Young Whale: Logan is amazing. Great service and very experienced. I recently got a divorce. My husband cheated on me in the local gas station, so I moved to a different house and needed an office set-up. Logan helped me big time with his wonderful experience. I was very upset too because of the divorce, but I felt very happy knowing genuine people like him exist and care. I mentioned to him how upset I am due to the divorce and he enlightened me by saying "on a rainy day, Office Depot washes the pain away". It warms my heart. I wish my ex husband was as wonderful as him, anyways, thank you so much!

Steve Paridee: Stopped in to make some copies. Was in and out which was great. There was nobody at the copy machines. There was only to staff members working at the time so there wasn't any interaction with them, other than when I sat down to try a new desk chair, the one representative did come over right away.. they always carry a wide variety of office supplies and other supplements that might be needed. Full line of printing services are availableOnly complaint that I did have. Had to use the restroom. Not to give out my business but the restroom was disgusting. Filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks or months. The sign on the door stated it was last checked on the 9th. The floor needed mopping, trash taken out as it was overflowing, urinals needed to be cleaned as they were dirty. It's a attention to small details that count and this is one of them. As it corollates to how the rest of the store is ran as a whole.Plenty of parking, handicap parking and entrance, restrooms. Hours varyThey accept cash, credit cards, debit cards. One can setup business accounts (ask to speak with a store manager for details)

It’s a quiet, efficient environment. I find the selection satisfactory and the prices generally reasonable. The customer service associates are always intelligent, thoughtful and very helpful. I am rewards program member but I do wish the program was a little bit easier to use.

Jonathan Heard: I do not recommend shopping at this location. While trying to make a return store supervisors accused me of switching products in the boxes. Had to come back the next day for the manager to refuse to refund to my debit card. Had to take store credit. Terrible experience

When he noticed that I had entered the store he wanted to know if he could assist me. I have become used to searching for assistance and having those that you find no listen to your request. Zack Lantto: Closed before 9pm when they're supposed to be open til 9pm. It is illegal to close before your legally listed business hours. It is considered false advertisement! I needed 1 item. That's it.

I was like seems like lunch would be from 11:30 to 1:00…and their response to me is lunch is whenever they take their lunch! How can this be a reliable place if this is how they respond to customers! Dennis Whittie: Staples falsely advertises furniture (desk and shelves) that they clearly do not have in stock, nor will receive for over 4 months. (Trust me, I called the main number and they gave me the number of the manufacturer. The manufacturer advised that they just received orders for the requested desk and shelf but it takes about 4 months to turn this around.) Yet, your local manager advertises and leaves these items on display and then when it's "not in stock" tries to upsell to something else. Very deceptive. Very dishonest. The employees were nice enough, but with such deceptive management, I will be shopping at Office Depot. It's sad too because I really liked this location, before the dishonesty committed by management.

Kramer Schultz: Went to this store for a desk. The kid at the counter told me they didn’t have it but the staples in Rochester did. It was a 28 minute drive but I needed it so I asked him “ are they gonna stay open for me?” He said, “they should that’s what I told them.” When I arrived in Rochester it was 9:05 and they told me that the kid on the phone didn’t tell them I was coming tonight and they had already turned their registers off. This was over an hour journey and no desk. I’m furious
