Carriage House Co-Op: what do users think?
Sharon Goll: Outdoor Graduation party very nice area and nice townhouse. Property taken care of and manicured nicely.
Ramiro Rivera: Well kept good management
candice Sefcik: Such a great place to live. Wonderful community, great maintenance team. They keep everything looking beautiful and working well!
John: just a great place to live.
Dominique Spina: A "Communistic Opportunity" if there ever was one. Property maintenance has no solution for repetitive flooding problems.
M Moore: Don't do it!!!Cooperative is NOT the right name for this place...Where does the money go? $517 per month for fees...?Why do they have so many rules and fines? No pets, and a$200 fine if you even have a dog visit with a family member. $200if "caught" smoking in your unit. So neighbors become spies...And no hope of them updating your appliances, front door, windows, flooring, etc. Parking is terrible, too
Christin Kelly: It is a great place to live and it is affordable
Jodee Licavoli: I agree with the other 2 reviews...run find another place live.
Dolly Popovich: In response to the two reviews. No matter where you live there are rules and regulations that you must abide by. Many improvements have taken place over the years by the coop as well as member improvements that fall within the guidelines of CHC policy. As to the pet policy, the members chose not to have pets! In regards to no smoking inside the members brought it to the attention of the board. The members have formed a committee to go around with a petition. The board is not making this decision. The decision will be made by the membership. My sons grew up here and fondly reminisce of all the good times!Just a different perception!
Lindsey Walter: My friends moved in there, and they have a nice place, great price. But they are very unhappy with "the board" and especially a nosey, rude property manager, who apparently gives you grief over all kinds of things. Now they are even trying to ban smoking inside your house!Any thing you want to update is a big hassle, too, but they don't update much of anything for you.Has turned me against the idea of a co-op, for sure.

Village Square Co-Op: what do users think?
Rachel Rae: My home
Marddy B: I would not rate this place a one star. The unit is cover in mold and water leaks. I have gone above and beyond to contact management and kirkpatrick. They keep brushing me off. I now have a two year old with a chronic cough due to long term breathing in the spores and mold for so long. I have email, written letters, voice mail etc. nothing gets done all they do is slap a bandage on. The outside of the units are cover in black mold confirmed by two mold company I hire to come out and run tests. We are DISPLACED from our home and no one does anything. Val and Rodger Hall from Kirkpatrick will never return your email phone call. When they run the management company. Late she does inspections and is not licensed by the state of Michigan and uses Lynette the manager to confirm her opinions. I have each year infestation of ear wigs in the unit that are in my cats food bowl and toddler potty training seat. Place is a joke, run and keep running!
RITA SCOTT: Awesome schools, close to main roads and various stores ***but not too close.... Community activities throughout the year

Kramer Homes Cooperative, Inc.: what do users think?
Jessica Hoover: GREAT place to start and SAVE. Close the schools and other business.. Only has one bathroom, but would recommend to others
Brian Pickering: Great staff! Jonathan is very friendly, likeable and so is Vanessa! They have been really patient with me while during the time we have been on the waiting list, with many phone calls, and lots of questions. So, finally we are up! We are excited to get a nice townhome that is tailored to our needs, and preferences that we can call our home. There is so many things that impress my wife, and I about this place, but the greatest one is how well everything is kept up! We look forward to calling this place home and being a good neighbors to the residents here.
Celeste Pickering: Nice place
Russel Jacobson: Good place to live
David Coleman: Low income co op.
Andler: Good place to live for a smaller family. Unfortunately they kick people out for smoking even if they have a med card. They are very uptight about yards but they are very nice people. Rules are rules.
Stephanie Snyder: Do not recommend living here. When I moved into my unit there was mold in the bathroom, carpet nails sticking up in the floor, the whole place was dingy and even tho they charge you to clean and repaint when you move all my walls were still painted from the old owners. My neighbor smokes so badly we have to run multiple air purifiers and still got sick from the smoke. My neighbor did not care and The office did NOTHING about it. My sister spent over 8k getting in here and now they are nickel and diming her as she is trying to move out about things they did before she moved in. They constantly pick on and write notices on certain people and completely Ignore when others blatantly disregard rules or safety of others. Currently looking for a place to move earlier then planned because this place sucks so much.
Ron Thomey: Grew up here!
Ethel Matthews: Clean and quiet and good for retirees
jciolan1: Great value living..well maintained ..clean, people friendly...
M Joseph: Johnny boy claims as a community we’re always broke. All of us just paid a one time $300fee. 300x500(units)=$150,000!! Where’s the money Jonathan!! I think I speak for a good 80% of us that we would love a company to run Kramer over you.Your security pulled a gun on a community member and you send me a warning about the threatening him?! What’s your issue? What’s more threatening than a gun being pointed at you when your back is turned to him?Again you don’t have the characteristics to run this “low income” (since he loves to rub it in were low income) community. Go back to your gated community and let someone who can relate to this community run it! Please!!
HyPeR-LK -14: Positive:QualityRan over power box, and water well, takes up the driveway, mean people
Jim Classy: They keep raising the rent and can't even blow the side walks. Really!!!!
Jeannine Yono: Clean, friendly very nice place to live.
loretta lauderback: Used to be a nice, affordable place to live. But,if you have any issues the board of seven are not on your side! They have their priorities mixed up. The manager is unqualified and runs the place like like a tyrant. Good luck getting your deposit money back when you move out. Would never recommend this place to live. Such a shame!Their reputation is tainted.
RocKN JB InDaD: A wonderful family community that's just so happens to be the place Ms. Princess Claus resides. Happy and safe holidays!
S Stuart: Coming up in my two year anniversary of living here and I have no complaints. Clean, quite, well maintained and affordable🏡 My grandparents lived here for many many years, it’s always been a great part of my childhood and feels the same.
Sharon Gall: Not far to all people abdominal rudeness
Mark Sapian: A great place to live! Very affordable and a clean environment. The staff are always available to you and willing to help out. Better than apartment living by far.
Donna Meixner: Not for low income
Gloria Girard: I have always had fondness of Kramer homes. It have been a part of my life since I was a child. It has always well maintained and nice people too!
