Basil Ayar: The worst bar I have been in my life at Michigan. Very bad service, bar tender and manager or owner talk bad and don't respect customers, they charge 4% for credit card payments although their prices are higher than the surrounding bars and the smell of the place stinks.The 22oz Boston Lager in this bar is $7.50 + 4% if you pay by credit card, while I went to another bar the price was $6.50 with no charge on using credit card.

Also, the waitress we had had to hold our card and said she wouldn't run our card on the bill unless we told her to, but she did when we wanted to pay cash. I would not recommend this place. We where very unhappy.

Nick T: Writing this as I chew my last slice of pizza, the pizza is mediocre for sure. Solid 4.6/10. The cheese, bread and sauce just don't have much flavor, what really brings it in is the pepperonis with a very nice crunch. The drinks are normally priced, our waitress was really good even with it being so busy.

donna carr: Our waitress was so rude i will never go back there she kept going to other tables and getting them drinks our tables had to go up to the bar to get ours so she did not get a tip that's for sure if you do not do your job then you do not deserve a tip

Ashley Ciamillo: Came here last night to have a few drinks with my friend. Sat at the bar. My friend ordered an alcoholic beverage and I wanted to have some water before drinking ( I had drank at dinner earlier in the night). After asking for a refill on my soda water, the bartender hollered "there's no free refills on soda water". I was a bit surprised they were charging me for tap water (carbonated). I kindly asked if they also charged for flat tap water. The bartender did not answer my question and angrily turned his back to me and walked away. He then delivered me a flat tap water. After trying it, I told him I had wanted soda water and asked if they could give me that instead of flat and it was okay if thet needed to charge me for the water. Then another bartender (maybe his wife?) proceeded to tell me that I ordered flat water. She seemed irritated. This was one of the most bizarre experiences I've had at a food/drink establishment. I explained to her that I had only asked if they charged for flat water - I did not order flat water. She angrily mentioned that I was not spending any money there, just drinking water! Mind you I had been there for about 15 minutes at this point. For the remaining 3 hours we were there, she and the other male bartender completely ignored us. Only the last/third bartebder would help us. Again, very bizarre. Berating your customers for ordering water is absolutely uncalled for. Have some class.

D.N.R.: Long time customer but your prices went up and service and entertainment went way down...good bye bye.I went in there last week with a friend that wanted to sing Karaoke. Really didn't want to but I did..The younger bartender guy I think is the owners son is horrible...I put down a 10.00 for a couple beer and was given back 2.00 and i just left it there to add more money for my next round of drinks..About 15 minutes later he just took my 2.00 with out asking...So i bought several more rounds for the 8.00 but always put the change back in my pocket. When I left the bar after 4 hours I did not leave him a tip because he took the 2.00 earlier as his tip. I would have given him a 10.00 tip but he got 8.00 less..Plus he thinks he is gods gift to women he is not and nothing to look at ,actually kind of weird looking..Just a punk...now its bye bye forever.

We refused the drink and The owner came over and said she poured the correct Drink and we ARE still paying for the drink. This place is trying to gipPeople into thinking they are getting top shelf alcohol and giving you low grade!

Rita Schultz: The Owner and staff are very friendly, we go in ovcastionally and the owner always recognize us and always has a smile on her face, great bands from time to time , food is good , we are never disappointed! And we drive 45 min to get there!!

First and most importantly I was served RAW CHICKEN…I was buzzed and hungry so I was eating it sobering down and realized one piece was extremely gummy and chewy…I opened it up and it was RAW you guys, I mean like someone battered it dropped it in oil for 30 seconds and took it out RAW!!! I advised the woman at the bar who took 10 dollars off my meal. Super impressed at that (sarcasm) I got sick this morning due to it.The male show was also total garbage besides shadow. Super stiff, corny and just wack! Never again. I will never come here again.

But, do not, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, go to see Bring Me The Horizon in concert! Dont waste your time and especially your money! My daughter and l went on October 15th and they TOTALLY RIPPED US OFF! They ripped everyone off! Ive been to over 400 concerts in my life and lve never ever have been to one where a major headlining band played for BARELY ONE HOUR! BMTH played for exactly 67 minutes and just ended. No encore, no "thank you Michigan" no NOTHING! They are a great live band, they definitely put it all together, they jam, but come on man! 67 minutes?! Absolutely reprehensible and a total joke! Bring Me The Horizon is a joke and they will rip you off! Never again Olli!

Kat Kerby: Had a great time at the show! A drunk guy fell in front of me and my key fob got attached to him from my lanyard and ripped off when he fell. I didn't notice until I got back to my car, and with being rushed out so quickly by security after the show, there was no way to check for lost/missing items. It took me two days, 40 calls, dozens of emails, social media messages, and comments to finally have someone get a hold of me. Eventually, I got in contact with Jessica, who was the last of the staff left at this venue for the season. She located the fob in the lost and found, and put it aside. I then talked to Mike Buggy, the head of security, who walked me through getting the fob back and where to go since the venue is closed. I appreciate the staff that helped me out with this problem so much, special thanks to Montez, Jessica, and Mike. I saw the box at the lost and found and wasn't surprised to see it filled with missing items as it's so incredibly hard to get a hold of someone at this specific venue the day after the last show of the season. I'm hoping this venue can work on their communication and disorganization a little better before next year.

Ryan M: Sound quality was bad and very quiet for a concert. It sounds really muffled and muddy, not mixed well. Couldn't believe how quiet it was, but I understand the outside venue noise ordinance thing. Parking was an absolute disaster trying to leave. Won't ever come to another concert here.

Ileft there and orded Little Caesar's which tasted a 1000 times better!! That's HOW BAD IT WAS! compounded by the service sucked and the beer was not cold and the Margarita was all sour mix.

dewane haynie: The wait staff are the ultimate all around as well as the cook, all the food is cooked to perfection and the presentation is excellent. Food here is better than a five-star restaurant; my hat's off to the Cook and all the workers. The drinks are great. Great atmosphere so come on down and get your groove on.
