Melissa Hoskins: My overall experience was very good. I signed up for the 6 week challenge because I needed the incentive to get my weight loss off to a great start. The classes were difficult in a good way. I really felt the difference between what I can do here and what I was doing at home, I couldn't compare haha. The nutrition plan provided did not leave me feeling hungry. I do have a bag at home so I'm able to take what I learned here and practice whenever I want to get a workout in. With the stretches, I also never felt any pain from the strenuous activity we were doing, it was magical. I ended up winning the challenge and I was having a lot fun losing the weight. I highly recommend this place to kick your butt in shape.

Kelly Furchak: My sister asked me to do the 6 week challenge with her because she is getting married in May. I was just going along with it to support her but I ended up absolutely loving it here. I completed the 6 week challenge and lost 27lbs in 6 weeks. The workouts were tough but so fun. The instructors here are amazing and so supportive. Working out has never been fun for me before this. I signed up for a membership after the challenge and can’t wait to keep crushing my goals. I love that there are members of all shapes, sizes, and skill levels. Everyone cheers each other on and it is like another family. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to shed a few pounds or just have a great time working out!

They really treat you like family. I like the early morning class times along with the later in the evening classes because they fit my schedule really well. Austin Kautzer: Referred to this location because the Roseville employees didn't know how to regrip a golf club. What do you know--the employees here said it would be at least 2-3 days before anyone would be in who could do the regripping. Why even have anyone working in the golf area if they aren't trained to do *basic* tasks in the golf field?? Drove all the way around the city to multiple locations to just have them tell me to go to Golf Galaxy. I should have just gone to a small business after this boondoggle.

She proceeded to announce to the store who I work for. Very rude. Train your employees better.
