KyLee Bloss: A friend of mine who is an NP recommended this place when my first baby was born and thank goodness she did! Most medical professionals are exceptionally picky about where they let their families be cared for, and Mali and Mali pediatrics is top notch! The office is always staffed appropriately (or they do a damn good job of making it seem like it) wait times are low, check in and out is efficient and friendly, the medical assistants and all of the providers have excellent bedside manners and overall caring attitude. My kids feel safe and I feel good knowing I can get them in last minute and at practically any time thanks to their long hours. The providers always know that as a parent, I know my child best and they listen and address any concerns my mom-gut gives me. Absolutely fantastic across the board. I recommend them to all my friends and my patients!

Provider Jen Mullet is kind and caring and will go above and beyond to make sure my daughter has the best care possible! Bridget Vendittelli: We switched to Mali and Mali for our second daughter and are so glad we did. Our youngest has had a number of health issues and they have been incredible in taking care of her. Jen Mullett NP is absolutely incredible and was able to determine our daughter was in SVT and referred us to the hospital. she offered to walk us across the street but when I said I could drive she made sure the medical assistant helped us get to the car. Shout out to the medical assistant who comforted me throughout the whole process. She really went above and beyond. I am so glad we switched to Mali and Mali.

Vikram Shah: Pathetic service. We want to move out of Michigan and need a form filled for the school admission for and my kids, but they denied the appointment to get the wellness format filled. They said the reason for not giving an immediate appointment is because we did not visit them for 2 years... of course we did not, we did not want to go to the hospital due to pandemic and there was no need to visit... pathetic service.

L W: Doctors and staff are very friendly. The doctors and their assistants are knowledgeable. However, the office has more patients than they can handle. I have called several times for an issue and was told they do not have any available appointments and was told to seek care at the ER. ER visit was not necessary but I did want a quick check to be sure everything was fine. It is very difficult to get in to see the doctor we have been seeing for a few years now. I am waiting several months to get my children an appointment. I recently called to make appointments for my children and was put on hold for 8 minutes, I had to hang up to attend to my children. I called back a shortly afterand was placed on hold for another 7 minutes. Very frustrating to feel like my children don't matter.

Iza Scissorbella: I am back to say after another 5 years of exceptional care for my son we are still just as happy with the care provided by Mali & Mali Ped's! Dr. LYNN is amazing (as are all of their staff), every nurse here is exceptional, wait times are non-existent, they call back to help you the same day and their online-portal is so useful. My kiddo loves this office and asks to visit when well! You can't ask for more. I feel that even with the strain that covid-19 has placed on all medical personnel they handled it with grace. The after-hours pediatric urgent care they provide is also a huge plus.Please disregard the negative reviews on here and look at them with a perceptive eye. All include basic office rules being broken: lack of payment (or a payment mistake due to patient negligence), missing appointments by over 20 minutes, disreguarding a 48hr. cancellation policy, or the patients not being aware of them requiring full vaccination (which they are very clear about prior to taking you on).If you are an on-time family that values exceptional medical care/knowledge that understands bills need to be paid on time (and are pro-vaccine), you won't find an issue with this practice! They treat us like family. I have not had one misdiagnosis and my kiddo required some specialized help early on which is still ongoing. Every referral has been just as top notch. The only drawback I can see is there is a waiting list to get into their practice due to their popularity.Thank you Mali & Mali! I have been using them for over a year and find the entire staff a pleasure to work with. Some of these reviews on here are ridiculous. If you miss an appointment or cancel the day of your appointment of course you have a fee, find me an office that does not charge one worth going to. People should be aware of what insurance they accept and who needs to be the primary on it, not the doctors office.I have never had to wait in the office longer than 15 minutes, every time I call I receive a phone call back from a medical professional in under 3 hours, and they are all very caring and knowledgeable. Their website is also very helpful. Everyone I know goes there and feels the same so if you are looking for a great and knowledgable group of pediatricians, nurses and staff this is your place.

Arun Saminathan: CPNP Sarah Rauner is a wonderful Pediatrician. Anytime we take our daughter in, she is very patient and thorough. She never rushes through an appointment and takes the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. She takes very good care of our daughter and follows up pretty well. I'm so glad I chose Mali & Mali Pediatrics and would have no qualms in recommending them to Family and Friends.

Ryan Stonehouse: Recommend avoiding this practice if possible. We've had sick kids and been told they're full, can't be seen, and to go try urgent care. When we get in it's usually PAs-only, rarely a Dr. They have shown little interest in hearing about our kids' medical history, any health concerns we might have, and are always in a rush. Generally speaking, they have a poor standard of health care and are focused on throughput of patients and billings/profits.

MMLW: This place is so awful to make an appointment with! ALWAYS has been. When they send you a reminder to make appointment - don't expect to get in for months!!!! Doctors are great, but scheduling with them is just bad. They are getting to big for what they can handle.

Roger Hanna: A Doctor has a standard of care to treat each patient with the best knowledge, skill, diligence and care {emphasis added}But at Mali and Mali, they negotiate their standard of care to be “pay first, care later.” I have two children; 3 years old and 1 year old. They were both scheduled to receive 2 vaccinations a few weeks ago and we appeared for our appointment on-time. The office refused to see the children until we remitted payment for $590 because of a formality on my insurance card. Mind you, I’ve been with this pediatrics office for 3 years and never had any issues but recently, I got a new insurance provider and they failed to list Mali and Mali as our PCP. The office manager saw my insurance, contacted the provider and confirmed I had full coverage for the visit but because the office wasn’t listed as the primary, the office REFUSED service until I paid. For the sake and well-being of my children, I regretfully paid and the office said it would reimburse me in 10 days which I had to hound them for it. After weeks of waiting, the officer manager contacted us and said she would follow up in 2 days, it’s not been an additional several days and I haven’t heard back. Of course if they needed more money, they would have contacted me promptly but because they OWE me money, they dragged their feet. I have trusted this office for 3 years and I have let a lot go but at this point, I am outraged and disgusted with the level of treatment I have received. This is unacceptable by all means by any profession or practice

Our children always look forward to seeing her and we always leave feeling that we have received exceptional care.

Whoever answered the phone n told me was rude as hell, and then they refused to tell me where the dr went and refused to see my daughter because her primary had left. Dr P was the only person in the building who seemed to do their job. Stay away from this place theyre shady.

Chelsea Albright: I've used this office for all 3 of my kids. Dr p is amazing. However due to lack of follow up and follow through. My son is lapsing in speech therapy and is now going to have to sit on a waiting list after I find a new doctor. His speech script was requested twice by his state caseworker, twice by the therapy clinic and 3 times by myself. No messages returned, no answers and no script. This is entirely unacceptable and an insult to a parent thats doing everything they can for their disabled children. Aside from the asinine wait times, this office has gone unimaginably down hill after a staff change. I understand covid happened, but this type of service is 100% unacceptable. We are finding a new office after this, it was the last straw.

Dissatisfied Customer (Very upset): I’ve been to this office a few times and the experience was not good.Every time I’ve had a different med student ask me questions for 15 minutes, and I only get to see the doctor for about 2 minutes. What is she getting paid for?I’ve had to go for bloodwork several times and had to wait an average of 45 minutes just for a blood draw.Obviously they have no r3spect for the patients time

Jeremiah Wiggins: Desperately been trying to get ahold of my son's doctor since 10AM due to a pain from a recent visit a week ago, and the front desk personnel has transferred me to voicemail twice saying that I need to speak to an MA who is yet to respond to me. It is very unfortunate that I now have to incur urgent care charges to have my son seen for something that his pediatrician could have resolved if she was that I have been trying to reach her the last 5.5 hours, needlessly to say I will then have to call the same office that is not responding to calls for a referral. Dr. P is great, but unfortunately the customer service delivery has not been the same since some great employees left.

Sophia Lertola: I was sad to leave our former PCP, due to moving. I am so happy I found this office. The staff is excellent and Dr. Baker is wonderful. She's not just an in-and-out doctor. She took the time to get to know each of us at our initial visit, and continues to be personable and welcoming at each visit following. I highly recommend this office 👌

This last session was great, with my needing a typical physical done in a timely manner.Dr. Baker as always, knows the answer to most questions and is very personable/caring. There’s no other doctor I would rather visit.I highly suggest April as your nurse. She’s quick and efficient, while also explaining why certain things are done and what it will tell us.Highly recommend this office. You might be missing out if you don’t switch to them.

Tiffany Boehm: Tried to make a sick apt. today for my 3 year old who is very sick and they refused to see him because it wasnt his primary doctor and asked if I would like to make them his primary doctor. When I said no they suggested i take him to urgent care. Meanwhile I have taken my 2 other boys their for wellness check ups and had no problem and they weren't their primary doctors. But they can't treat my sick child. What a joke. We have really good insurance and can see any doctor. Im really upset with the way they treated me. I would never make them a primary doctor for my kids. Their waiting room is small cold and unwelcoming. The rooms are tiny. They didn't give me any check out papers. Then they messed up on my oldest son's shot records and had to go back to get it fixed. And most of all they refused to see my sick 3 year old, because of snobby greed it seemed like.

However, most of the staff here is unfriendly and has lack of effort to move beyond a glacier pace. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes before they even verify your information and then another 1-2 hrs for the Dr.
