I got a call from a Gerald for a position I applied for on indeed the job is located in New Boston did all of the onboarding paperwork was told I would get a call by the next day for orientation at the job site... The call never happened and like a few others on here my number got blocked.. I'm definitely reporting this agency to the labor department for false advertisement and obtaining my personal information
James Chapman: One of the agents blocked my nunber for literally zero reason. I was curious so caled from a different number and it went through . Her name was erica and have been calling literally for 2 weeks straight everyday to get my paycheck the building bunber and No ONE ANSWERS. I EVEN LEDT VOICEMAILS. RIDICULOUS

Shante' Ginyard: This place deserves zero stars. I did orientation, paperwork, etc on October 13, 2022. The next day I started working, at least I thought I would. I got there at 6pm and was unable to clock in. (Red flag) I don’t know why I wasn’t able to clock in when I got help with clocking in with a supervisor the previous day. I was given googles and a safety vest, then placed in an area to work just to wait 1hour and 30minutes without any instructions on what to do. So I left because in my eyes it was a waste of my time due to me already not being paid because I wasn’t on the clock anyway. I had someone reach out to me the following Monday by text to ask me what happened, I told them the information above only for them to tell me that the supervisor LIED and said I was only there for 30 minutes when that was not TRUE!!!! Don’t work for this company. They just users like the rest of the other employers.

Then after my sister knocked on the door, then a white guy came out and lied and said someone would come and help us but didn’t. He lied just like the old white woman who answers the phone there. It’s clear they don’t want to help you if you’re an American Indian or another person of color.

Communication was great right up until the time the employer decided to end my contract abruptly without my knowledge of any wrong doings on my part. The staffing service just called me late one night and told me not to report back to my position with no explanation. She claims to be the representative of me as her employee but could not give me a reason I was let go from my position. I have heard nothing of them since. Not very professional at all and quite impersonal. So disappointing as I really liked them in the beginning. They do not look out for your best interest but more for the company who is paying them.
