Sterling Heights Apartments: what do users think?
kathrina Jones: Walls are paper thin. I could hear everything. kids are so loud it feels like they are over my head and I’m on the second floor. Wake up to bumping and running around everyday. Been here for 9 years. The place are nice size.
Nahian Qurashi: we lived this apartment 3 years and we liked that place.very good location nice and spacious apartment.
Tanveer Mir: Best apartments. I lived there for almost 3 years and it was like home. I highly recommend it!
Nicholas Burgess: Well I will only speak to the office staff and management. Not the apartments themselves. My business did work for them for a little over a year. Not only was there CONSTANT miscommunication between the office staff and management, (each not knowing what one was saying to the other) which caused frustration and made work A LOT more difficult, but they decided to rip us off just before the end of our contract. They requested a layout of their complex where all of our “stations” were installed. We gave it to them on a Friday (over 36 stations valuing at $540) ...we arrived the following Wednesday for our regular service only to be told that our services are no longer needed. (Our contract states that cancellation has to given 30 days notice, and has to be done in writing via email or by phone, neither which were done prior to arrival) When we went to check our stations we noticed that ALL of them were gone. When we asked the office and management what happened to them, they suddenly became incompetent. “We don’t know” and “we didn’t do anything with them”.....👌 so 5 days prior they were there, we sent them a map showing where all of them were, then when we arrived they are all gone. Doesn’t take a genius to figure out what happened to them. Our contract states that all equipment installed on the property is owned by us and that any unauthorized removal or destruction is subject to a charge. When management (Crescendo homes) was informed of this they blew us off and refused payment. They stole our equipment, lied about it, and then refused to pay for them. VENDORS BEWARE. after trying to be polite with them and giving them a year to pay , they still refuse. We are taking them to court
ABillie ABillie: Noisy Occupants from the very grown people to the children (the children are a major issue) that run the halls and parking lots.Loud music played in the parking lots. No security in the buildings. Walls are very thin. Cars left in parking spaces either abandoned or not running with expired tabs. Laundry facilities a joke! At one point we had a homeless man sleeping in the basement. The list goes on... save your Money.
Wendy Bora: Appartments are in fire right now. Closing Dequindre
Yelondia Baker: These apartments are nice but its not secured at all. Each apartment duplex don’t have locks on the doors, or no buzzers to buzz in guess. At anytime anyone can come into the apartment duplex (because there is no locks on the entry door) right to your apartment door and no car ports/ assigned parking spaces for residents. It’s basically first come first serve on parking spaces. The leasing office hours are inconvenient (8am-5pm) mon-fri and if you work those same hours you are out of luck because they don’t a late day to stay open to provide residents support, the office is not open on weekends either. The office phone number provided just rings, it’s rare someone answer. This is why I rated these apartments three stars. And for these to be call Luxury Apartments I need more security and guaranteed parking no matter what time of day I come home and a leasing office that’s open either one late day a week or open on the weekends.
Robert Ruffolo: Been here 26 years. We will make your living here pleasure!
Alin Jazmati: Nice and clean
Alexander Adam: Lived here for about a year. The management is very nice and the maintenance team very good.
Jason S: Very clean and spacious. Affordable, very well worth the price. Management has always been friendly and helpful. I would recommend living here to any one in the area!

Fieldstone Apartments: what do users think?
Eric Brown: THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED!! THE STAFF HERE IS HORRIBLE. VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL. THEY EXTENDED MY LEASE WITHOUT ASKING. THE APARTMENT WAS OLD AND OUT OF DATE
Rachel Ballard: I've had 3 different apartments in the area, and I lived here for two years. Angela in the office is the BEST, most helpful employee of an apartment complex that I have ever met. She is so kind, honest, and helpful. She went above and beyond for me while I lived there. Also, maintenance was always very quick to respond to requests. It's a great location, the pool in the summer is really well maintained, and the apartments are nice.
Courtney McPhillips: This was my first apartment, and I was very nervous as I’ve always rented houses.I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quiet atmosphere in and out of the apartments. They strictly enforce the no smoking / littering rules which I really appreciated.I had a recently renovated 2 bedroom in the back row of buildings, which made it even better and more private off my balcony. The fitness center and pool is on the smaller side but very clean and well maintained, and the manager Angela is so nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend to anyone!
Nan Howells: This is a great complex! It’s the best apartment I’ve ever had, and the cleanest I’ve ever moved into. My cat loves watching out the windows. The neighbors are quiet. Best yet was Angela in the front office who went above and beyond when I first moved in.I highly recommend Fieldstone Apartments.
Emily Anderson: I called and spoke with Ms. Tammy then later toured the model unit and it was a phenomenal experience! I’ve called and viewed many apartments, but this experience was the best! Ms. Tammy was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with my many questions :). The residents at Fieldstone Apartments are fortunate to have such a caring individual who’s passionate about her job in the office there. If I do become a tenant, I know I would’ve made a good decision.
Jimmy Mickens: This was my first apartment and it was great. Angela in the office is awesome and quick with responding to all questions. The maintenance guys were the best. The neighbors were quiet and friendly, shout out to my neighbor Steve!!!!
Robin Reed: Best place.
ajay baabu: I recently moved out of Fieldstone Apartments and I have lived there for 2 years. Angela the manager there was always available to help and highly supportive through out my stay. The maintenance team were very friendly and provided timely response. Its a beautiful, safe and quiet community. Having in unit washer and dryer is a big plus. Would definitely recommend this place at any day. Keep up the good work team !
Deepeka S Ajay: Nice apartment and quick maintenance fixes by the management.
A M: I LOVE living at Fieldstone Apartments. I have lived here going on 3 years. Angela and Britney run a great operation. The grounds are always kept neat and tidy. Nice, safe and quiet community. The maintenance is always prompt and courteous. They are so caring when they enter my apartment while I am work, and make sure that nothing happens to my cats. I have one of the updated units, and its everything I wanted and need. I love having my own washer and dryer. I can't think of one bad thing about living here.
Aisha Scott: Front office was always polite. In the rare incident something broke maintenance was always quick to come fix issues.
Grace: The apartments are great for the price. Lovrd there for 3 years and never had an issue. Management is very good especially Angela. She is very attentive and receptive to resident concerns. Maintenance attends to repairs in a timely manner and they are friendly.Lawn is kept neat and tidy. They do a good job of clearing the roads of snow in the winter time too. Overall very good apartment complex, quite and pretty. Recommend.5 stars for Angela!
Maurice Franklin (Moe Moe): Nice clean quite place my uncle live here
Dakota Herbin: I lived here for about two years and this is by far one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. Located in a great area everything you need to shop is located pretty close. The apartments are priced fairly and a steal for the in-unit laundry and the private entrances. All of the neighbors are extremely nice and this place has some of the best sound proofing I have seen in a apartment. Our unit backed up to red run which offered a great view of the woods!Furthermore, the staff if outstanding! Maintenance was always quick to respond and frankly just do an amazing job! Finally, I can't forget to mention Angela! She is easily one of the best things about the property!!! She is extremely nice, helpful, and frankly just a great person! Anytime we needed anything she was there and more than willing to the extra mile.Overall, I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a new home! Plus the pool is amazing!
Rob G: Was here for almost two years. Out of the apartment complexes I've lived in, this one was the best. Rent is fair at best but they do make it worth your while with probably the best complex maintenance team I've ever encountered. The neighbors are friendly for the most part and the office staff is great. Angela was always a big help for us and was always very understanding. If you show her the respect that her position merits, then she will move mountains for you. It's a very nice, clean and quiet area with nothing too crazy ever really happening. If you're a foodie, you might have to drive a bit to get some good food, but Sterling Heights is still evolving a bit so I'm sure it'll get there.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience living here. Some of the happiest moments of my life happened here. It's all about what you make of it 😁
That One Chick: Ok. Hang with me on this one... I moved in from a slum, so I was desperate. But this was not much better. Half the appliances didn't work....The neighbors, one in particular, was strange and harassed me, accusing me of moving their furniture with my mind and projecting voices into their heads and such. This was both hilarious and disturbing.Angela 'Ang'(the receptionist) was Ratchet and unhelpful. Good luck with her. Just call landquest if you want any thing done. And this place was so expensive. They said cause of private entry and in unit laundry. Just shop around. You can find others that are both nicer, larger and cheaper. If I wasn't desparate, I would have found something else.go elsewhere. The only good thing here is Maintenance. They are the best.
Elliot Schmick: I lived here for over a year. The grounds and all of the buildings are very well maintained, and any maintenance issues I've had (very few) were resolved quickly and professionally. The units themselves are nice and reasonably priced. Working with Angela from the leasing office was awesome; she's incredibly friendly and accommodating. I've never had any issues working with the staff here. I'd definitely recommend Fieldstone to anyone looking to rent in the area.
Jason Sim: I lived here for 2 years, and it was a great place to live. It was very clean and well maintained. I thought the rent was fair and the office staff accommodating. Whenever it snowed the maintenance guys were out there clearing it all day long. These will be the most snow-free parking lots you will ever park on. It felt like a safe and quiet neighborhood, and I would live here again if work brings me to this area.
Josh Johnson: Worst apartments ever. They lie to you on the phone and are overpriced.
Robin Malek: My 79 year old mother moved in not too long ago. From the beginning, I've felt good about it. Maintenance has been amazing, the office managers are great, and her neighbors have been clean and very nice. It seems to be a very safe environment. There are even people with very large dogs, yet they are mindful to pick up their pet's deposits. The dumpster is also emptied regularly, so there has been no overflow of trash. I would recommend this complex.
Robert Gunther: I lived at Fieldstone for a year. The apartment was very clean when I moved in, the neighborhood is quiet and the rent is very fair. The staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions or work orders I had. The apartment is located within walking distance to a few places to eat, gas stations and an urgent care.

Lakeside Apartments: what do users think?
Joselyn Ruiz: They scam you of rental applications just to reject you and not refund
Sheila Harris: I lived there for 3 years maintenance man was great, very clean...we liked for the time we stayed in 2011-201...rent was fesable also .
Clint Coykendall: One word, amazing! With my job, I move a lot and this complex has simply been the best. Any issues that came up (which was very little) were taken care of immediately. I hope my job allows me to stay here so that I don’t have to move out of this wonderful apartment.
aj198901: She have you pay cash with your application, and deny you. I’m sure she keeping the money. Other units by Sam Caesar or anywhere else Is money order only.
Andrew “Raid Leader” Shurter: Worst office staff I’ve seen, she couldn’t even copy our licenses and social sec cards and we had to copy and print it out ourselves and drive back to the office. When we got denied it was an informal phone call with no specifics saying I need to work on my credit score. I honestly think she pocketed each of our 20$ fee and just said we were denied. Good luck applying here! If you don’t like the caveman like organization (office has no pc or email contacts) I suggest you go somewhere else.
Original Nobody: Do not move here that woman is rude not telling the truth someone should fire her!!
Nancy Savaya: Worse place ever so so RudeEvery time I have a visitor I get a phone call stating they been parked to long in visitors parkingPlus my neighbor upstairs would never let me sleep how much noise she makes because I told the office on her couple times & approached her son about her they decided to damage my vehicle & threaten me telling me they would love to catch me outsideWorse Worse Worse place to live the management would not do anything about it there more to it neighbor upstairs has 2 other cars parked in visitors Day & night nothing been said to her All because she been living there 20 yearsI repeat do not live there very bad service
James Vampor: Horrible
Thechickies@gmail.com James Vampor: This place is full of very strange crabby people
SZKing Tommy: Avoid this place at all cost.A total rip off, I dont write review much. But this place is absolutely horrible. Rude & greedy management (avoid talking to Margaret & Charles), rudest people you ever have to deal with.DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.SCARY EXPERIENCE I HAD, AVOID SAM CASSAR MANAGED APARTMENTS.

Sterling Knolls: what do users think?
Martino Thomas: This apartment complex is a mess. I spoke with the leasing Manager Amela, as well as the owner Victor Castor of Castor management. These people are crooked. They took our money for the application fee and made my parents stand outside in the cold instead of coming inside to preview the lease details. As soon as the leasing manager found out we were middle eastern, her tone completely changed and became nasty to deal with. Not to mention these apartments are not very well maintained. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.
Joseph Bahnan: To much bugs enter the apartments, the basements are disgusting and the manger is so mean to people she isn’t nice she rose our rent on us for no reason when we play with soccer balls she takes it and pops the ball and when we drive bike we can’t drive on the grass and you cant go on the streets she told us when we drive bike you drive to the end of the sidewalk and.get off and pick the bike up and drive to the other end of the side walk DONT RECCOMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Allesandre Cardenas: I've lived here for 6 years (2015 - 2021). I'll be leaving this year. In my time here, I've found that major repairs take a while but most repairs are done in a timely manor. My air conditioning has not worked since I moved in. However, not without several valiant efforts by the maintenance guy to repair it (it needs to be replaced). There are not enough operational washer and dryers in the basement. However, I did like having extra storage down there. I did not like loosing my balcony. However, I liked how well the grounds were kept and the complex is nicely located. My particular apartment looked upon dodge park and I rather enjoyed the view. I can honestly say, I enjoyed my stay at Sterling Knolls. What's more, I've seen major renovations taking place in the empty apartments (new appliances, fixtures, etc.). in fact, If my current apartment were not so old and dated, I would remain at sterling Knolls.
Kellie Lynn: Very very bad maintenance air conditioning does not work the washers and dryers are always brok every Breaks every month and the management is very rude and unprofessional the lady at the front desk is the only nice person you will meet when it comes to Sterling knolls
kianna johnson: Told me over the phone I could fill out an application the next available 2 bedroom would be on hold then when I get there they not doing apps ... why else would she do that ..then I called the number back when I left she say u can fill out app .. what do that sound like to you ..smh
Jamie: This place is the WORST! So many problems and none of them ever get addressed. The buildings are extremely old and never really maintained. Front office is arrogant and basically tell you to screw off if you have any issues. Take a walk through the basement before you rent

Somerset Manor East Apartments: what do users think?
Julianne Novetsky: Note: I came here to update my original review from two years ago, but I can't seem to find it now! It's possible I will repeat some things, if my other review is still here. I want to write an honest review about my experience, since the reviews I read helped me to decide to move here.Anyway, I lived at Somerset Manor East for two years from 2020-2022. Everyone in the office is really nice. Jewel and Randee are great. I really enjoy chatting with them as people, not just landlords. They were always prompt about my questions and concerns, which I appreciated since this was my first time living alone. Plus, my packages from a committee I am on keep getting sent there (even though I updated the address months ago!), and they have been kind enough to contact me about them, and even arrange for someone to be in the office for me to come pick them up! This is the kind of thing that really stands out about living at Somerset Manor. The apartments themselves are very spacious, with a huge walk-in closet. There is lots of storage in the apartment itself, and the rooms are very large. There is also extra space in the basement, if you need more room for your things. The extra storage is has a wooden platform so your stuff isn't just on the ground, and you can add a lock to make it more secure. My apartment was sometimes pretty warm because I had an upper unit, but the air conditioner and fans kept things pretty comfortable. I'm also ALWAYS hot. It made for high electric bills in the summer, but they were only like 17 dollars in the winter, so it evened out.Parking could sometimes be full near my building (although there was plenty more spaces in back, so you will always have somewhere to park). I didn't want to have to worry about it, so I paid an extra $25 a month for an optional carport, which was definitely worth it.The grounds are beautiful here, especially being so close to Van Dyke. The courtyard in back is lovely and peaceful, especially this time of year (fall) when all the leaves change color. I didn't ever try to use the pool, so I can't comment on that. But the pool area looks nice. :)I didn't have any issues with bugs, so I'm not sure what that review was talking about. Every living space has an occasional spider or bug, but there were no bed bugs and nothing excessive. And yes, rent did go up, but that happens at every apartment, especially in this market. You could find a fancier place with more bells and whistles, but it would also be a lot MORE expensive. Somerset Manor East is quiet, comfortable, and safe. Plus, all the utilities are included except for electric.I moved this year to be closer to my partner's work. But if we're ever looking for an apartment in the area again, I'll definitely move back!
K Fedoruk: The windows are old, loose, and have trouble opening and closing. There's no dishwasher. The pool has been closed all year despite advertising this beautiful pool and courtyard. There's no way I'm renewing my lease with this $100 rent increase ($940/month for a one bedroom??). I'm moving out in a few weeks to a slightly cheaper place with better amenities.
Leave MeAlone: Place has roaches and from what I’ve seen they don’t care I witnessed someone who live here legit having a breakdown because it’s been nonstop roaches for weeks witnessed 2 roaches with my own eyes crawling on the carpet
Meghan Bosch: Paid for a pool for 2 years, had access to it for 2 weeks. Our water would get shut off for maintenance every other week for about 8 hours, which was super fun for everyone working from home during the pandemic. I think for $900 a month you can do better than an outdated, poorly air conditioned box with no dishwasher.
Pa Houa: Looks pretty decent but price is too high for me...
Yan Zenan: They gave money to tenant to write good feedback online. The worst office management I have ever met!! The apartments were built in1960, the owner change the office manager, and the new manager don't acknowledge the previous contract!!!
Katherine Wood: Quiet, peaceful, and enjoyable!I'll start of by saying that the landlord Kierston is wonderful, kind, caring, and so fun to talk to. I have never met a landlord that people actually like and really care for. She's awesome! The units are nice and affordable, and you have basically everything except for electricity included in the lease. There are washers, driers, and storage units that you can put some boxes in, your bike in, seasonal stuff in... I think my favorite part of the Somerset Manor East is the courtyard. I love going out there when it is nice out and relaxing in the pavilion by the garden.Somerset East is right across the street from a Walmart, Hibachi restaurant, Xfinity store, Gamestop, a nice furniture store which is really nice. It is within walking distance too. Also, there is a Mobile right down the street.Honestly, you don't see apartment complexes like this one anymore. So glad that I moved here!
debs balaj: I love living here. Aside from the beautifully maintained grounds, which includes a pool, gazebos and grills, it's a quiet community. It's a great place to live if you're looking for a peaceful community. 5 stars!!!
Lisa Sarkissian: I went down to the pool area to sit and read by book only to find out that the gate was locked and the pool was closed. There was no reason listed as to why the pool was closed. The sign reads that the pool MAY re-open this afternoon. As an adult if the pool is unable to be swam in, I would at least like to be able to sit in the pool chairs, read my book, and enjoy the nice weather. The pool has been closed on several occasions throughout the summer and was not even open Memorial Day weekend which is technically the kick off summer weekend. Memorial Day weekend was beautiful, but instead of being out by the pool ya residents had to go make other plans since our pool was locked. I was told that the pool was closed yesterday as well. I hope the issue is resolved soon, but how would I be notified that the pool is open aside from walking down several times to check. Very frustratingSide note: the pool did re-open and I spoke with Emily who oversees the manager in our office. State rules and regulations were discussed. Unauthorized people were adding water to the pool creating toxic water levels. They are working on making sure the proper people only are allowed access to the water valve. Great conversation. Answered all my questions. Very pleased
Tony Smetana: Was a fantastic place to live, new owners and things are not getting fixed as before. Gas grills broken since March. Staff says it's doing everything they can but big repairs are done from corporate, that's the problem.
Um Musa: I lived in Somerset Manor apartment for 6 months. The office people are just awesome! Jim will always help no matter what time of the day it is, great maintenance people. It's very quite and safe and the apartments are clean. They treat you like a family member instead of a tenant! really love that place and if i was to move back to Michigan ill definitely rent again.
Dongyi Zhou: Great place and awesome people! I got lucky to find somerset manor as my new home. The price is very reasonable. People here are pretty friendly. Quiet at night and good garden view. Outdoor swimming pool and bbq. If there is anything to improve, I would say transfer the rent payment to electric.
Fawzi Yahya: Wonderful place to call home. The staff are very helpful and kind. The area is close to almost everything around. The apartments are spacey and clean.Don't think twice!

Durham Apartments: what do users think?
Elizabeth Hakim: HORRIBLE! Heather is the worst, I asked her what’s the status on my application I submitted a couple weeks ago and she told me “oh sorry I just updated the website today and we can’t take people anymore I forgot to update the website”?! How unprofessional is that, I said “ok no problem did you send me an email?” She stated no at first and they are “too busy” to keep in contact with people for our status and we have to call them every day to see. I’m completely baffled, I asked to speak to her upper hand since she’s just a manager and she would not give me any names to contact or numbers or even emails, she hung up the phone in my face numerous times, I’m disgusted by this place and the management.
Anthony Bucchare: Been here since December 2022 and so far I love it here it's nice and quiet and I actually feel safe unlike were I was living before. Neighbors are friendly and rent is cheap, you can't beat that.
K. M.: My fiancé and I have been here for 2 years. We live with our dog, Ranger. This place is definitely outdated and we've had our problems with losing half of our electricity. Anytime we call the front office, they are quick to respond. Heather and Vicki are wonderful people. Rick and Tim are great maintenance guys who get the job done. They all are doing their job to the best of their ability. The whole, "my car was stolen, do not live here." BS is too dramatic. People, no matter where you live, your car can be stolen anywhere. Durham Apartments is surrounded by friendly neighbors (not all) and quiet. My fiance and I love living here!
Dana Hicks: I lived here for a year and a half and it was my very first time living on my own. It was such a great experience. Everyone in the office was friendly and it was a safe and clean complex.
Curtis: 9/4/22. Just wanted to leave this review for how outstanding and friendly everyone is. I have not yet moved in, but the application process from the start; they have been very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process!Update to this review 10/4.. Place really is lovely. Office is outstanding. Anytime I have a question they always seem happy to help out. Had some small maintenance issues come up, they were very fast at responding and fixing the issue.I highly recommend this place.
Madalyn Julia: Hello! I just recently moved into this apartment- I’ve been living there for a little over three and a half months now… Let me just say it’s been the best time of my life!!!I’m going to start off with the office and repair man! The two office women are amazing, efficient, professional, and SUPER friendly! This was my first apartment and so I had many questions… They were able to answer them all! When I moved in, I needed a couple of tedious things repaired and the repair man came the very next day! He was super respectful when in my home and got the repairs done speedy quick! Amazing!!Now, the interior of the home! I live by myself and so the size is actually super spacious! The kitchen is actually quite big and the way the bookshelf separates the living room from the kitchen is just amazing! Beautiful design! The washer and dryer are a MUST! I’m able to do my laundry in the comfort of my home and there is a door to close the room off when cooking and so on and so forth! The bathroom is the perfect size for me! Beware if you are tall because the toilet sits a little close to the ground- if I had to chose something. Now the outside! IT IS SO PEACEFUL AND QUEIT! The area where I’m at is just amazing! The only sounds I hear are birds occasionally chirping if I have my window open but it is SOO quiet! This was a must because I enjoy a good sleep! The porch and patio are amazing as well! I have a little table with two chairs on the patio and I’m still able to fit more!Overall, just an amazing, cozy, safe place to live! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!!!
Keyera Lee: The application process was simple and easy around the time I applied. I applied at the end of Nov 2021 and they had something available for me Jan 14 2022 (moved in). Today is May 12th so I’ve been here for a few months now and I love it. The neighbors are nice, Heather and Vickie in the office are so nice. The maintenance men are very nice and friendly as well. Me and Rosie (my dog) loves it here. It is affordable and spacious. I have a 1 bedroom apartment.
Katelyn Burger: The worst, beware and try to find somewhere safer and cleaner than this place.
Candace Payne: The price is good but the apartments needs updating. It's gives me 1980's grandma vibes
Terry Pack: I have been working out of state from where I live for many years and this is the first time I have come across the policy of not leasing to a person unless they have been working a company for 90 days. I don't have a problem with company policy but the fact that this is not noted on their website or any of the "apartments to rent" websites just wasted my time calling them.
T J: Unprofessional. Office does not give accurate information, never answers the phone, very short with their email responses. Will NEVER do business with them.
Danny Dang: Bad news bears
Deborah Koss: Just quick visit to dau-in-law
martin martini: I drove a friend that's all to Durham apartment.
Beechie Koss: Visiting relatives for Thanksgiving
Love Venus: OUR CAR WAS STOLEN!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!We have been here for 8 months and the living conditions are bad plus we should have listened to the bad reviews. Our brand new car was STOLEN this week. We just had our baby in July and now my husband can not work because we have a stolen vehicle. Now we are trying to figure out how to get our son to his appointments along with grocery shopping, working, etc.Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT MOVE HERE!
Jennifer Richardson: My friend Jeff lives there.
Austin: Apparently they do not respond to emails, so if you are looking to move here I recommend calling. Why bother having an email address if you aren't going to respond?
Rain Bow: Don't remember going here
steven kauflin: Nice apartments.
Debbie Ford: I've been living there for 2 years now. I absolutely LOVE the place. They've always been kind, professional and helpful. It feels like HOME 😊!

Samar Ballouz: Everything was bad, the heating was out of order for three months, as was the air conditioning and the management was very bad.
Robert K: Stay away from this apartment complex please. It's control by very evil and wicked people. I wouldn't recommend living here at all. Go find a better place to live. By staying at Sterling Park Apartments, you will subject yourself to a low quality of life. We all deserve to live a good quality of life. Don't choose this place to live at all. Leave this place now.
Stephen Hooper: There were some red flags that warranted a change in the star rating. We decided to move elsewhere.
Katrina Rucker: Well, I've been here for about 8 months. The apartment is good. However, the manager needs to get his act together. I have an issue with Xfinity. I've been having problems with the internet since July. It keeps cutting of and I can't have access to the internet or the cable. My last bill was $227.00, and even though it went down to $133.35(I unplug the cable boxes. What's the use of using them if my internet isn't working because of the frequency blockage). Xfinity says that the property manager wouldn't allow them the access to the attic. But the Apartment manager said it was because they were destroying the attic, to which causes them thousands of dollars to repair. I don't know who to believe, but I think both the manager for the Sterling Park Apartments & Xfinity are lying to me. I don't trust the Property manager because he's a liar too.
Kayla Miller: I have been living here for 3 months and my time has been the worst.. every day I wake up or come home it’s always BUGS no matter how clean, dirty, hot , or cold it is there is always bugs which is disgusting!!!! And The neighbors are terribly loud and nosey.. it’s so much more to this experience but I honestly believe those 4 star reviews are a joke.
Raghda Essa: I had an issue at first but I got contacted and solved the issue. Thank you so much for taking the time to solve the issue.
Emanuela Bonny: We spent 2 years at Sterling Park Apartments and we loved it! We had a 2-bedroom upper appartment and it was great: a lot of space, tons of natural light, a modern kitchen. Also customer service is excellent: the few times we needed the maintenance they acted within a few hours.Thank you Sterling Park Apartments
Shweta Shetkar: I was with my family here for 2.5years and shifted as my job changed. And we really miss this apartment. For the family with requirement of 1bath and 2bed I don’t see any other better spacious apartments in Sterling Heights than Sterling Park apartments.Location ,Service staff and leasing staff all are great.Gina was always great to talk to about your problems in apartment. She made sure all things are taken care fast and smoothly. We would highly recommend this safe place to stay for any family of bachelors.
Nichole Delaney: Inquired about rentals via email and the response I received seemed short and a bit rude. Thought maybe I was just reading it wrong since it can be hard to convay things via messages. I arrived to take a tourand NOPE, sure wasn't wrong. Rude staff. Wouldn't give this place another thought.
Evan Mikhael: I love this place I stay 5 years there I don't have any problems after I move to my house I gat my deposit back thanks

Cambridge House Apartments: what do users think?
Микола Курчій: Cool place to live
Kee Butler: Im so glad to move from this toxic apartment the noise, nosey neighbor, and rude managementI just received a bill over to the collections without any knowings and I had a $0 balance to pay anything from this old apartment since I left from hereIt’s so terrible would not recommend this place to a homeless person this is so sad ☹️
Tay Holmes: Let’s not start with the mold !!! The old pipes that makes your bathroom walls bleed that you have to clean every other day . My rent is 1125 for a one bed but all of my neighbors is 1050 so today we are going to find a new place hopefully I can get out of these apartments asap! I’m going to do the month to month. Til my other place comes through. I do not recommend anyone to move in these for over 1k the rent should be no more than 800 due to old pipes and molding . But the lady Jennifer in the office is nice .
Megan Alexsandrowski: I lived there for 2 years and at the beginning I didn’t have many problems but they used Covid as an excuse to raise my rate over $100 a month. It is way overpriced for what you get. The pool hasn’t been opened in 3+ years, the washers and dryers were always either broken or dirty, the air conditioner barely worked it was always extremely uncomfortable, my floor had to be replaced because it was so cheaply done. Now that I’ve left I still haven’t received my deposit back almost 90 days later. The maintenance men were the only nice thing about this place.
durron taylor: Terrible place to live
Eyad Farid: Stinks
Nola Williams: OMG 😳 DO NOT MOVE HERETHE NOISES, MANAGEMENT, & ENVIRONMENT IS SO TERRIBLE
hi Badkamikaze: Can't believe this is the third year the pool is going to be closed they charge way to much rent for what you get I will be moving soon
Mau Lee: Probably one of, if not, the worst complexes i’ve ever stayed in. Too many things wrong with the place to be considered quality. Every door inside of my apartment seemed to creek, the closet doors would come off the hinges easily. The flooring is uneven and you can hear through the walls as clear as day, I can hear my neighbor’s phone conversations ALL the time. The lighting isn’t the greatest, most of them not being white but a faint yellow. The water, from the kitchen sink to the shower in the bathroom, is very inconsistent. The pressure never stays the same, and can go from ice cold to hell hot in the matter of a split second. Sometimes it can even leave a smell because i’ve heard the plumbing hasn’t been worked on in YEARS. Cause for PLENTY of skin burns. The walls within the apartment are also paper thin, don’t even have to try to hear what my roommate is doing. Doesn’t come with any amenities inside. no washer/dryer, no dishwasher, no microwave. There is NO insulation inside of the apartment, so what comes in or is created in there, stays in there. You’ll NEVER be able to feel like you fully cleaned the bathtub. Communication between the staff is also very bad. I can find myself waiting DAYS for a response to an email, or I could call the office multiple times and receive no answer, but then would walk over to the office and see management sitting at their desk! POOREST excuse for an apartment, it is literally a space with walls in it.
Jason Harry: Don't rent here, seriously. You're going to pay 1k+ for a box with hollow walls, your water will be affected by your neighbors using theirs (shower go from ice cold to burning hot and back and forth), no laundry in the units and the ones on site are always broken and don't work well (dirty), they haven't had the pool open in 3+ years, the area to bbq is a plastic table with rusty poles and is chained to the public park style bbq, the bathtubs are coated in a material the flakes off so you'll never be able to actually clean your bath to bathe in it. Low water pressure, and this is all in a new remodeled unit. Also the flooring is a cheap tongue and Groove that wasn't done correctly so there are lifted points the float so when you step the floor goes up and down. There's more to list I just don't want to waste anymore time or money on this place so that's my review. Good luck on finding you're future home.
Kayla Kottra: The worst apartment I have ever lived in. Everything in the unit was cheaply done. Faucets were like plastic and broke from normal usage. Air conditioning unit burnt out after less than 1 year of living there and maintenance said they usually have to replace every year. Anytime it rained water would leak out of the ceiling fan and light in our bathroom - I was in a second floor unit so I know it wasn’t from a neighbor above me. Also the water in the shower would go from freezing cold to scorching hot without warning and I didn’t even touch the knob. There were many times I burnt my skin in the shower from this. There was also birds living in the roof outside my unit. The worst part about it all was Jennifer Ward from the leasing office. If you need a response from her don’t hold your breath. It took over 2 weeks just for her to forward me the updated lease when I added someone else to my lease. I followed up numerous times during that time frame and only received a response once I cc’d someone else who worked there. Don’t bother calling the office to leave a voicemail because you won’t get a call back. For the price they charge it’s ridiculous that they have such poor leasing management and unsafe living conditions. The only nice thing I have to say about this place is for the maintenance staff. They were always very friendly and quick to fix any issues when I called them.
april Gates: I've been waiting for over two weeks for someone to fix my bathroom ceiling water was leaking from the apartment above this is the second time this has happened with in a few months the smell from the mold is making me sick but yet they charge over 1000 dollars a month to live here if it's not fixed shortly bim.calling the heath department on them
Jonnie Dennis: I have never had a problem with anything here. I put in maintenace request and they were answered in an appropriate time. I have never had a problem with management either. I know that communication is the key but some tenants need to remember that we live in an apartment not a house. Let the children out to play and not in the apartment over other tenants head. I love my place I don't believe I'm going anywhere soon 🙏🙏🙏
Marco LaChapelle: Total LIES about late payment Forgiveness. The new owners charged my disabled brother$150 late fee for their auto pay systems failure.
Braxton Steward: I went to look at a unit and though the unit itself was beautiful the service and the grounds of the complex was horrible. My viewing was for 1pm, I called the phone a billion times to confirm which unit to go to, and I didn't get answer until 1:37pm. When I finally it to the unit that was supposed to be left unlocked, it wasn't, I called the phone an additional 3 times before a getting answer on the 4th. I was told to wait 2 minuets and someone would come unlock it, it took 5 minuets. The grounds outside the viewing unit was dirty with trash on ground.
YOAAL: Good place and ellyas good management
Adrienne Sedonio: Almost 3 years of living here and my family and I couldnt have asked for a better place to live. And good people too ❤️ the management and the people that works are very helpful and kind,as well❤️
Dwayne GotTheGlow: I havnt live there yet,so I will updated this in a couple months, but they are never in the office there should always be atleast one person working if they go on lunch. I email I get no answer back to my questions. Hopefully someone is there first thing in the morning what if someone want to look at the apartments or just get there keys before work like me. Day 2 of someone not being at the office when it says they suppose to be open this is not how you run a apartment complex.
Sharon Williams: 1/21/2020....REPLY TO YOUR NOTES. Management has changed since I moved here around 1997 or so. There have been several office managers; and one of them advised me of the new owners. Also when I moved in; late fee for late rent was not $50.00. And at one point; if you were not an habitual defender and only one day late; the manager waived that $25.00 fee. Please do not advise me that nothing has changed. I would not have remained at this location as a loyal resident if it was not nice at one time! Fair market rates should correspond with the conditions of the unit. Thank you.....I have resided at this location for over 19 years. When I moved here the office staff and management were kind, respectful and helpful. Management has changed and my current experiences are terrible! I have mentioned to them about the black spots on the walls of my apartment being mold and they said it is not. My next step is having a Contractor out to verify. My apartment has not been upgraded/renovated since moving into the complex. Yet the rent increases. And how silly would it be to move out of one unit into another at a higher rate. Especially with the lack of appreciate shown to their loyal residents. And now if your rent is a day late; one day...you had forgotten to drop it off.. it is a $50.00 fee! The one good thing is the nice maintenance men. Neighbors are loud, unsafe stairs! I am so displeased and I am looking to move.
Pacita Co: i love this place...calm quite.and great maintenace...polite staffwe have a monthly resident apprecitio..where we get togther and eat donut..drink coffee and tea..
Rho Leo: 40°s outside and no heat for residents. I understand it's not a "high rent" complex but that's unacceptable.(Updated 10/14)So I have read your reply- if it even is "yours", you probably hired internet PR- and I can tell you that your assurances to do "everything we can do" are empty. It is a lie.I don't even need you to do "everything"; and to be clear, it's not all bad at CH. The two men in maintenance have consistently been courteous and competent, fixing stuff in my place (sometimes even things that I didn't request, going the extra mile). Furthermore, there are other attractive elements to living at CH. But this last week was an absolute disgrace! We went without heat for a full week with night-time temps ranging from the low 40°s to mid 50°s. The temp in my apartment literally dropped into the frigid 50°s range (no fun to try and rest well/wake up with, trust me). This was not a one-night "we had an emergency" with our boiler situation (which would be understandable) but a full week of (we gonna take our sweet time fixing) unacceptable living conditions.Any boiler issues should have been addressed sooner, or at the very least faster, so that our residents didn't have to suffer like that. We have seniors and infants that live here, so please be responsible and make sure our residents have heat when it is cold outside.

Sterling Troy Apartments: what do users think?
Robert Cross: I have been a tenant for approximately 14 months. I find the Sterling Troy Apartments to be quiet, and the neighbors friendly. Even though the apartment are a little out dated, I find the building to be maintained and cleaned. The staff has been very accommodating and professional. My neighbors are friendly. and they keep an eye on things. I have enjoyed my stay here so far (I am going on my second lease).
David Gaval: Beautiful location so close to everything the complex was nice and clean
Gabriel Tirado: Could not get ahold of leasing office for simple inquiry. Left multiple voicemails on several different occasions.
TWMax65: I applied to live here because it seemed like a cheaper place to live with good interior conditions and floor plans! However, I was asked to pay for an application before I even got to see the apartment itself, which is not a good sign. What if I ended up not liking the place where I was assigned to move into and what if there were problems with it? Didn't matter because I was not allowed to see it and they almost took $100 from me in a money order STILL without letting me see the apartment which would've been a week later which I thankfully did not go further with. Then I drove by the property and did not like what I saw. While it is cool that they do have an outdoor pool, there was garbage in the front windows with messed up carpeting on the stairs going in and it was also located in an old rough-looking part of Sterling Heights which turned me off to moving in. Plus the apartments were built in 1966 which is too old for my taste. Just was not for me and I felt like I could've done better.
lil dej Rice: Not answering the phone when I called 2 days in a row more than 6 times each time after putting my application in
John Messmer: If you are not a natural born citizen of this Country then you will fit right in here, if you are then you will probably run into language barrier issues.
hgghg gfgf: absolutely hate this place, neighbors are loud, the power cuts off literally 5 times a week, flooring is bad and has air bubbles all over the place. overall, i strongly recommend you NOT to move here. it's not a enjoyable place to live at.
Terri Newman: Great place to live.
Nicole Rios: Amazing place to live! Jewel, Randi and maintenance staff were always kind and professional. Very clean, quiet and relaxing environment. Highly recommend!
MARVIN J.: Good place to visit but I wouldn't live here
add: Im been living here for almost 2 years now but caught my apartment in fire last decemeber 25,2018. Prayers to all the family affected! Please do me favor get in touch to them as soon as possible. Thank you!!!
Jordan Delmotte: Seeing these reviews from the fire makes me cry. I’m so sorry to everyone who lost everything. Thankfully, my apartment survived. It was very hard seeing your neighbors lose everything. This place is like a community. I have become very close with my neighbors, and we’re always there for each other. I wasn’t home during the time of the fire, and my neighbors had the firefighters break into my apartment to get my cat out. My apartment is so outdated and old, and my counters are all stained and scratched from before I moved in, but my neighbors have updated kitchens WITH A DISHWASHER (which I obviously don’t have), and somehow I pay more in rent than them? Doesn’t make sense. My apartment isn’t worth the 750 up to the 820 they want to charge me when my neighbors pay less than that. The water does go from being extremely hot to cold. I’ve never experienced that before at an apartment. These apartments get very warm. My windows are open even in mid winter. Very dewy feeling all year around. Not worth your money here. Not a place you want to be long term. Update: last year, I KNEW someone at these apartments was watching me. 4/1/2018, I caught him looking into my window directly in front of my apartment, and he took off running. Well my boyfriend I and caught my again last night. I can see his shadow!! I’ve never had this issue anywhere! I makes me feel VERY unsafe here. It steals my security. I reported it to the complex last year and they said “what do you want us to do about it!” Well I know they probably won’t, but put out a notice. Let people know there is a creep watching women, and looking into their windows!
Amanda Roach: Living here for the time being is not the worst, but far from the best. There is a giant crack in the wall of my living room and I've told people id like it fixed but every time I am told it is not a safety concern so it is not an issue. The windows in the bedrooms are VERY cheap and thin all you can hear is Dequindre Rd of ALL hours of the day. It is so loud my guests in the living room ask if the window is open. There is a family near my apartment that is constantly fighting and their kids scream all the time, it is very alarming and makes me feel unsafe at times. Also, going into other peoples apartments that I have become friends with, I noticed their carpets and cabinets are WAY nicer than mine and upgraded. They are people who moved in before me or around the same time. It is frustrating knowing we pay the same price for rent when they have a significantly nicer apartment than mine. With all of that being said, the maintenance man with the long hair usually pulled back is very nice and considerate. It is a cheap place to live as a 'stepping stone'. Other than the screaming kids, it does feel pretty safe. A lot of my neighbors are nice and have become great friends. There is a good sense of community, especially after the fire. If anyone wanted to live here long term I would say better not.. but is a nice stepping stone.
Boti Nem: Very conveniently located, reasonably priced.
Robin Evolved: PLEASE READ IF CONSIDERING RENTING HERE !!EDIT: Christmas morning 2018 a firebroke out due to a disgarded cigarette - I lost my beloved cat Cersi, all of my possessions/Christmas gifts- almost everything I owned. It was a traumatizing event having the firefighters try breaking down our door, forcing us into the smoke filled hallway without light or direction) we escaped unharmed physically - also unaided, infact I would have been better off if I had known I was getting myself out instead of thinking these firefighters were going to help get me out the door) when I realized they weren’t there anymore I went into fight/flight, hit the ground and crawled out in the direction I knew ‘out’ was.. my roommate didn’t have shoes on so we tried staying inside another wing (after a police told us he could not sit inside an emergency vehicle to keep warm/his feet..where another cop told us that all three wings would “go down” and they were evacuating the whole of the complex, thankfully I had a ride on it’s way but we were appalled by our experience - and many others to follow in the aftermath. The good news is that I was able to cancel my lease THEN & THERE!& I have learned a whole lot from this entire thing.I hope this can help someone, can prevent one less person from having to go through all this. I’m lucky I LIVED through it!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~This is an AWFUL place to live - I would highly advise renting some place else if you can. I have been here for 17 months and in that time they have had at least three different apartment managers - at times there was NO manager. They are constantly doing 'maintenance' - putting notes on the doors notifying us there will be no water from 9-5 on this day, and not to have your car in the parking lot because its being swept - unskilled non-English speaking workers leaving unfinished jobs-areas in disarray. I've never had these issues with any other apartment complex. The halls smell like foreign foods of all types- at all times, the heat is messed up to where the halls and even my apartment is so hot that I have to keep my windows open and heat off, even IN WINTER.*** The water goes from scolding hot to freezing cold, after all the times they have 'worked' on the water - they cant fix that for whatever reason. I can only guess they get away with it because there is mostly immigrants living here who do not know better - this comes with many challenges - such as the laundry machines/room ) apparently no one knows to take the lint out or that you CAN'T put a BAR of soap in the soap area- and other disgusting, DIRTY things. The dryer will shrink your close (people WILL take your clothes) and plan on losing many quarters to these machines, which are always breaking down.I could go on, butI hope I've made it clear - DO NOT rent here if you can avoid it.Especially if your American born (and a pet owner), as they have no care or concern for your pet/ not to mention charge you deposit AND monthly rent for your pet! (all non-refundable) .. I was asked to keep my cat locked up for FOUR days while they checked the apartments, coming in whether or not anyone is home.PLEASE save your money, time, effort and energy for someplace that won't scold you and your family EVERY shower you take (IF YOUR LUCKY ENOUGH TO HAVE WATER THAT DAY). Where you can do your laundry without strain. Can park your car outside your home- WHENEVER- you need to and lastly, where you can be safe!!
That One Chick: Loud and CREEPY neighbors, screaming children, weird smells, and weird interactions and behavior with other residents. Those are what I deal with every day. Outside doors dont always lock, so that's special.*Edit* After multiple complaints about children screaming and running in halls 24/7. I recieved and explanation of "the kids are screaming because they are happy"... no joke. So I guess that makes it less of a disturbance. The staff really could not care less... and Princeton Management is just awful to deal with.I work from home... or used to. Its literally impossible now.Dont move here if you like peace and quiet. Just warning you. If I would rate this place in a scale of 1-5, 1 being the worst. I would give it a -5.
Michigan Catdaddys: Nice
Crystal Freeman: Check them out
Heather Nolan (MiHeath): Just signed my second lease here and I’m happy to do so. It’s a very quiet complex, (other than hearing the main road, but only when my window is open). The staff and maintenance are always super friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient!
Mohammad Shakil: They took $120 as a application fees and say you all set.after few days they call me and say you have to submit those paper withn one hour, otherwise we will cancel your application.bad customer service .its a trap to loose money.
Vincent Saunders: Family lives there!
