NoK Mario: Went in to this repair shop with my iPhone 12 Pro Max the back was completely shattered and the screen was popping out, that’s not all they give very good prices on repairs and they have this deal with a tempered glass screen protector if you get a screen repair they will give you $10 off of a tempered glass screen protector, anyways he got my phone fixed in just 4 hours! Other repair shops were almost double the price and said it would take a day or 2, they have high quality accessories I bought 2 chargers a case and a screen protector all for just $60!, they are a boost mobile and a repair shop I got my mom a nice little cheap phone

Trill Forlife: I went in to get my screen repaired n my charger port repaired I dropped it off at 12:30 they told me it was gone take them 1 hr to an hr n a half I call back at 3 they say it’s not ready then they called at 4:30 saying it’s ready I went to pick it up the screen was not glued on all the way so I had to go back once he game it back I didn’t check the phone till I got home the screen still wasn’t glued all the way on plusnthe charger port didn’t work I paid 159 plus the screen doesn’t dim all the way down it flashes about 3-4 times before it dims

My Samsung Galaxy S9 had been fully submerged in lake water for more than 30 minutes, and I had no hope that I would be able to use it again. None of my photos/videos were backed up on Google drive or shared with anyone who could access them. When my phone sank, my heart sank with it... to think that the last several years of memories were gone!After drying out the phone in front of a fan for about a week, I took it in to Marco. He saw that everything was corroded inside, and originally he didn't have high hopes because the phone was stuck in a loop trying to boot up over and over again. He sent my phone in to a specialized repairman who only does private work for local businesses. He did not even charge me a diagnosis fee for attempting to fix it, and I was told that I would not be charged anything if the attempt was unsuccessful. I was crying tears of joy to hear the results: the repairman was (SOMEHOW) able to fix my screen and the whole phone after replacing the battery!!! I thought it would only last long enough for me to save my photo/video data, but it actually still works... more than 6 months later!If that wasn't incredible enough, they completed the work quickly - even working on it over a holiday weekend - and only charged me $210 for the whole repair. The memories that were saved were absolutely priceless to me, and I fully expected a higher cost for such a miraculous turnout. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this place highly enough!! Thank you again, Marco!!!

TayDaKiss: If you ever need any repair to your mobile device it look no further!!! I needed my probe cleaned on my IPhone and was cleaned less than 10 minutes!!! That’s just the good the part the great part is that it was for FREE!!! Yes you read that right, for free!!!! Other places will charge you about 50 bucks. If you’re in the Sterling Heights area come in and see Tyler he’ll take good care of you!

AB Sandhu: I came in to get my Google Pixel 6 Pro's screen replaced. When I called earlier, the person answering the phone was quick and attentive. I stopped by after work and I was stunned by the due diligence, friendliness, and effort put in by Jake, the gentleman working there. The price wasn't too bad, the price for the screen usually runs about $200 without adhesive type or tools to repair the phone, so $300 is not bad for service plus 1-year warranty included.Again, I was so surprised by how quick they were. They had all replacement parts on hand. I came in after work and they were able to have it done by 7pm. Definitely go here if you have smartphone repairs.Edit: I dropped my phone again, and I'm glad I returned to the store! I felt very well taken care of!
Leontra Murphy: Highly disappointed at the morals of this organization. I purchased a new screen from this company just 2 months ago. The store manager told me there was a year warranty on the screen and that was all. The screen started to malfunction and I took it back in for repair with the warranty I was told I had. When arriving to the store the rep informed me the phone could not be repaired because there was physical damage to the phone. I informed the rep I was not made aware there were terms to the condition the phone had to be in to be covered under warranty. I then asked to speak with a manager who sent a piece of paper with corporate number and said ‘he was busy’. At the point I could not have the phone repaired that would have been fine but it was about the disrespect of the manager not coming to speak with a paying customer who asked for him. Business decency is none existent now days. I have never had such rude behavior occur. I will not be back to this establishment.

Was reassured I wouldn't be able to tell the difference in the screen (thought they were real Apple, they never told me otherwise), my phone dies in half the time it used to, I have a message in my settings that pops up all the time saying my screen is inauthentic, over heats in my pocket, and the touch sensitivity has suffered greatly. I tried explaining this to the technicians and they ran "diagnostic tests" (on 2 separate occasions) and couldn't find anything wrong with the phone. Then I was reassured that no other store around has real iPhone screens and that apple is the only one and they're expensive. I dont care about price i just wanted my phone fixed. All of this could have been avoided if they were just up front with me to begin with about the screens being fake. Terrible service.

Paula Spear: Went to get my daughters back glass fixed on her iPhone. Very unprofessional. Glass was fixed for $100, there was glue left around the edges …but the main problem was that the speaker phone & front facing camera stopped working. Took it back for them to fix. Kept our phone for 6 hrs. Called to check status & was told they were too busy to look at it yet. Then tried to tell me it was a soft ware issue. All I know is phone worked when we brought it, then after their repair work to the back glass…now we have a disfunctional phone. They literally were googling on my daughters phone as to how to fix it as we saw their web searches on her phone when we got it back still unfixed. They clearly don’t really know how to fix phones & are unprofessional & laughed at me when I suggested something occurred after their repair work. After looking closer , the microphone is completely gone off the back of the phone & somehow it probably got broke when they replaced the glass . We won’t be going back there & don’t recommend anyone going there as well , now I’m going to have to go straight to Apple to try to get this repaired for my daughter . Single mom who is now out $100 for the back glass repair , plus whatever more I have to pay to fix the new problems we now have after bringing her phone to this store. Don’t recommend. Would give zero stars if I could & I never do reviews , but this was so awful that I decided I had to do this so others don’t end up losing money and getting low quality service .
