A. Babe: WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT EVER GO HERE! Drunk guy and female shows up to do work w a young daughter(under 10yrs old) in freezing van for over 4hrs(temps in 20s), came 2 1/2hrs late..5:30pm at night, didn't leave til 9:45pm. Then had to come over 4hrs the next day. Who works at that time of night!! Doors on top of roof of regular van, not a company van. The next day took all day, one guy. We were told 4hrs. That's insane. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE!!! Plus there are scratches on door w the white paint you can see underneath!!! Guy Ethan is VERY RUDE!! This is NOT HOW A COMPANY should be conducted or RUN!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!!! This is NOT SPAM, happened in S.H. at my residence.

Both sides of the door had to be restrung and rollers replaced. Sheila, their receptionist couldn’t make promises but promised to have someone come out ASAP. Steve Foster appeared one day later. He’s the kind of representative any company would be proud of. He assessed the problem, spread out his tools, and went to work. Professional, efficient, and most surprising, he did the job alone! The best part was the reasonable price they charged! Having deal with warehouse overhead doors for decades, I can honestly say the price was HALF what I expected. A small firm that offers great value!

During this process I had to make several trips to the showroom to make payments and very minor adjustments. Each visit to the showroom made me uncomfortable due to the lack of customer service and knowledgeable of basic operations practices such as providing a customer with a receipt.The most importantly thing to know is that I was expecting an installation crew, no I got one very skilled traded man..His works was exceptional based on his performance and cleanliness.. Chris Bobcean: The door and installation, I would rate a 5-star. However, my wife asked for glass at the bottom of the door to protect against our dog scratching at the bottom of the door. Wife was talked into going with just a screen which would quote from the Salas guy "not tear". Well, it has torn. We are still within our warranty period and have called multiple times, both my wife and I, and have left voicemails and have spoken to the Receptionist. They refuse to return our calls and honor our warranty. So until they do so, this review will remain a 1-star review. If the warranty is honored, we will turn this into a 5-star review. My advice, do business with these guys only unless you are 100% sure you won't need them back at your house. And here is a picture of my really nice door, over $1k worth of a door with a $10 screen guard on it. Looks great, doesn't it?
Edvin Godo: No good, stay away from any garage door repairs. Unprofessional, asked them to come check issue with garage door, i explained there's an issue with the spring that need to be replaced, tech guy indicates no issue and hooks back just tensioner on side and charges $110 for service call. Next day, spring physically breaks, I asked them to re-address the issue and they ask for another $165. Spoke to manager Phill (manager) regarding issue and that I would pay the difference to get spring replaced but he refused and wanted to recharge for full service call again $165. When trying to reason with him about how tech guy did not diagnose issue correctly, he became offensive and insulting.

Each time I’ve called, I was told that I would receive a follow up from a sales rep to discuss options for a full view garage door on a commercial building. They take my name, address, email, etc.—but no follow up. If you don’t want my business, just say that and save us both some time. The funny thing is, I was able to get a quote/work done for my personal property in Birmingham. I guess they don’t want to work in Detroit. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.
