Matt Thiesmeyer: I have not had a very good experience with this cementary. My loved oneis layed to rest there. I went out there and found the gravesite in a horrible state. The ground is all sunk in and has been driven over. This was in the spring this year. I called and asked what could be done about this. I was told it would be filled in and fresh sod layed. I have been out there numerous times since then and still nothing has been done to correct this matter. There are many gravesites that are not being taken care of. I have never once seen anyone there working to clean it up. All I get is promises that are not being kept.

Im Sybil: This review is a tad bit late( a few months) but very much earned! I truly believe that if it were not for the team that came out to my house that I would not be able to live in my house. They were very easy-going , kind and explained the step-by-step process of their investigation. I even got a follow up call afterwards to see how things were going after their departure. It's hard enough going through paranormal activity hoping no one thinks you're crazy and living in fear on top of it. It REALLY helps having experienced people who understand that it happens and what to do about it. I felt like I had some very brave kick a** friends who had come to our rescue. If your having issues trust me don't think about it JUST CALL THEM!

Shannon Sanchez: I brought 2 kids, ages 9 and 5. It's almost 40 bucks for kids to do the activities outside the arcade, and that's only for 2 hours. Drink prices are ridiculous, 4+ dollars for a soda. Vending machine is 3 dollars. Then had to spend $25 each kid for the arcade. Kids went into trampoline area, after 30 minutes I was approached that the kids' time was up and I had to swipe the card again. Sound not working on some of the arcade games. Bad enough not all games give you tickets, but when you go to cash out tickets, low end prizes like candy and nonsense. Definitely not worth the money to me so we won't be returning.

Dr. Zu: I'll go ahead and give this place its flowers. 🥩🍔🌺If you've been to Au Cheval in Chicago, then you're in familiar territory with a less of a wait. The food is great and the drinks are amazing. I recommend the burger and the brussel sprouts, but you can't really go wrong with anything you pick.Stay away from the desserts I would say though, definitely their weakness. Other places such as She Wolf and Oak and Reel have private, secure lots. Why not this place? The food was good but not worth the $100.00 surcharge to park. My son is the one who actually told me about this wonderful little secret, Tucktaway in Sterling Heights. We took a walk down the nature trails and seen amazing wildlife not to mention the beautiful Clinton River. Inside the nature center there is a plethora of different animals and even a giant fish tank with a variety of local fish we have in our lakes not to mention the little scavenger hunt they have and the amazing options they have to celebrate your birthday here be sure not to miss us. If you’re ever in the area this little secret gem is something that you do not want to miss out on.

Fred Maro: This entrance to Dodge park features a lot of well-paved and nice trails that go as far as the Clinton River end of the park. It also has two playgrounds for children with swings and slides. Beautiful scenery and the city actually takes care of this park a lot. Pest control is done annually.

Keith McClane: We had a birthday party here today. I wasn't sure what to expect but it turned out amazing. Everyone loved looking out the window at all of the different types of birds at the feeder and in the trees. There was even a deer that was hanging out in the woods right behind the center. The kids all had a blast with the scavenger hunt and trying to find all of the creatures in the center. The staff did an AMAZING job with kids during the presentation. We learned about turtles, toads and snakes! All of the kids were so engaged! The parents even learned some interesting wildlife facts! I can't say enough good things about our experience. Thank you to the staff for making our time there so enjoyable.

Tiffany Ann: I was charged for a “no partying” policy by this establishment because I had a few balloons and a happy birthday banner. Mind you this was for a 3 YEAR OLD. Also there were only three adults in attendance. I also let the woman at front desk know upon check in. She said that was fine. I spoke to the GM and she was absolutely rude and had a very condescending tone the entire time. Would literally cut me off while I was speaking. I would also like to add that the staff at the front desk throughout my stay was horrible too. This entire place is a joke. They are acting as if this was an actual birthday party. It was a small thing to celebrate my miracle child and I’m being charged. People like this are cruel and disgusting. As a Hilton member I am dissatisfied.

It took us forever to check in The front desk did not know how to explain the shared room the owner supposedly locked no more shared room one thing the rooms were very very dirty no. Shampoos for couple people at all tissues were empty. No one cleared the room the next day even though we tell them we have our own rules that's the answer they give us. Tim Christian: The hotel was unable to understand that the booking service had already paid for the stay. Had to pay twice then get refunded once they were able to figure it out. A minor inconvenience but the employee was very rude and short with me about it. This also seemed like an unsafe place with all sorts of warning signs about them not being responsible if your car gets trashed vandalized or stolen. The breakfast was good.

Kids running and yelling in the halls until late at night and people above us allowing their kids to jump off the beds for hours. Reported to the front desk, but nothing was done. marvin guiger: Well to start off our room was okay at first, then we noticed the carpet and tile floor had not been cleaned there are crumbs and papers and misc stuff on the floor. Probably going to be here for the next people. Could have been cleaner by far. The tub looked like it had blood in it. We had to ask for new sheets due to the fact the pull out bed sheets had pee stains/ dots of blood and hair on them. They tried to charge us $10 per person for wristbands after after 4 people to use the pool. We had 4 kids and 2 parents. Which is nuts. We will never come back here.

Mr. Badri: If You anyone is traveling to Sterling Heights MI, there are many hotels, do not stay here. The customer service is horrible. The manager Amber has no people skills and knowledge on how to deal with customer service. My son who has cerebral palsy, went swimming and puked in the pool. No one told me anything about a charge. My deposit was refunded and I left the hotel. Later that day I see a charge on my visa. When I called, the staff were shocked and couldn't believe that the manager had charged me for the incident. When I spoke to Amber she told me she "spend thousands of dollars to drain the water and hundreds of dollars to clean the pool ". Than when mentioning my son has a disability, she got frustrated and before hanging up the phone, She said my boy shouldn't have been in there if "he was sick or not feeling well". She used my son's disability as a sickness. To me this is unacceptable and I need an apology.I recorded the phone conversation and will attach it with a link to YouTube on here in a few days unless they refund my money.Don't stay here, they are not welcoming and inclusive. Charging because a kid puked in the pool.

The swimming pool was in use and everyone dragged their water into the elevators - no rules were enforced.
