Melissa Early: Best drug testing facility i’ve ever gone to. They are fast and very professional. I can just walk in and expect to wait no longer than five minutes 90% of the time I’ve gone there. prices are very reasonable.

Jacquelyn Soucie: I felt so uncomfortable with cameras facing all over my private area’s and so upclose and personal. Not to mention it was a male who was watching n not a female. N The prices are outrageous.!! I will be switching to jams immediately.
Christopher Schram: They are considerably more expensive than other testing centers, and their hours of business especially on weekends are designed to force you to pay a $50 late test fee. If you are sent here, you should ask your court to switch you to a center like JAMS.*Testing center said you are not "forced", you have the option to pay the court upwards of $300 for a violation.

Brianna Ramsey: There is either a lab issue or a worker who is at this location typing in notes for false positive results. Every single time the worker Joe is there the results for test are positive and he’s pressuring for me to sign a waiver. When I refuse to sign a waiver he’s saying I cannot test. So instead I paid additional $100 to have my screenings sent back to the lab. Last time he said I had to pay additional fees for intake when all my receipts align with the amounts owed. There’s definitely something going terribly wrong with this worker as well as lab result notes.
Heather Piotrowski: nothing but problems, the staff does not take the time to look at the drug tests properly- several false positive tests, lab results are screwed up or something "shady" is happening with your urine.
Bonnie Littleton: There is no phone number on google to find out if you drug test today. Pretty worthless right?

John Nonnamus: Oh gosh where do i start? I've been on probation twice, the first time my testing was done through oakland county Results. This time i have the DISpleasure of going to Jams.. overall they have a positive and friendly demeanor, but the majority of employees here seem to like the idea of making people wait. if you let slip that you're in any kind of hurry you may find yourself waiting an extra 10 minutes. If two people working here is not enough to get the job done in a timely manner I'm sure they make enough money off of us probationers to have a third person on duty.
Unimportant Gamer: If you're looking for inaccuracy and corruption, look no further! And, if you're lucky enough to get the new guy, and he finds you "attractive" enough, you just might get a free molestation out of the deal! And I haven't even mentioned the racism yet! If you're dirty, don't worry! You can pay to have your test results changed. But if you're clean, you will have to pay to keep them from altering it. I can't even count the number of times the amount I paid was more than what was written on the paperwork, and I can only assume that extra money goes into somebody's pocket. This organization is disgraceful. Even the courts are unhappy with the way JAMS has operated. The sooner they cancel their contract with this corrupt business, the better. In the meantime, you'd better have a lot of cash!
