Todd Langusch: Closed in the morning on a home Aug 31, 2021. I always go with Fidelity National Title but this time, my listing agent who started off with me ended up going dual agent with buyers and brought Sterling title in. I dont have any funds and asked for a federal funds wire confirmation # and they cant give me one nor confirm my funds were wired. My first interaction with this title company and it was really poor. As a result, I will never use the realtor again and I will stay far away from this title company. Poor communication, lack of understanding, and not efficient title company. UPDATE my realtor was able to get info on the wire transfer down to the minute it would be in my account. Wish the first person i called could have done that as i would not have posted this. funds came after 5pm. I understand with COVID protocols and time constraints (end of month) but if Sterling Title could have gone the extra mile for me I would have appreciated it since I didnt want or even know they would be involved.

Bruce Becking: I was supposed to get my signing package on either Tuesday or Wednesday because I had told them I would be attending a Funeral for my Mother In Law and what did they do but blow up my phone at the Funeral and then told me that the Signing would have to be pushed a week. After I blew a Gasket on them, all of a sudden they told me they could have the signing package to me that night. The level of Incompetitence is at a all time high with this outfit. I can only say that I am glad I will never have to deal with them again. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this Title Agency completely.
