Would for sure refer them and use them again.

X: Unresponsive on basic emails regarding stock, managers don't know simple concepts like deadheading, they say they gonna call you back on phone and never do.Go to Ray Wiegand instead, they actually care about you. Only a few more minutes away from the CTP location.Even when applying for a company position, the HR manager (Nicole Phillips) is so unorganized (I had to call her a half-hour later after our scheduled call). Poorly run company overall, but hey they can scam you on prices because they are "family-run". Maybe hire outside the family and connections and the place will be run professionally instead

Susan M: We drove 20 miles to shop here instead of shopping at the Troy, MI location because Karl Schmidt of Troy School District is stalking me on Yelp.We were looking for realistic Christmas garland that lit up with white LED lights. I had bought two 12 ft strands many years ago at the Troy location and wanted more to wrap around the porch. I get so many compliments on how classy my home looks in the winter because the garland looks so real.They had a lot of garland; however, we did not find any that met all requirements - wrong color, not realistic, didn’t match current set, no lights, etc. We ended up buying one realistic garland strand without LED lights. It was the only one they had!I bought a string of white LED lights for the garland at Meijer for $3 during their Christmas clearance sale. It looked fantastic and matched my current set. Now, I just need to find one more garland.

Unless I am purchasing a service that requires delivery, nothing you will sell me requires my personal information.The one and only time I have returned anything to EG in the 20 years I've shopped there, you got a fake phone number because it either doesn't matter, in which case you don't need it or you're going to sell my info in which case no one should be buying from you.

Great to go to at Christmas also for their seasonal displays and selection. Expect to pay a higher price for the quality and upscale marketing however. I still recommend to go.

We were helped by William who guided us to the tree we wanted, helped us select a good one, talked to us about the care it needed before and after planting and the best way to purchase and getting it loaded. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a delight to be around the entire time!

Zach Miles: This is an incredibly high quality nursery. My parents and I have been shopping here for plants and decor since I was a little kid and I’ve never been disappointed. The staff are especially helpful and we’ve had to use the plant diagnostic center many times in the past. The holiday displays are great and the plants are well taken care of and in much better shape than other big chains like Home Depot. I love this store and will continue to shop here as long as I’m living in the area.

My mom and I are black women - I thought perhaps I was over thinking but my mom noticed a worker following us as we walked around the store. I ended up purchasing the very expensive tree my mother wanted and he looked “shocked” to say lease. We also purchased flowers and a few other items. Perhaps management should work on diversity training and treating people equally. Nonetheless the tree we bought was absolutely gorgeous.

Joy Bee: Busy day today. Plants were picked over and slightly damaged in areas people should be careful they don't break the plants they are looking at! Plants can be very fragile!
Alice Wilson: One of the best nurseries in the area. There are so many varieties and options. The prices are really great too. I'm amazed at how fair priced everything is. I love this place and will definitely be going back time and time again!!!

Rich McLonis: We shop here to get ideas and price comparisons. The flora they sell is not necessarily the highest priced, but it is no where near being the best deal. The quality of the plants is usually very good. Any products other than plants is ridiculously high. Customer service is almost always VERY good.

They carry all types of quality flowers, trees, bushes, mulch, stones, etc., plus advice!I almost always see a Bordine’s flower or tree care person with whom I can ask questions, and they are very knowledgeable about the plants.I don’t think the cashiers are trained in plant care, so don’t blame them.They also have sales, types of dirt near the cashiers, in case you forgot about that (I’m guilty!), and fun things to look at for ideas. Their garden and décor room is filled with fragrances and ornamental goodies and seeds. Stay out if you don’t want to be a kid in a candy store!!I love the atmosphere and my trips are always worth it.

They weren't misbehaving they were just making them ding a little, and we were looked at like we were criminals. Made us feel very unwelcome and why spend more money in a place that treats its customers like that?
