nicolai mansoori: Martin sells sick and dying dogs just got contacted by another person who’s dog died 2 weeks later. That is two dogs in the matter of one month and I’m sure there are many more. Do your research Martin has a terrible reputation amongst the local vets and the clawson vet which he claims to take the dogs has stated that they have had several issues with him. Stay away from this scam artist. And nice try with all the fake reviews from friends

I visited 2 weeks ago and came home with our new family member, Angel, an adorable little Shih Tzu. We had 1st vet check-up yesterday, clean bill of health.I found the facility to be clean & organized, and Martin was extremely attentive & helpful, I'm So glad we stopped in.Thank you Martin! 🤗

Alyssa Lee: I’ve been in many times and never once met the owner. Only the cleaning lady who can’t help with anything besides letting you in the building. She couldn’t tell me what kind of dogs they were, prices, or even when I can contact the owner. I left my number twice and after not hearing a response, called MULTIPLE times throughout the day over the span of 2 weeks. When I finally got in touch with the owner he said the dog was already being sold.A business should not pick up the phone 1/10 times and have someone working that has no idea what kind of products they’re even selling. Please take your business elsewhere.
Riley Demergis: Critical:ReliabilityI paid a lot of $$$ for a teacup yorkie and he is definitely not a teacup! He is a wonderful dog though, but I was told I was buying a teacup! This name was also a different name when I bought my pup. So Great Lakes is the newer name. Martin was who sold me my so called teacup.

Teresa Deagle: It is somewhat hard to find bc it's in a Long Industrial Bldg. Called Maplewood . Once you enter the Parking lot it goes to the left and is very long. On the doors to the right they have letters A-Z and the Great Lakes Pups is toward the very end marked with the letter "V" . It is a small, but very clean, garage like area with Tea Cup Pups of diff. Breeds and only 4 were there when I visited. Martin, the Owner, is very kind and gets New Pups in All the time. Although, very pricey, the pups are Vetted, have 1 yr. Guarantees along with a Training Gift Cert. & Free Microchip. Also, has Financing available. Best Wishes.

Nova Rivera: Absolutely disgusted by the condition of the animals in this store. These puppies are kept in small enclosures with absolutely no stimuli, forced to sit in their own urine and feces. There were puppies with matted fur, puppies struggling to breathe, and puppies laying still and not moving or responding to anything. Nobody should be supporting a store that treats its animals like this, chances are if you buy a dog from here it will come with extreme health issues.

Ashley Pappas: If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a puppy from here just this month . I was told the puppy came with papers and the paper “aka registered” according to the girl who helped me would be placed into my folder for my puppy. As I was gathering documents for his first office visit I noticed not a single paper given to me was for any of the documentation. I called the store immediately. I spoke to a girl who advised me that the puppy has none. Beware! They are liars and frauds. They sold my puppy to me for more than a registered one. I’m livid!!
