A family member recommended Dr.Duan's office, I texted(didn't even need to call), they got me in on the same day, Dr.Duan took care of me on the same day. I had oral surgery before, but Dr.Duan set the bar high. From the doctors to team members, highly skilled, professional and made the most unpleasant procedure to not bad at all. Absolutely loved the hygienist which immediately put my fears of a new place at ease. Staff was also very friendly. I was back in the chair within 5 minutes. Learned there are various different Dentists and hygienists in this office and probably won't see the same ones. I was a bit disappointed dentist didn't introduce herself a bit more was in and out. Hopefully I'll get to know them better on my next visit and will feel confident introducing the rest of my family here.

While there she talked down to me because of work on my teeth I've had done over the last 20 years of my life! For a condition that I can't really freaking do anything about.Literally this woman was going to give me only a mouth wash. Her 'x-rays' were a joke and didn't even get to the 'root' of the problem. I tried to explain about my frontal tooth and she ignored me. Again, I almost left an office with an abscessed tooth I was fighting with for a month already... with NOTHING. Had to beg. --- I got a second opinion and they took the x-rays correctly and now I'm getting the proper work done. Faster and more kindly. Very unprofessional dentist. Oh yeah, my deep cleaning is FREE at this other place. She wanted to charge me $1,000.00 for the whole mouth.
