everything that needed to be done. They not only gave me the steps to follow and how much it would cost me, but they also offered to start then and there. Dr. Ola and his assistants were very professional and compassionate and even stayed late to help me. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Charlyn Allesa: Will not be coming back. Been here for years now and recently been pushed for x-rays. I know insurance covers for it but I was concerned about radiation exposure so I refused it when i was pregnant. I also remember my last experience when the tech had to redo an x-ray when they didn't have the plate positioned right in your mouth or the angle was off. The hygienist Sandy got very pushy without asking for my concerns. Neither did she explain the specific reason why I needed x-rays. I have been told my gums are healthy each time I come for cleaning. Each person that took care of me said my teeth looked good (unless they all lied). From my last appointment I remember the dentist telling me it isn't necessary to get frequent x-rays unless they have concerns. Now without even being seen by a dentist, her tone became more "you either get x-rays done or I don't provide the service because it is our policy to have it done yearly". I didn't know a hygienist could flat out refuse a patient service just like that without even bringing it to a denstist's attention. BUT I GUESS THEY ALREADY RUN THAT PLACE. I pretty much wasted my time there and had to leave without treatment. Needless to say, my husband and I will not be coming back. I would rather take my insurance somewhere else and pay the $35 that they charge per person for our records to be transferred somewhere to find better service. Besides, each time I have gone I have been seeing different dentists and hygienist. It is always a new face each time. Not going back to this place.
