Nova Rivera: Absolutely disgusted by the condition of the animals in this store. These puppies are kept in small enclosures with absolutely no stimuli, forced to sit in their own urine and feces. There were puppies with matted fur, puppies struggling to breathe, and puppies laying still and not moving or responding to anything. Nobody should be supporting a store that treats its animals like this, chances are if you buy a dog from here it will come with extreme health issues.

I was told the puppy came with papers and the paper “aka registered” according to the girl who helped me would be placed into my folder for my puppy. As I was gathering documents for his first office visit I noticed not a single paper given to me was for any of the documentation. I called the store immediately. I spoke to a girl who advised me that the puppy has none. Beware! They are liars and frauds. They sold my puppy to me for more than a registered one. I’m livid!!

Jasmin Guzman: Do not buy from here. Very shady business. My teacup Yorkie ended up not being teacup and her color changed. Doesn’t even look like a Yorkie and doesn’t have any he correct paperwork. This place is a scam.

Christine Jones: Do not buy from this place! This is not a reputable or honest company. My Aunt desired a small dog back in 2020 and after exploring some options she ended up at this place. The thought because they had a brick and mortar store and decent reviews that it was a good choice. When she called and inquired about a puppy she was told that they had some but wouldn't be ready until weeks out. She inquired about pricing and after being told the price she explained that that was out of her current budget right now but she would shop around for pricing because she didn't expect them to be that expensive. The gentleman told her that they had a financing company that would finance the total purchase price and leave her with small monthly payments. He encouraged her to apply with "Easypay" right away because the puppies sell fast and they would be starting a waiting list soon. She applied with Easypay and was approved. She signed the contract and thought everything was good to go. She starting calling the store back to see if she could choose a puppy now and inquire about when they would be ready. No answer! She left countless messages and called hundreds of times and no on has called her back. She went to the store but they were by appointment only and no one would cal her back to set an appointment. After weeks of this she starting calling to say that she changed her mind and just didn't want the puppy after all the hassle. Still no return call. She called Easypay to tell them she hadn't gotten a puppy and to cancel the contract but they told her that they had sent the money to Woof Woof already. They too tried to contact someone from the store to no avail. After all this she is stuck with the debt and no puppy. WHAT A SCAM!! Next steps are a complaint to the BBB. FOX 2 and legal counsel.

All she could tell me was “the puppy is very playful”. What puppy isn’t playful?? Clearly they only are a middle man shop and know nothing about the dogs they are selling besides marking the price up super high. When I asked to see the puppy she stopped talking to me and never responded again. Do not buy a dog from them!!!

Ks Kakes: We now have 2 puppies from woof wood puppies. We got 2 yorkies about 4-5 years apart and it’s been amazing. The process was easy and fast. We paid for the nanny service delivery and was also easy. We got papers as well. These puppies come from a great place. You won’t be disappointed.
