Sabrina B: I was recently employed with Sterling Heights Location. Training started out amazing. I was told in the interview only 30 hrs needed. If u have appts go and then sign back in. Mel my trainer immediately switched up on me. Every day I worked I was told I wasn’t doing good enough. It was not corrective criticism. Just plain criticism of being berated for 30 mins sessions. Tearing down all confidence u have. When I finally had enough after 2 months of this treatment I sent HR Yvonne an email. When I woke up the next morning I was deleted from all contact an could not log in to work. I’ve sent 3 emails to Yvonne and still have heard nothing back. The wrongful termination due to retaliation is Disgusting Conduct that Only Proves my Claims. I am now jobless for stating my right in misconduct of Mel’s treatment to me as an Employee.No. This Address is the Address where I Went In Person for Training With Mel!

I got a call from a Gerald for a position I applied for on indeed the job is located in New Boston did all of the onboarding paperwork was told I would get a call by the next day for orientation at the job site... The call never happened and like a few others on here my number got blocked.. John Martin: Never attempt to get a job through this company. When i came in for my interview i went strait to filling out quick deposit and tax return forms. Even had my picture taken for a photo ID. I wasn't able to start right away due to me being in school. "Thats fine, we'll start you when your classes end." (Dec 22) i was thrilled! They offered me an opportunity to take a tig welding test(which was what i was going to school for.) By the time i walked out of their office all i had left was a orientation to attend and id be on my way to starting my career at a tier 1 automotive company. Well that got postponed due to the "holiday season" i kept calling them back. Each time i was reassured i'd hear back from this company. Never did, now i'm stuck last second trying to make a plan B for some extra cash. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! A persons livley hood should never be disregarded to such a dagree. It's hard enough trying to find work. But people like Brittany and Jacob make it that much harder. Infuriating!
