Kirk Delzer: Service needed to replace the door boot (heavy rubber gasket) on the washing machine. Repair was completed in about 30-45 minutes. Technician also offered some tips for improved operation and maintenance of washing machine.Issues I had with the process; 1. First repair could not be accomplished as part (boot) that was shipped was wrong. Part number on boot and package did not match. Part had to be reordered delaying the repair by a week.(more water on the floor with each use)2. Notified that repair would occur sometime between 7am and 4pm. That really narrowed it down! Email in the morning of day of repair to expect arrival around 11am. An update then said around 1:30. Then 2pm. Got a call from tech at 1:45 to say he would be there in about 15 minutes, which was accurate. I can appreciate the difficulty in scheduling but, jeez, basically had to wait most of day at home for appointment. Could not accomplish errands in the meantime.3. Repair was expensive but, cheaper than buying new washer.4. Part was offered at Sears online for $40 less than thru the Sears repair service! I appreciate the profit motive but, a part is a part. Why the 2 tier pricing? (Plus considering the fact the wrong part was shipped initially!) Elin Betanzo: Sears offers terrible customer service for its warranted products. I have been trying to get service on my refrigerator for over one month and it still doesn't work. I waited at home all day on three different occasions when service technicians never came, despite being assured that I was the next stop for the repair person all day long. A technician finally came on 12/15. Although the refrigerator works now, it is making a loud whiny sound like a vacuum cleaner running constantly. Per messages on Facebook messenger, as advised below by owner, I am told that the company believes that a loud high pitched refrigerator is considered "regular working noises and can sound different if repair is performed." Debbie: I was very pleased with the prompt and efficient service provided by Factory Service Specialist. My previous experience with warranty service work is slow response and poor quality repair. However, I placed my call for warranty work for my Bosch dishwasher with the warranty company and they shared with me I would receive a call from Factory Service Specialists within 48 hours. The call came less than 2 hours after my request for service and they were able to schedule me the next day. The gentleman that came out to service my Bosch dishwasher was friendly and efficient. Boris Bosnjak: Rude, Abusive and Condescending: the only words I would use to describe this company.We had a repairman come out ~2 weeks ago to repair the freezer of our Sub-Zero fridge. The rep checked all of the usual parts, made some adjustments and said to give it a couple of days to start working. The freezer never went back to working order, so we called again last week to have them come out and attempt another repair.The rep came into the house and began shouting at us. He insinuated we were lying about the freezer not working and insisted it must have for at least a few days after his initial repair attempt. It did not.This continued on for a few minutes and I asked him why he felt it was okay to come into a paying customer's house and have a condescending attitude. He accused me of being the one with the attitude and implied, once again, that it was impossible the freezer wasn't working. I directed him to the ice tray in the freezer, which was 100% water. I told him I wasn't a fridge expert and I don't understand what goes into the repair; all I know is that my freezer is broken. After the verbal assault ceased, he put in some new refrigerant and left the house. As of now, the freezer is working again.I understand that everyone has bad days and ups and downs. That does not excuse this sort of behavior, though. It could have been handled VERY differently. If you want to be belittled, yelled at and verbally assaulted - get your refrigerator repairs done here.Factory Service Specialists - what will you do to remedy this situation? How many other customers have had to experience this same level of corrosive customer service?

Then I was told he would be here within the hour. 1 hour and 10 minutes later I called and was told again he would be here shortly. I had lost over an hour of my work day waiting for this company who was very rude on the phone. I would definitely get your business from somewhere else.AND he charged me for a 5 minute visit. Charged $119.95 for fee on top of $267.00 for new bearings pars and repair to stop the noise. Was told the part cost $189.00. Maybe if it needed a motor but only bearings replaced. Nish Nishifumi: Called him up to check on a Maytag washer. Showed him how to enter the diagnostic mode which he didn’t seem to know how to do. He then read the error code which I had previously looked up before he got here and he proceeded to tell me that the code was posted on Maytags site as a broken panel. He showed me on his phone the fixya.com page saying what the code meant which was not Maytags site it was a random user board where people post what they think the answer is. He basically googled the answer on his phone. He didn’t try to take the panel off and told me it’d be 100 dollars for coming out there and 500 to fix it. I looked up some YouTube videos popped the panel off checked the wires and other diagnostics (all buttons responded to touch). Unplugged it for a while and today it’s working. I’m out 100 dollars for this and could have been out 500.

ella raymond: I have used Macomb Appliance Repair multiple times for my dryer and they have always been honest, reasonable and prompt. They have always shown up with a smile and have been extremely polite. I highly recommend them!

Nick Petty: Technician showed up and the dryer was working so he refused to do anything offering to come back when it repeats. He damanded 80 in cash for the trip even though he didnt put driver to screw. When he returned he tried to charge $400 for a 15 minute repair (that i did myself) and a $130 part that he could have gotten at a discount. He tried to rob me for something i did myself in less than 15 minutes time... drive to the parts shop took longer. These guys are thieves and try to charge as much as they can just under what a new dryer costs for no reason other than greed.... Do not trust them.

I have had a lot of repair companies come in to repair our CNC machines and VMC by far are the most reliable. They tell me when they will be here and never disappoint on their arrival and their lead times are exceptional. I have only had Rich and Corey out lately to do the repair and both are very knowledgeable and helpful in what we need repaired and how to prevent in the future. Karissa is always a step ahead and is extremely helpful in our invoices. We work together to make sure everything is all set on both ends. All in all, even though I use VMC to service our Fadal.
