Alex Matamoros: I purchased an inswing patio door from Home Depot in January. I was suppose to recieve in March 9. Two weeks later I was told that the door was still siting on their loading dock.I finally received the door in early April.Everything seemed fine with the door until we finally had a rain storm come through. The doors leaked. I called MMI and they did send me a new door and a replacement grill.Finally after wanting to have them installed I am told that MMI will not help with the cost of installing them. They told me to call Home Depot.Home Depot did not manufacture the door.I did call them and am waiting to hear back from them.MMI did good up to the point that they will not pay for poor quality in their product.
Steve Landers: Worst interior doors I have ever worked with in 26 years as a carpenter not beveled and miss bored top space between door and header jamb are huge they barely cover the stops.
Arlene Finger: If I could I would have a rating of 0. We ordered 5 exterior doors from Milliken. The workmanship was horrible. The miters of four of the doors didn’t line up, had gaps between the jamb and the brick mold, they used regular drywall screws that stuck out from the brick mold. We gave them another chance and sent them back for repair. They came back with the same issues and with a few more issues as well. You would think on a rework they would come back perfect. Because of the shipping delays they wasted two months of my time and have to find order new doors from another company. Don’t waste your time or money on this company, very poor quality.

Greg Thatcher: Warranty claim took forever. I had to file a complaint with the BBB. After that the claim was taken care of. I contacted the BBB after trying to resolve the claim with the company for almost 6 months.

Davida Carr: I don't know if it's Lowe's or MMI Door that's a hot mess in this situation but I ordered a door through Lowe's website at the end of April and I've yet to receive the door. My delivery date has been moved FOUR TIMES and it was just today that I find out that MMI only "acknowledged" my order back in April, meaning they haven't even processed anything. This is a disaster!

Heidi Pask: We bought two sets of exterior MMI fiberglass doors for our new construction. They were correctly installed by our contractor and within 1 year they warped so badly that they would not stay closed even if we locked them. The company came out and checked them. They agreed that they should not have warped and they replaced them with sets of their steel doors. They have been in for 2 months and they are terrible. The wind blows through the center mullion, rain comes right in. I should not even give them 1 star but the customer service was good, the product is just terrible. I would not recommend these doors.
Jim Krause: This company is horrible! The door might look good in the pictures but they are poor quality. In addition, Customer Service is the worst.I purchased this door from Home Depot. The door arrived with melted shrink wrap on both sides. It either melted or was packaged before the paint was dry. When you wipe it….the paint come off. I took pictures and they agreed to replace it. I asked if I need to do anything and their inefficient E-Commerce Manager, Peggy Taipalus, told me "Jim,MMI Door will take care of your replacement door, you do not have do anything with Home Depot.Kind Regards.She shipped the door directly to me! What am I supposed to do with it? When I called her she was completely rude and disrespectful after she said she would take care of everything. I asked her who going to install this? "You can call Home Depot and ask them to help you". You have to be kidding me?! I forwarded all correspondence to Home Depot and they are not happy with this vender.If you're in the market for a new door…..Look elsewhere… THANKS PEGGY

Pia Nelson: My husband and I ordered our doors during right before COVID.Our salesperson was phenomenal during the entire process very professionally and courteous. During this process I had to make several trips to the showroom to make payments and very minor adjustments. Each visit to the showroom made me uncomfortable due to the lack of customer service and knowledgeable of basic operations practices such as providing a customer with a receipt.The most importantly thing to know is that I was expecting an installation crew, no I got one very skilled traded man..His works was exceptional based on his performance and cleanliness.. I personally wouldn’t recommend your company to anyone only because I won’t want someone to feel the way your home office made me feel after we spent over $15k...unappreciated for deciding to do business with you.... please with the product but not this company.. when will we remind this companies that without my purchase at your store your doors close. I made a choice to spend my money there I could have gone anywhere.. every store except currency don’t forget that people.

Chris Bobcean: The door and installation, I would rate a 5-star. However, my wife asked for glass at the bottom of the door to protect against our dog scratching at the bottom of the door. Wife was talked into going with just a screen which would quote from the Salas guy "not tear". Well, it has torn. We are still within our warranty period and have called multiple times, both my wife and I, and have left voicemails and have spoken to the Receptionist. They refuse to return our calls and honor our warranty. So until they do so, this review will remain a 1-star review. If the warranty is honored, we will turn this into a 5-star review. My advice, do business with these guys only unless you are 100% sure you won't need them back at your house. And here is a picture of my really nice door, over $1k worth of a door with a $10 screen guard on it. Looks great, doesn't it?
Edvin Godo: No good, stay away from any garage door repairs. Unprofessional, asked them to come check issue with garage door, i explained there's an issue with the spring that need to be replaced, tech guy indicates no issue and hooks back just tensioner on side and charges $110 for service call. Next day, spring physically breaks, I asked them to re-address the issue and they ask for another $165. Spoke to manager Phill (manager) regarding issue and that I would pay the difference to get spring replaced but he refused and wanted to recharge for full service call again $165. When trying to reason with him about how tech guy did not diagnose issue correctly, he became offensive and insulting.
