Krystal Throne: The process itself of closing on our home mortgage was painless when we were there. The lower star rating is because of the woman that actually initially was taking care of us. She sauce pull up in the parking lot and my toddler gets carsick and she watched her get carsick and throw up in the parking lot and my husband came out to help because I had called him. She ran out into the parking lot and snapped out us saying that my children cannot come in because they are sick. She did not ask Anne when we snapped back and told her they were not sick that my daughter gets nauseous on car rides and this is a regular occurrence for her. She said that she’s never seen anybody get carsick like that before and where we sure. Not sure how she hasn’t seen someone throw up when carsick but that’s typical. A realtor came out to see if we were OK after the woman went back inside. I told my realtor that I was very take him back and was on edge because the lady came out not to see if we were OK but yelled at us from across the parking lot saying our kids could not come in. we also found out that she made a statement to our realtor, who told the lady that my daughter gets carsick because our realtor was already aware of this again this is not the first time she’s been, that she’s never seen somebody throw up from being carsick and to not shake our hands when we walk inside and that really made me upset. First of all that she accused us of lying because she hadn’t seen something like that before and second because coming out, guns, blazing and yelling at us, and that way was completely unprofessional as well as saying something to our realtor when we were not in the room. It also bugged me because the lady also told me when I came inside that she was coming outside to help us one very clearly. She came out yelling at us and had already made the decision that she was not gonna let my kids in based on what she told the realtor when I was still outside tending to my daughter. Ironically, halfway through the paperwork, her own daughter needed to be picked up from school because she was sick. The entire thing just left a very bad taste in my mouth. Everyone else was very kind and very sweet but the unprofessionalism of that one incident really made it so that I don’t know how I feel about sending anyone else there because of the possibility of getting somebody who freaks out that much over some thing they don’t even understand. The entire thing could’ve been handled, much more professionally much more kindly without her, losing her cool, and having our first impression of this building, being someone coming out and yelling at us and accusing us of something. Again the service was fine and quick, the professionalism of this one instance as what really made me upset as a mother and a patron.
